how I could save material and stitching time.

In preparing this prospectus I was helped by Amnon [famous now for his solar house] in Kfar-Vradim,
and the last sentence under his little illustration is his, not mine, though I completely identify with it:
"The biggest pain is the pain for the suffering of another. All we can do is to support him, not to suffer in his stead."


I did not have a camera then,
but during our "Peace-Process" in 2002, when I asked Gadi for photos
which he - as a photographer - had made of Succah in the Desert -
I discovered an envelope with paper pictures.
I figured out, that for my last passage in Egypt
(every two weeks one had to go back to Israel then),
I had borrowed a camera from Gadi.
He had developed the photos , but never handed them over to me.
Since David is on the photos, it must have been around Yom Kippur.
2 weeks later - during Succot - the tents were already on the beach..

Since recently Ahmed Sawarka again sought contact with me,
(also in order to make me send my friends to "Bamboo-Beach",
the business, which is the only result of our common dream.
See the website of "Bambo-Beach-Camp" ( in 2014 neither the website nor the Camp exists)
I corrected this page and the 3 pages of DESERT-WATER-VISION.
I am sad, that I did not complete the story and that there is a gap
between that first encounter with Ahmed in Wadi- at-Tauleh
and the opening of the first and only "Pyramidion" - together!

But now - 13 years later - I cannot retrieve the events of the past!
I can only hope, that the Future will prove,
that our co-creation in 1996 was a seed that will grow in its time.
That and why the time was not ripe then,
I finally understood only in January 2006,
when the aggravation of the ruined joint in my right groin told me:

"You must cease to manifest your vision on the exterior level!
As long as those Bedouins in the Zealots' Valley
- and they are only a microcosm of humankind -
are hating themselves and therefore each other,
any exterior success would come at a price of terrible reversals,
just like the "successes" of the French or Communist Revolution.
You yourself must focus now on healing yourself into wholeness
and - by extension - all of Creation, all of the Middle East.
Your experience of 19 years in the Desert and all your models
of "Peace through Desert Hosting SPS-compatible Economy"
will be manifested in its right time - through your future peers.

E-volving,  Un-folding  the  "SPS"  resources of the Desert
              S  P  A  C  E            P  U  R  I  T  Y          S  I  L  E  N  C  E         
    [as opposed to the cities' crowdedness, pollution & noise],
will be the gigantic challenge , which will help Jews and Arabs
to   bring   about     E Q U A L I T Y     in     S E L F - E S T E E M .

Since 1974, my peace-work [started in 1958] has been based on:
Transforming a negative dependency into a positive dependency.

A positive dependency or PARTNERSHIP is based on 3 conditions:
COMMON INTEREST / MUTUAL TRUST / EQUALITY in SELF-ESTEEM.

After 35 years of having PRACTICALLY tested this theory ,
I know, that  EQUALITY in SELF-ESTEEM can only be realized,
if the adversaries, forced into mutual dependency by destiny,
will   engage   in   COPING   TOGETHER   with   a   CHALLENGE
which is SO BIG , that it  DWARFS  the GAP in  SELF-ESTEEM.
