to Rishon Letzion, where my daughter lived then.

Dedicated to Ronnit Shai, my daughter,
for her 24th birthday January 4, 1989
When I translated the song to her, she said:

2010_04_23: Mika's and my Heaven on Earth
Since 2009_08_01, I employ song-page after song-page
for documenting and exploring the evolution
of Mika, the youngest of my 10 grandchilden,
whose assignment seems to be:
to exemplify to humankind
by her own  living - doing,
how to  play - fully  create
from moment to moment
"zest-fully and full-filled"

The only scene which Efrat photographed from the screen:

Mika:
"When God says you have to do it, you have to do it!"

Mika can play with the tiniest of "things"

 

On this Shabbat morning Efrat has a program:
Levi Bar-Gil's Educational Dancing Company will be filmed by a Company which advertises Dancing, Dance Music and DVDs.
The theme today will be: "Parents dance with Children".
Levi and his wife Ayelet asked their assistants Efrat and Talli to participate and to also bring Mika and Ronni and me:


We find the way to a hall at Kfar Monosson
The entry streets are crowded with "Foreign Workers"
(in Germany they replaced the term "Fremdarbeiter" with "Gastarbeiter", guest-workers, already some 50 years ago,
but not so Israel....)

 

The sign
"Real Estate"
behind these three
waiting workers
makes me
cynical....

 

that's
what symbolizes
one aspect
of Israel today...

I won't give this power
by expressing
or explaining
"it"
explicitly...

 

 

The sign in Hebrew says:
You have to identify yourself
before the barrier

OH Israel.....
A few days later Immanuel sent me a link to an outstanding video:
"My House, your House"
Many famous artists sing - together with a choir of "foreign" children,
from among the 1200 who are in danger of being evicted from Israel
in order to make Israel aware of the hurtful problem.


This is obviously Yossi Sarid, a politician, whom I once "petitioned"...
This is obviously Alon Gal, the Coacher, [TV Reality: mishpakhah khoreget] whom I admire

 

The three mothers with their children meet: Efrat with Mika, Talli, her co-worker, with Ronni and Ayelet, Levi's wife, with Noam and Maya.

Though there have been
dissonances
between the employees
Efrat and Talli
and their bosses,
Levi and Ayelet,
....
at this occasion I feel,
that this hug is not a fake.

The day before
Efrat had came home
- exhilarated
by what she and Talli
had just experienced:
a dance with Levi
in the school "Nitzanim" at Shoham
(which is meant to be
Mika's school in the future):

" 1500 !!!
pupils, teachers and parents
were dancing!
It was fantastic.
A pity, I didn't invite you,
but I was afraid
that there would be too many people."

While Levi gives a first demonstration with some of his permanent students,
the four kids take care of having fun with themselves and with each other
