I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

O koennt ich fliegen wie Tauben dahin
O For The Wings Of A Dove

lyrics:
Based
on Psalm 55,2-7
tune:
Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy
3. Satz aus "Hoer mein Bitten"
for Solo Sopran and Choir

Remember:
The enemy of the good is the best!
Still- I have to learn to shorten it
by taking out repetitions

I came in contact with this song in February 2006
and was completely taken by it.
After many endeavors I got the sheet-music
and started to learn,
but since the piece is not only for solo, but also for choir,
I was at a loss.
Finally Martin, the husband of my dead sister in Germany,
succeeded in using a computer-program
to write out the song for solo only,
and though in the beginning
I was accompanying myself on the piano,
I now am happy that I can sing it a capella,
wherever I am, mainly when swimming in the pool.

Mendelssohn
O For The Wings Of A Dove

Ps55

Oh for the wings, for the wings of a dove
Far away, far away would I rove
Oh for the wings, for the wings of a dove
Far away, Far away, Far away, Far away would I rove

In the wilderness build me a nest
And remain there forever at rest
In the wilderness build me, build me a nest
And remain there forever at rest

This is the original Biblical Text,
by which I was fascinated
even before I knew Mendelssohn's song,
after having lived in the desert for so many years.

I said, "Oh, that I had the wings of a dove!
I would fly away and be at rest-
I would flee far away and stay in the desert; Selah
I would hurry to my place of shelter,
far from the tempest and storm."

2009_12_24-31 - Mika's Heaven on Earth

I follow my understanding and new lekh-lekhâ on January 1, 2009,
that - after 7 years - I should no longer create new pages on my 2 websites,
but intermingle the evidence of new experiences with that on existing pages.

On August 1, I decided to re-employ song-page after song-page
for documenting and exploring
the evolution of my youngest grandchild,
a starchild whose assignment for this planet seems to be:
to demonstrate by her own living and doing,
how to playfully create from moment to moment

"zest-fully and full-filled"

[see previous composition]

Last pictures from the great celebration with Mika's great family

Arnon with his mother and sister (and a cousin from his mother's religious family)

my two sons, Micha (1966) and Immanuel (1963)

Micha with his nephew Alon, Immanuel's son (with Ronnit behind him)

After the celebration I expressed my gratitude to Arnon's parents

Ronnit~Yael, Rotem~Uri, Immanuel ~Tomer,
except for Elah, Immanuel's firstborn,
all of Mika's close family are in this sculpture

Hovav's wonderful portraits of mother-in-love and daughter-in-love
lead my sequence of "Mika's Heaven on Earth" back to Mika herself,
and to the last composition of the year 2009

On the afternoon of my return to Shoham, on Dec. 30,
after I had brought Cornelia and her son to the airport,

I was to meet not only Mika, but also her cousin Yael.

While her mother, my daughter, had a talk with Efrat,
the three of us played in my room with "Plastelina",
or as Mika pronounces the word: "Palstelina".

All kinds of "food" had to be prepared....

Mika, "by the way", was a bit sick,
with a throat infection and fever.
She had not been to kindergarden
and her mother had stayed home,
since - for once - I did Not arrive,
BEFORE my son went on flight,
but accompanied Cornelia,
until she left for Germany.

The next day the situation was extra---ordinary:
Mika, who was treated with antibiotics,
was not supposed to go to kindergarden,
and since Efrat needed and wanted to go to work,
she - what a surprise - let me be alone with Mika!

Thus we had almost 6 hours of togetherness,
which could have been sheer delight for me,
if my feelings wouldn't have been distracted
by pain about my daughter's ongoing distress.

I had a hard time to accept myself then!
A vicious voice kept piercing my heart :
"You do not deserve this granddaughter!
You are never capable of pure delight!"

As angel-on-the-abyss came Ya'acov,
with whom I had fixed a togetherness
during Mika's expected afternoon-nap.
But she heard us and came charmingly:
"Let me sleep in your bed!"
Of course, she soon crawled around us,
and I had to win her over to my need,
that now I wanted to be with my friend.
She accepted and slept in her own bed.

Making fun with "Khibbuki", the four-armed doll.
"Ten li khibbuk", means: "give me a hug"...

Most of our many, many activities
could not be photographed,
since I was involved in them myself.

One idea was,
to scan the millions of her toys
and order them in an exhibition.
Of course, after a few minutes only,
she got "stuck" with a pail of building-pieces
and began to construct a boat.

She seduces me to take a "sweet" of pure ice out of the freezer,
and then tries out several "instruments" in order to "melt" the ice

Still in the kitchen, She climbs on a chair to fill a cup with water,

then she sits on that chair and reminds herself of all her kindergarden mates

The balloon globe, which should have accompanied the digital solar system, - my gift for her birthday,
was finally bought, but except for playing ball with it, it doesn't serve its purpose! - another junk toy!

So we prepare "dinner" for the two of us, with a burning candle....
and with the bowls, which we once found outside in the garbage corner,
and which I guard in my room for lack of interest (to say the least....) on the part of Mika's mother...

Back in my room
she invents a game
with the colors,
which usually serve
her continuous painting:
Drumming on the wall
and
at the same time,
jumping on my bed,
with her hair flying
all around her head
