I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!

I knew the song vaguely,
but following a little exercise with Yael's clarinet and Arnon's piano
on August 28, 2007 in my castle,
I decided to learn the song by heart.
Here is a recording of Yael's and Arnon's play,
with Itamar humming and - in the end - barking...



To make the last (half) stanza singable a-capella, I needed to change it a little:

Still on Shabbat, February 11, 2012, with Mika's cousin Yael and Mika's friend Elah



Yael, who actually is a clarinetist in the Jerusalem Youth-Orchestra,
started to learn playing also the piano.
When she showed me, what she had already learnt in those 4 months,
the girls came running from their room and danced to the music
