This is an example of how the judges help with not more than a hint, and who gets it, gets it... Immanuel: "there's a taste of cornflour which I'm not familiar with" "Come, let's see". They go to the fridge, Chaim tastes. "Are you satisfied or not satisfied?" "No , not really, not satisfied. I want to make another one." "You have two hours, you can manage." "I've two more hours."

Chaim didn't tell me much, but he somehow hinted, that my doubting was correct,

Yossi and Sima , too, have problems and share them with each other

" that this isn't exactly the right texture"

Chaim: "45 minutes have passed and you must begin to work on the sugar-eggs" .... Zohar: "Oh, where did I fall!"


Chef Nitzan, who has been creating this dish in his restaurant "Mul ha-Yam" ("opposite the Sea") for 20 years, helps Sima

"I looked around to see, what was happening with the friends, and I saw Ilan already with the balls, while I was still working on the creme... and I tell myself: I won't allow, that I'll be dismissed because of this dish"
