I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'
pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill>evolve,

the exterior flow of these days - to also find clarity for my

thoughts relax into a fast flowing but directed river!

My Body, my Partner,
my God
I give thanks to the large bundle of
muscles on the floor of the mouth
that helps us to taste and to chew and to swallow all the
good food,
our tongue!
I'm immensely grate-ful for the "grace"
in yesterday's encounter with E.,
my oldest grandchild (born 1987).
I've never used this term on this site.
GRACE,
at least not in English. .

First sight in the morning through the flowers
on the veranda across the "Dommim-Hill".
Its maddening de-struction into a commercial center can be neither
seen nor heard (!) on this image.

The morning
yesterday began again with Mika and her Abba,
and since I had photographed the process already - I only watched,
enjoying without being needed
- still such an amazing "action" for me.
But when Mika went to her mother's bed to show her beauty,
no tiredness could make Imma let go of control.
A piece of the wardrobe had been forgotten,
and since yesterday the mother was called from the kindergarden:
"Mika isn't dressed warmly enough"
(following my advice of leaving out a
sweatshirt, since it seemed to be warm....),
Abba had to undress and dress Mika all over again.
This gave me the pretext to take another series of morning photos:
She doesn't seem to be very happy to
leave,
but when Abba came to fetch her at 5 o'clock,
she wasn't very happy to leave the kindergarden.
In fact, lately she is pushing away both imma & abba:
"Go away, I don't want to come!"
Of course, the moment they follow her command
and turn away, she screams for them....

Nella pulled the lash in my photographing
hand,
But the fuzziness conveys some beauty as well.

Immanuel had brought E. from Tel-Aviv.
Obviously she had a free day from both:
studying at the Beit
Zvi School of Performing Arts
and working as a waiter in a restaurant.
She hadn't been here in Shoham for a month,
- painful for Efrat who yearn's for company for E's little sister.
Now they were just coming in, when Mika exclaimed:
"I want to see the movie with E.!"
She meant the professional video "Sisters in NY",
which the girls' father had filmed and edited,
while he took both his daughters into the cockpit
and to New York City, in October 2007.
The day before - during our outing - she heard a plane (as usual),
and said to me: "Mika with E. in the plane!"
While Mika has seen the video many times,
E. enjoyed the completed version for the first time.
