by every thought of my Consciousness

of my Body
by every interaction
with people,
with my heart,
my deeds,
my words,
spoken or written.

My
life-long story with gratitude is beautiful,
[and in "Firing
the Grid", I sculpted its beginning]
For now I only want to convey the sudden insight,
which prompted me to re-arrange Healing-k.i.s.s.,
and to set up this new gate to a four-fold path,
the gate to GRATe-FULL-ness: |

I'm delighted to observe a new
concept in "spiritual messages":
instead of promoting escape into the "Light",
instead of discarding Body & Earth,
they use Godchannel's metaphor of
"Creating Heaven on Earth"!
So on April 23, 2007, I caught myself thinking:
"Isn't 'creating Heaven on Earth in every moment of my
life'
the same as feeling, thinking, sensing, expressing gratitude?"
And for the first time I noticed the "full" in GRATeFULLness.
Wasn't it that what I had been yearning for and finally achieved:
Fulfillment?
Feeling fulfilled not because of so many extraordinary endeavors,
but because of simply feeling grate-full
in ever more moments
of breathing in and breathing out?
To become ever more aware of what
I feel grate-full for,
I benefit enormously from my computer-diary-template,
with its refined categories of my blessed routine:
my one-room household, my little garden and blooming veranda,
my swimming & singing, my learning & creating,
my harvesting&healing,
and my communicating
with my 16 member family and with a few, carefully chosen
friends.
The next thing I did, was to confirm via Internet,
that both -"grateful" and "gratitude"
stem from the Latin "gratia" = "grace".
To be "in a state of grace" actually means :
to be in an attitude of GRATeFULLness!!!
It is a merging of
consciousness of mind, feeling of heart, sensing of Body.
The very words in German, Hebrew, English express what I want:

A coincidence

made me participate in the "Thanks to Water" Day
at the Lake of Tiberias,
an initiative of Masaru Emoto,
whose research on water led him to the conclusion,
that the formula of water - H2O-, symbolizes,
that we need two parts of Gratitude and one part of Love
to live a balanced life.
