I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

InteGRATion into GRATeFULLness
Singing&Sounding keeps me Sound

and other songs, which I sing with Mika, my youngest grandchild (born 2005_12_20)

2007_11_15

lyrics - a lullaby:
Jechiel Heilferin
tune:
Joel Engel

This is one of those old Hebrew sungs,
which will never become "old".
Still, I wanted to change the text a little,
so it would fit Mika's life situation:

from K.i.s.s.-Log 2008_04_08

song of the day : I love you, Imma
"Imma Yeqarah li"
lyrics: Moshe Dafna, tune: Nahum Nardi

When Mika sang with the song on the CD in the car to the beach,
I not only bothered her by singing with her -
still - her "otakh" - (I love) you - can be heard clearly,
but by pushing my cellphone recorder under her lips.
The last word expresses her anger, about which I laugh

from K.i.s.s.-Log 2008_04_11

From head to feet
this is me, this is me
look into my eyes,
this is me, this is me,
with a smile till the ears,
swinging with both hands
in front of me and from my back,
what do you say to that?

This is me, this is me - I with all my body,
this is me, this is me - I in my entirety.

You can turn around
and sometimes you fall,
You lift your knees,
and jump to the sky.

THIS IS ME

song of the day

An excellent piece from a CD with songs for small kids,
chosen one by one by the couple
who conducts Mika's kindergarden
.
The names of the authors were not noted.

Just as strongly emphasizing "Total Self-Acceptance" is the song
which appears on K.i.s.s.-Log 2008_05_17
and again on 2008_09_19 and again on 2008_10_25

song of the day: "I'll always stay myself", the chorus of a 4 stanza kids song,
sung by Mika during our afternoon outing

On April 23, 2010, Mika and I created an additional stanza:

Sometimes I stand (or walk) and sometimes I sit,
sometimes I read and sometimes I write,
sometimes my heart is open, sometimes repressed,
sometimes I am tough, and sometimes dedicated

Lea Goldberg: Bo'u Ananim (come clouds and bring rain)
