I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

2010 - Mika's and My Heaven-on-Earth

2010_10_28-29   Heaven-on-Earth
"...Manifestation is meant to be a playground where being and playing are fun" [Godchannel]

Continuation of the sequence: Mika running around the playground.
The first time I , too, squeezed myself through the shrubs,
but then I took pictures by zooming her in

Ziv, who triggers my hole of "being fat",
is the only girl on the playground at this hours.
All other kids are boys.
Mika and Ziv play together for almost an hour,
What I detect now is, that on all the pictures
on which I could not avoid getting Ziv on the photo,
Ziv is standing, unlike Mika who is always moving.

Mika swings alone into the pink evening clouds

The next day,
Friday, Oct. 29, 2010,
[see a scene with Mika in SongGame Dec.31]
I came home
from my very special "outing"
with Yanina, my friend,
to the graveyard of my mother
in Jerusalem,

and this is the scene I saw:

Imma and Mika played a game,
but now - 4 days later -
none of us can remember,
what the game was about.

Sometime later
it happened,
for what
we had yearned:

It began to rain,
strongly
though shortly,

and the reflections
of the light
were breath-taking,

lights on our street,
lights of the town,
lights all around
the horizon

October 29, 2010, The Eve of Shabbat, with Tomer

Mika's compassionate gesture towards
"the plant",
which I had supported
by a tiny branch-fork.

The day before
Mika had
severely damaged
this plant
"which I tend
so carefully"
[Efrat],
by throwing around
a cushion.
She had been warned
before
to be careful,
but couldn't help
her mischievousness.
It became
quite a scene
as always
when Mika
feels truly guilty.

After Efrat's anger
had calmed down,
but Mika's crying
continued in my room,
to where she had fled,
I dared to advise Efrat,
to use the chance
and teach Mika,
how to cope with
feelings of guilt,
instead of posing
as the victim.
Efrat called Mika
and while hugging her,
told her softly,
what she had done.
I said in English:
"You're making her feel more guilty.
The point is,
that she learns
how to apologize
and win you over
to her feeling truly sorry.

I myself reminded Mika
of the scene in the pool:
"Do you remember,
how you, by accident,
tore my silvery chain?
You said immediately:
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry,
are you angry ?"

This helped me!
"
She identified
with the wounded plant
and we advised her
to talk to the plant!

See Mika's "nakhlieli"bird [below] and also a first version of the "plant-guilt-lesson" on the previous page
Mika now puts on her apron, since she wants to help Imma with preparing dinner

Tomer,
who spent this weekend with us,
though his father was on flight,
had finally taken up
playing the guitar,
"only a month ago!"

Though our singing
to what he tried to play
was a bit frustrating,
I asked him
"to pose for your Premiere!"
