I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

Mika's FULL-FILL-ments with Playing
[see also: Grandma and Mika- both like climbing, April 26]

[see Overview of Mika pages until October 13]

Watching and interacting with Mika, my little granddaughter (21 months old),
who still knows, how to create Heaven-on-Earth in each moment of her life.

She loves her dolls (at home),
but she loves children much more (at a celebration in kindergarden)

Slow    Motion   of   the   action   of   playing
Two different playgrounds,
August 21, about 6:30 PM,
September 20, same hour , but winter-time.
Today Mika is exactly 1 year & 9 months old.

August 29,
an arena for skaters with low walls and bars around and a three-step amphitheatre,
plenty of challenges for Mika

Soon she will discover the next challenge.
Where do those people sit?
But she will not simply desert that low wall !
Doesn't it invite to practice jumping?

At that age - 20 months - she never succeeded.
It took her one more month
to reach both goals.
To pronounce and shout: "liqpotz" , "jumping",
and to really strain her muscles in a way,
that "jumping" was jumping
and not just toddling down.

Have I ever paid attention
to what it takes my body to jump?

Lit by the last rays of the sun - Mika radiates pride and ~~~ full-fill-ment !

It's fun to climb up and it's fun to climb down. One is thirsty now - "mayim!"
It's getting dark. Once more: feet on the wall, hand on the rail, hand holding water.

But there are more walls to conquer on the way home!
And one wall must be shared with a huge cat...

August 29

Playing also means enjoying and training your skills!
Her stroller falls over - Mika will gather all her strength to put it upright again.
Or:
Fixtures like the one on her stroller are ideal for training skilfullness.
Already 2 months ago I watched her unending patience with learning.
So from among the different backpacks, which accumulated during my desert-work,
I chose one for my journeys between Arad and Shoham,
as well as for the equipment needed during our adventure-walks in town,
which has the same kind of fixture.
She cannot yet open it, but she gets better and better at closing.

Eve of Yom Kippur, September 21, morning, on the Hill called "Sunflower Garden"

IN case you thought, that Mika shuns the usual installments on playgrounds,
you are mistaken - at least with concern to swings.
A month ago, she still was a bit afraid,
now I can hardly catch the right perspective of the hight she wants to reach with my help.

She passes on to another part of the Sunflower Garden,
with wonderful climbing installations.

A little girl called Eden proposes her a biscuit.
From then on - no more climbing -
just asking for more biscuits,
as if Imma wouldn't run after her with biscuits right in the morning...

When I said: "This is the last one!",
Mika didn't "hear" it.
She asked for more and Eden's mother said to Eden
:
"Come on, give her another one!"
I whispered to the mother, laughing:
"Are you undermining my education?"
Eden had heard me and ran away from Mika,
who cautiously chased her.
When we all parted, Eden gave Mika a biscuit and said
- like a grownup;

"akharon va-dai!"
"A last one and enough!"

"yetzayee", she demands, instead of "le-tzayer" (to draw)
not being able to pronounce "l" in most of the words,
though in special moments she calls me not "satta" (savta=grandma) but "Rachel", pronouncing the word in general and the "l" in particular clearly and sweetly.

So she is given pens or colors and paper and "draws"....

I want to close this page
with two contrasting images:
On Aug. 8, she lovingly covers one of her dolls,
on Sept. 20 she enjoys her own self in the mirror!
