I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

lyrics:

modified lyrics:
Ronnit Shai & Christa-Rachel Bat-Adam

tune:
Immanuel
Amiran

Ronnit's version 2002 ?
We came to accept darkness,
in us there is light and shade
each of us is a small candle
and all of us are lasting light
to strengthen the hope
for peace, for love

"We came to drive out darkness",

is probably the favorite Chanukka song of small children,
for with the last lines they are allowed to stomp their feet
and wave their hands:
"Get out, darkness!
make way for the light!"

But some 5 years ago my daughter Ronnit Shai said:
"This doesn't agree with the concept of wholeness, does it?"
In fact, it has been said already 2500 years ago,
- against all dualism before and after -

I form the light, and create darkness:
I make peace (wholeness), and create evil:
I the LORD do all these things.

See also Ronnit's Chanukka blessing with my tune
[and see, why I quoted both songs on Dec.6, 2009]

My own version , 2007
We came to accept darkness,
in us there is light and shade
each of us is a small candle
and all of us are lasting light
light and darknes were
created by God
with both we'll be whole

En-JOY-ing and growing with Mika and my Family
following the documentation "Mika's Heaven on Earth", inserted since Song Game 2007_01_01

continued

A belated Rosh-Hashanah togetherness,
initiated by Micha and Ra'ayah in their home at Mazkeret-Batya
Shabbat-Eve, September 30, 2011

[the intent was, that Immanuel, Ronnit and Micha and their families should meet,
but it was right thinking, that also Dita and Joel, the stepsiblings should be invited.
It was not intended, that also part of their children and grandchildren would come.
I'm sure, it was not so much out of family-connectedness,
but because of the celebrity in our midst - Immanuel...
see "Heaven-to-Earth-promo">September 30

Ronnit visits Immanuel in the kitchen of Ra'ayah and Micha,
after he had put on the Masterchef Apron,
smuggled here by Efrat - without Immanuel's knowledge.
He finished his "famous Risotto", as asked for by Ra'ayah,
but also finishes the Finale-dish,
which he had had no opportunity to show or let taste anyone,
since he was "only the third" in the Finale.
Since I was sad, that I had not even seen his dish,
and even sadder,
that all the 100 dishes, prepared according to his recipe
in case he would be one of the two last finalists,
whose dishes were not only cooked like his,
but presented to 100 tasters,
I proposed to make a sample for our family-dinner.
He gladly accepted the proposal, but said,
that to make a sample was not possible.
He had to prepare the dish for all the 26 participants.
That caused quite some upheaval at home,
first, because he didn't have time for anything anyway,
second, because the could not get the "quills" right,
and had to invent something else instead.
(one of the unsuccessful quills I'm eating right now...)
I can't even describe the dish, which was very rich,
and soon enough had been eaten up by everyone,
despite all the other good dishes, brought by everyone.
Joel and his son Ran take pictures of the dish,
and Dani, Joel's son-in-law, watches.

Ra'ayah (behind Ronnit) has already helped herself, while Ronnit and Micha wait eagerly, till Dita and Tova will make space for them.
Only Yanna, Dita's foster-daughter, eats quietly.

Hadass, Joel's daughter, has clad herself in the Masterchef apron and shows her affection for Immanuel (next to Micha).
Immanuel's risotto is half eaten

While all the "boys" are busy with eating (Micha and Itamar, on the other side Gid'on and Arnon), and Yael eats, as well,
Mika and Ayelet, take the greatest delight in Eitan, the very sweet little son of Rafi and Hagar, Dita's younger daughter

It always amazes me, how fond of little children and babies Mika is.
This is Lihi, the daughter of Shir and Ran, Joel's eldest.

I don't recognize the woman
next to Dan, Hadass' husband.
Is it Shir, Ran's wife?
In the semi-circle:
Rafi, the husband of Hagar,
Dita, grandmother of Eitan,
and mother of Hagar,
Efrat, my daughter-in-love,
Ronnit, my beloved daughter

Joel and Dita, my stepchildren

What was the matter with the camera here?
These could have been very sweet pictures:
Uncle Joel helps Mika to paint.
Mika, Lihi and Eitan embrace.

Mika and her friend Elah

another friend - Ziv - joins Mika and Elah and they make fun on my bed

On Sunday, October 2, 2011, I returned to Arad, after I had been with the family since September 22,
through the events around Masterchef and around Rosh-Hashanah

Shoham, October 16-19, 2011
[See my composition in "Nourishment from Others"]

I was at Shoham to welcome them at 11:30 P.M.,
when the family returned from 5 days in Hongkong.
The pretext was my visit of Miki Dror at Kiryat Ono,
where our friend Renata from the USA was her guest.

Since 3 days later it would be the Eve of Simchat Torah,
and son Micha would fetch me to their home at Mazkeret Batya,
for celebrating the last day of Succot in their succah with them,
Efrat urged me to stay till then though Immanuel was not on flight.

She shears, glues and intertwines the links
of a garland for the community-succah,
erected in their compound of Sella-Street.

A history-lesson about Gil'ad Shalit with the help of scetches,
an idea that came to me, when I saw, that she could not grasp,
why some people in Israel were against the "Gil'ad Shalit-Deal".
See the drawing on the first of seven pages: Succot-Gil'ad-Desert

"Shalom
slichah
[sorry]
that I wasted
[spelled wrongly]
the day
from Mika"

later addition:
"I'm hungry"
[spelled wrongly]

the very complex story behind it:
Mika's craziness
concerning her hair
and coiffure...

When Mika on this day, Oct. 18, 2011 composed that desert-picture
on her program "Maya's Secret",
she several times skipped through the subprograms.
Once I said: "I know this tune" (played very fast)
"can you record it for me?"
So she took my digital recorder and recorded it 3 times.
Back in Arad - on the way to the pool -
when and where I always rehearse songs,
I heard this tune and lyrics came to me easily
- except for the last line, which - in its tune - I couldn't get right
though I listened to the tune over and over again.
In the end it became clear, why there was such hesitation:
Some time ago Mika suddenly said: "Please don't mention 'God' so often"!
When I was shocked and asked: "But why?" she retreated from her quest!

I'm yearning for you
I'm thirsty for you
you are loved by me
you are precious to me
come embrace me
in your womb
you're my Shekhina-my God

Listen to the tune on SongSame 2007_05_12

I'm quoting a story inserted in SongGame 2007_09-29- The Song of the Partisans:

Oct. 19. 2011 -
Mika
saw this screen open and tried to read the word "Partisanim" in Hebrew, asking what it meant.
Dumb as I was, I tried to connect the word with what she knew: the holocaust.
But she - hearing the word "shoah", immediately escaped into humor:
"trua'ah?" [trumpet-call] she laughed,
"No! you learnt about yom-ha-shoah! [Day of the holocaust]
There is no Yom-tru'ah, unless you want to call Rosh-Hashanah "yom ha-tru'ah"-
"there you blow the shofar"
, she affirmed, glad that I went along with her humor..
But I, still dumb, wanted to go back to her question.
She tried to side-track me again, and I asked:
"don't you want to know about the"Partisanim".
"No!!!", she said harshly...
Then I got it:She didn't want to remember the Shoah...
