I focus my experiencing and awareness on being "a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel": I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb' pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness, so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve, and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!! "I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

On Wednesday, December 2, 2009, Immanuel fetches me from Lod train-station,
and soon I join Efrat and Mika at Shoham for the 3rd time in the "Creation-Circle"

My earthen fairy-engel or angel-fairy had been burnt in the oven & now I struggle with coloring it

While Efrat was busy with preparing the 47 candle-holders for her husband's 47th birthday in January,
Mika felt like doing NOTHING.
When her mother feared she would be bored, she threatened: "I won't take you the next time!"
But she accepted it, when I tried to relax her:
"Look! She isn't bored! There is so much stimulation and excitement around here.
I find it fascinating that Mika for once can do NOTHING."
And then, when the other parents and children were gone,
and Efrat had a discussion with Dalit, the artist and facilitator of the circle,
Mika felt motivated to create something after all...

 

This time Mika wants me to be present during the ritual of showering and "slipping" into her pyjamas and we have great fun~

 

 

 

 

An hour before my son goes on flight, father and daughter explode with laughter, when he puts her to bed

 

Then something unusual: Mika - on her way to fall asleep - is asked to come out again.
Abba wants to take her body measures, in order to buy equipment for her in New York,
for soon Mika and Efrat will - for the first time - take part in the ski holiday in the Alps
which every year is organized [and paid!] by Immanuel's step-siblings and their families.

The next morning, December 3, I sit with Mika who watches TV for some 15 minutes,
while her mother gets herself ready to bring Mika to kindergarden and herself to her job.
The program is especially interesting this time,
both because Kai-Lan is a Chinese cartoon and because of this day's content and message:
One of the characters - Lulu - builds a castle of sand at the shore, but a wave destroys it 3 times.
His friends try to comfort him, but in vain. So they go to their friend, an old man, who shows them
how to sway from side to side and breathe, in order to melt away the anger.
This advice how to move emotions physically,
is taken right from Re-evaluation Counseling, from Right Use of Will and Godchannel.com,
but what is more!! is the way, how the movements of loving friends affect the angry Lulu:
They do not give him advice by words!
They simply approach him, sway and breathe and say over and over again:
"When you are angry, relax and sway ~~~from side to side ~~~ breathe and sway ~~~
(To my regret I don't know the rhyme in the original, - I translated from Hebrew!)

Kai-lan's world is brimming with magical sights and sounds, and everywhere you turn there's something amazing and beautiful to see. Along the way, she and her bilingual buddies speak in English and Chinese, but they always need kids' help to find creative solutions to the daily dilemmas that come their way!

When Mika comes from kindergarden, she meets Yaacov again
and of course is allowed to drive him to his car next to the road.

I wasn't content with the last piano-playing picture, and though I am laughing at myself for this remnant of non-acceptance, I wanted to see myself on a photo, which "plays down" my belly....

When I had left Arad this time, I picked all the withering chrysanthemons from the plant which since the end of October is wildly flowering underneath my "Arc de Triomphe", and brought them to Mika, my flower-fan!

What was once Tomer's great delight, has now become that of his little sister but her original invention is to jump: "draw away from me, savta! More!" and I have to be strong physically and trust Mika's angels mentally.

It was only on the photo that I discerned, how the mirror at the end of the corridor reflected Mika's movement y!

 

Yesterday Mika created a particularly interesting picture, which she now takes to kindergarden: a series of monsters surrounded by many, many hearts!
