may Efrat - like so many people whom I met - have asked herself again and again.
And the last line of the old English song: 'tis the last rose of summer comes to my mind
Oh! who would inhabit This bleak world alone?
 It is the desert which taught me to SEE, what is hidden from the eye:
To SEE the thousandfold beauty in the world and in people and in life!

Two more of Immanuel's portraits on the background of the Desert: Wild Rachel and Uri, her son-in-love, who surprised us with his statement (when it was his turn to tell about himself:) "I'm inventing myself every year anew!"

Who is missing?
Naomi~~~ Yanna~~~~ Tomer and Mika~~~ Ra'ayah and Ayelet ~~~ Rachel

Who has moved a few steps, thus changing the dynamics of the constellation?
Und who is now missing in addition to the previous scene? ~~~~ Efrat!
Again people moved a bit , so that - for instance - Itamar, Arnon, Gid'on and Micha stand in one line, like planets do sometimes!
and who has joined the constellation? Mika instead of Rotem.
And who is still missing?
Na'omi~~~~ Yanna ~~~~Efrat and Tomer~~~~ Ra'ayah and Ayelet~~~ Rachel

There they are - two of the missing people: Yanna and Tomer, they have some things in common - like smoking And the reason, that Efrat walked away, was probably also in order to smoke. And Rachel is photographing, but where are Na'omi, Ra'ayah and Ayelet? And why and where did Rotem leave the picture?

Immanuel did the professional thing as a photographer: to focus on individual persons and intimate interactions. But this time even HE wanted to catch the "constellation". Naomi and Ayelet [with a glimpse of Ra'ayah] and the dog Patrick are now "in", and so is Tomer, but now Dita is out, together with Yanna, who still isn't with us, Nor is Efrat with us, and suddenly Micha isn't there. Nor am I, and Immanuel, of course, is the photographer

Ten are present and ten are missing! What is everyone thinking and feeling now? Especially Immanuel on the far right and Ronnit on the far left?

All the five Shai-family-members are present (Jonathan, of course, rests at home from his army-service)
Dita is always with Gid'on, but Janna still isn't there - or did I discriminate her in my photographing?
For - I confess - it took me some time to accept her into the intimacy or our united family!
Efrat is now in the middle, but she and Immanuel and Mika are again without Tomer.
And while Micha and Arnon are almost on all pictures, Ra'ayah and Ayelet are not!
Rachel is the photographer, but Na'omi, yes! where is Na'omi again?

Now I see them - I'm counting 16 - all walking up to our five cars - except for me, three might already sit inside a car.
