I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

See my pages about
Kayin&Hevel
the whole song can be heard on
"How can I, Hevel, heal my victimhood?"

damit Kain sagt
damit er es sagen kann
Ich bin dein Hüter
Bruder
wie sollte ich nicht dein Hüter sein
Täglich steh auf
damit wir es vor uns haben
dies Ja ich bin hier
ich
dein Bruder
Damit die Kinder Abels
sich nicht mehr fürchten
weil Kain nicht Kain wird
Ich schreibe dies
ich ein Kind Abels
und fürchte mich täglich
vor der Antwort
die Luft in meiner Lunge wird weniger
wie ich auf die Antwort warte
Abel steh auf
damit es anders anfängt
zwischen uns allen
Die Feuer die brennen
das Feuer das brennt auf der Erde
soll das Feuer von Abel sein
Und am Schwanz der Raketen
sollen die Feuer von Abel sein

2010_01_09 - Mika's Heaven on Earth

Since August 1, 2009,
I employ song-page after song-page
for documenting and exploring
the evolution of Mika
my youngest grandchild,

whose assignment seems to be:
to demonstrate to humankind
by her own living and doing,
how to playfully create
from moment to moment

"zest-fully and full-filled"

[see previous composition]
May the graciousness of Ha-Shem be upon us

the work of our hands establish upon us

yea, establish the work of our hands
Psalm 90 end

I clicked my camera so often,
in order to then choose the best image,
but now I find delight in the very sequence
of these changing compositions of my quintet!

The two "grownups" need a rest...

January 16, 2010

This is a former version (written 5 days ago)
of what I've written on the previous page.
I find it "worthwhile"... to not delete it...

While Efrat was still in the house
(which pressured me,
for on the one hand she is happy about "the Quintet",
on the other hand so many children around are not easy to bear)
I had wanted to go out with them , right to the "olive-tree circle",
but Itamar wanted to first go to a playground.

When we finally made it to that tiny nature spot
amidst a car-crowded junction,
I was pressured, as I was for the rest of the day.
I had to calculate the time for dinner,
so there would be at least 2 hours between the end of dinner
and the intended "picknick" in the afternoon.
I would have to cook both:
potatoe puree (not liked by Mika)
and my specialties of pancakes,
and at the same time I had to give attention
to keeping up the harmony
between the small Mika
and the kids Itamar and Ayelet
and the adolescents Yael and Arnon.

Mika shows her cousins the treasures of the little spot: here some wild cyclamen

Mika had gathered "likhlukhim",
"dirties",
a word that doesn't exist in the plural.
It was her word for "garbage, junk",
since I had said,
when we discovered the spot
3 days ago:
"Look, it's a bit dirty!
A pity, we didn't bring a bag
to pick up these pieces of garbage!"

Itamar helped Mika,
but since again we had no bag with us,
and the little pail was soon full,
he "took advantage" of being a boy,
already big enough to not needing to ask
and ran across the junction,
where he spotted a garbage-bin.

Mika is not allowed to run after him!
She is angry: "that's not fair",

so here I ask the girls to take her across

We had hardly arrived, when Ayelet said to me
(one of her rare addresses to me...)
"let's go to another park, which is more interesting"
"but Ayelet, this is a favorite spot for Mika and me,
just look around and see all the plants and stones!"

So, when everyone had explored the tiny hill
in his/her own way,
the boys as well as the girls had an idea,
which in the end became a fantastic co-creation.

Yael works on conctructing a brush,
which would help the girls
to paint the tower of the boys
with the juice from the berries.

Looking at the yellow-orange berries,
which Mika had enjoyed picking already last time,
though then we didn't have a vessel in which to gather them,
I again and again remember a scene,
which even now squeezes my bladder:

It was the boys who first picked the berries,
in order to ornament the surroundings of their tower.
They were - by their bodies - preventing Mika from reaching the shrubs
and she was frustrated.

I said:
"But Mika, simply ask the boys, to help you reach the berries!"

It was then, that this queen of assertivity said
in a whining tone:
"I know, they will say NO!"

I couldn't believe my ears!
"Where did you get that from, Mika?!!!
Is that what you experience with the boys in your kindergarden?
And why give up even there?
But these are your cousins who love you,
who always want the best for you!"

The boys, hearing me, handed Mika the entire collection of berries
and started to pick from scratch.
I had preferred them to wait until Mika would speak up
and ask for what she wanted,

just as she does at home with her mother and me,
or as she does with her female friends when they visit her.

I again want to insert the entire sequence of the photos I took
and not choose the best one of them.
I so much delight in the process of this fivesome co-creating!
See, how the kids change places,
but are always tightly together...
