I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

Wahre Freundschaft soll nicht wanken

2007_06_20

lyrics&tune:
German Folksong
Schlesien 1841
Franken 1855
New Hebrew Text
Christa-Rachel Bat-Adam

June 2007

the underlying music was taken
from the Folksongs' Website

A stanza - in German - created itself on Janina's 71st birthday, on June 20, 2008
Wahre Freundschaft soll nicht wanken,
ob sie gleich entfernet ist,
sind wir doch zusammen in Gedanken,
nur getrennt - bis du wirst , was du bist.

New Hebrew Text
created towards the 70th birthday
of my friend Janina Zimnovodzki
See another song dedicated to her: Isaiah 58
Though we lived in the same village,
and gave birth to our daughters in January 1965 within 6 hours,
we became friends only on August 31, 1966,
when we again delivered together, a son and a daughter,
this time within 15 minutes.

1970- Double Twins

Two Mothers,
born 1937 and 1938

one was once
a little Jewish girl
in the Polish-German
border-town Kattowitz,
persecuted almost to death, her mother murdered,
while the other one was
a little German girl,
in Stuttgart, South-Germany,
whose father in the Nazi army was killed at the same time.

1. Wahre Freundschaft soll nicht wanken,
Wenn sie gleich entfernet ist;
|: Lebet fort noch in Gedanken
Und der Treue nicht vergißt. :|

2. Keine Ader soll mir schlagen,
Wo ich nicht an dich gedacht,
|: Ich will für dich Sorge tragen
Bis zur späten Mitternacht. :|

3. Wenn der Mühlstein träget Reben
Und daraus fließt kühler Wein,
|: Wenn der Tod mir nimmt das Leben,
Hör ich auf getreu zu sein. :|

Text und Melodie
aus Rotenburg (wohl Rothenburg ob der Tauber in Mittelfranken),
1855 in Ditfurths "Fränkischen Volksliedern" II;
ähnlich schon 1841 aus Schlesien...

The original song about "True Friendship",,
from which I adopted the tune and the first line,
was one of my favorites,
when I was a child and young girl in Germany.

Maybe, the last time I sang it, was 45 years ago.

Now - thinking of the seventy years of my Israeli friend Yanina -
as well as of the seventy years of my German friend Anke,
who was born only 2 days after Yanina,
this song came to my mind.

While my "mind" laboured for three days,
inspiration came to my help
and created a song which expresses in a nutshell,
what my mind could never have worked out...

Together we searched for the meaning of the terms and metaphors in this song
and I promised you, to put this research into writing, or more exact: sculpting.

Sometime in September I suggested to Yanina,
that we should have a fixed phone-meeting,
every Shabbat morning from 8:15-9:15.
Sometimes I walk outside while talking.
It so happened, that while walking-talking in Arad
I came across a beautiful red stature.
[See how on Febr. 16, 2010, I reached it again, just on the day on which its title was attached to it!]
And then it happened, that while walking- talking in Shoham
I came across a similar beautiful, but white , stature,
and this just when Yanina was using the word: "Together",
which is written on the white stature ...

2010
The first time that Yanina and I met face to face again,
since her visit in my tent on my last day of the Walk about Love,
was on January 8-9, 2010
in a certain situation, which ....

On January 8, 2010, I discovered a poem,
which my friend Yanina
had written into a book about Michelangelo, in Sept. 1978.
I showed it to her the next day, while we had breakfast...

help me up
my friend
dust me off
feed me warmth
you are comfort
let me lean on you
until I can stand alone
I will then stand
(a little) taller
and you will be proud
to have a friend
such as I

In that same diary, on Sept. 30, 1978, I wrote:

I forgot to write,
that with Yanina I had a wonderful support-meeting this week,
in which I discovered my "frozen need"
of living in a state of lack of responsibility
(to the extent of wanting "to pop under the sod", i.e. to die),
... many support-meetings will be necessary to help me
to discharge this need.
["frozen need" is a term in Re-evaluation Counseling and indicates,
that there are patterns, which simply cannot heal,
but must be "moved" (Godchannel's term!) over and over again]
