I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

Hava Nagila - Let's be glad and rejoice

2007_07_25

Hebrew Folksong
[the two words "nagila ve-nismekhah" appear in Psalm 118:24]

Abraham Zwi Idelsohn
first sung and even recorded (!) in 1918,
when Allenby with the British army
took over "the Holy Land"
seen by some as the coming of the Messiah
Though this song is often sung, played and spoiled
not only as a hit but as a parody,
both its Chassidic tune and its lyrics,
which I first learnt in my Ulpan in 1960
are still meaningful and dear to me.
See Wikipedia in English, German, Arabic etc. etc.
and most interesting in Hebrew

There are many references to other famous Hebrew songs

My own singing
of this quite difficult song is a bit out of tune, but so is the content of the song - not yet fulfilled ...

I don't remember to have enjoyed the Sea

so the family's outing to the Mediterranean
gives me a chance
to enjoy the Sea at least virtually...
