I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

[translation: New International Version]

18 When I awake, I am still with you.

1 O LORD, you have searched me
and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.

3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.

4 Before a word is on my tongue
you know it completely, O LORD.

5 You hem me in—behind and before;
you have laid your hand upon me.

6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.

7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?

8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, [a] you are there.

9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,

10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.

11 If I say, "Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,"

12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.

13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother's womb.

14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.

January 15, 2010:
On an old casette I discovered a moving performance,
accompanying myself on the electronic organ in my bus,
- of another different tune, which I made to part of this psalm.
I'll learn the tune, turn it into a sound-button - see now
and then relate to the omitted passages about
"hatred" and "I hate"

2010_01_09 - Mika's Heaven on Earth

Since August 1, 2009,
I employ song-page after song-page
for documenting and exploring
the evolution of Mika
my youngest grandchild,

whose assignment seems to be:
to demonstrate to humankind
by her own living and doing,
how to playfully create
from moment to moment

"zest-fully and full-filled"

[see previous composition]
May the graciousness of Ha-Shem be upon us

the work of our hands establish upon us

yea, establish the work of our hands
Psalm 90 end

[Again: this is another version of what I had written
on the previous page, skipped by error,
when I returned to editing these pages after 5 days.
I knew, that I had described this experience before,
but thought, that I had done so in one of the emails,
which I had written - in Hebrew - during these days
]
When I saw, that "the big-ones",
i.e. Arnon and Yael, both now 13,
had enough of playing like kids,
I pushed to follow my own plan,
which was to lead them to
"the House of the Olive-Tree",
that round hill amidst a junction,
which Mika had loved so much,
when I brought her there 3 days ago.

After some roaming around,
the process of a fantastic
co-creation
started.
As Mika express it later,
when we went home
and she sat on my shoulders:
"ha-banot ma'akhu
ve-ha-banim asu",

meaning:
the girls crushed
and the boys built.

The girls picked berries
and crushed them with shards,
while the boys built
"The Tower of Babel"
with just those shards.

After several attempts
they were content with their construction
and invited the girls to sprinkle on it
the juice they had squeezed from the berries.

Itamar was the one who said: "Let's take photos of this!"
And I reminded "the Quartet",
how he had used my camera on Grandma Days since the age of 4!

The berry tower as viewed from above

It was then , that the girls wanted to use what was left of the yellow juice, for writing the word "ha-hhamishiyah!" - the Quintet!
