I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

February 23, SHABBAT, - at Shoham

hodayot [thanksgivings] for today

7:00
My Body, my Partner, my God
I give thanks to our teeth,
to those remnants which allowed those professional people
to re-create our two jaws to the extent,
that I could wholly enjoy the wonderful Eve-of- Shabbat dinner,
prepared by Efrat for our guests,
Micha and Ra'ayah and Arnon and Ayelet.

I give thanks for the gradual relaxation of tension
[which was due to Efrat's headache and coughing],
- for the first outing with Mika, difficult at first, delighting in the end,
- for the warmth with which Arnon hugged me,
though he paid for it by a sharp bite of Nella in his leg,
- for the fact, that both he and his father who was also bitten,
made their peace with the dog - later- with Efrat's help,
- and finally for the harmony between the 3 children,
which also confirmed the rightness of my idea,
of letting Arnon and Ayelet stay over night with us,
since we are all invited to Itamar's birthday this morning at 10:00

Yesterday - towards the Eve of Shabbat

She wants to make friends with a cat, climbs up a wall, crawls under a fence ....

Again she picks berries, one of her most beloved occupations.

And then she stands on a bench, night has fallen, and sings clearly: "I love you with all my heart"

Her mother calls me: "they have arrived",
meaning our guests from Mazkeret Batya.
I carry Mika home - that is what she wants,
and though my groin makes this hard work,
I enjoy the rare physical intimacy.

After our wonderful Shabbat dinner the parents part from their children.
Ra'ayah, the midwife, has to work during the night, Micha is exhausted from his first motorbike tour,
and Arnon and Ayelet will stay overnight, in order to have more time with grandma and Mika,
before I"ll drive us all to "Aladin" tomorrow at ten, to be present at Itamar's birthday party with his schoolmates.

Mika is allowed to stay up longer, since she so much enjoys the company of other children.
At first she is tired, asks for the dummy, and wants to sit beside Ayelet and simply watch a DVD
.
Arnon, who was telling me about his life, felt attracted to that DVD:
"not only the story is nice, but I'm fascinated by the graphics and animation."
It was about a little grey elefant, which wanted to become "more special",
and eventually learned to except itself as it was.
I myself was watching the story attentively for the first time,
though I often had passed by, when Mika had watched it.
Since we already had such a good time together,
Efrat recommended watching together the expansion of one of the most popular classics in Hebrew childrens' literature:
"A flat to be let" by Lea Goldberg.
"You'll like the extension, she promised Arnon and Ayelet!"
And again - it was the first time that I watched this fantastic theatre play all the way through,
though I had often heard Mika telling her mother, that she wanted to see this play,
even when she could not yet express the name of it.
It was then, that Mika became lively again
and started to amuse us with the yellow collapsible box,
in which Micha had brought stuff for me and equipment for his kids.
Eventually Mika put a pair of drums into the box, on which she could stand, and --- dance!

Shabbat Morning at Shoham -
three lovely, loving. loved children

The girls, still in their pyjamas, "accompany" Arnon,
when he plays the touching "theme from the 3rd Symphony" by Brahms,
which I had asked him to practise until today,
in order to play it together, I the melody and he the very diverse chords
.

Efrat, who always laughs about "the Paparazzo in our house" , called me:
"Come and see this picture!"

And then Arnon called me: "Look at us!"
Nella, who had attacked him as well as his father so fiercely yesterday,
had become his friend.
"In the morning she even came to sleep beside me!"
Still, I have lost trust in this dog, and so has Efrat.
I'm glad, it's not me who has to decide what should be done with her.

The togetherness at "Aladin"
will find its place on K.i.s.s.-Log tomorrow,
which is Itamar's original date of birth.

This day I want to close with one photo only,
of our outing towards the end of Shabbat.
This time Mika wanted me to take her on her bike,
and passing by a playground, asked to sit on a swing.
When her shoes touched the muddy ground and became a bit dirty,
the princess demanded to leave this place
and we drove along,
until she saw -from faraway - another familiar place with swings.

When - after a long time -
she had enough of her swinging and our common singing,
she was not yet able to answer the question: "le'an?" "where to?"

So I taught her, not for the first time, but this time she got it.

From now on I stopped before every junction and asked:
"le'an?"
and she pondered for a while
and then pointed into one direction:

"Sham" - "there".

After I had taken this photo at a certain T-junction, I asked again:
"le'an?"

This time she was impatient, as if the question was superfluous:
"sham! ha-baita!" "there - home!"

How did she know, that we were, indeed, on our way home?
To reach our house, we still had to pass two more junctions!

"Abraham" (1997) e-mail quote on February 23, 2012

Most who are looking for mates that they haven't quite found yet
are so interested in getting to where they're going
that they're missing the fun of going there.
