IS "HELPFUL" VIRTUAL INTERACTION?
My
intent is that we share our questions and answers,
our thinking and experiencing
concerning Deity's
information
Please,
let us be disciplined in this.
I've been attracting painful triggers
till I understood what is not helpful:
developing intimacy, which implies
secrecy and emotional 'processing'.
The Breathing - Moving - Sounding
of fear, pain, shame has to be done
in our 'circle of loving dependency'
face to face with a supporter,
or alone, in nature or in a car.
If we still
need to process emotions,
when sharing our learning &healing,
let's make it easier for each other
by adding a sensitive phrase like:
"What I'm going to write
is movement of emotions,
not necessarily reality.
Can you listen to me?"
We
might then do our best to listen lovingly,
which really can be done only body to body.
Then we
might be free to share our questions and answers,
our thinking and experiencing concerning Deity's information
and really "speed up our and our planet's healing".
