The Purpose  of   HEALING - K.I.S.S.

  to help me and my potential P E E R s

"to HEAL ourselves into WHOLEness,

and - by extension - all of CREATion!"

I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

+ "kulanana"

lyrics& tune:
Nomi Shemer
When I was now checking,
if there was any Succot- song,
worthwhile to be included in my game,
since Succot, the Festival,
and the Succah, its symbol,
is so immensely important for me,
I found only this song.
But on Dec. 31, 2008 I created my own song
The following excerpt of an article about Nomi Shemer's song
deepens a few aspects of the Succah

A Psalm
for Nation and World

Citrus, Myrtle, Date, and Willow
- these are Israel'
Knowing and doing exist or don't
- these are Israel!
They shall make one union,
Israel!
They will atone for each other,
Israel!
An ancient psalm was given to the nation!
A redeeming psalm also for the World!
Without leaves-
there won't be grapes!

Myrtle, Date, Willow and Citrus-
these are Israel!
Knowing and Doing aren't there or are-
these are Israel!
Etc.

Date, Willow, Citrus and Myrtle
Etc.

Willow, Citrus, Myrtle and Date
Etc.

New lyrics to a Chassidic tune
to an atrocious Chanuka hymn

The lyrics are based on
the biblical metaphor
of "The Four Species",
each is unique ,
but none is preferable.
Only by coalescing
into one union
can they exist and live.
See also the first page of
"Bio-Testimony"

The metaphor
which is an aspect
of the Succot Festival
and therefore familiar to all,
came to light recently
in a Big Brother assignment
and helped me to interpret,
what was really happening
in that chosen 107 day prison.

Efrat answered: Thanks, Fascinating!!!

On Sept. 14, 2010     [s. also Mika's Heaven-on-Earth]
I got a call from Efrat, my daughter-in-love,
at the unusual hour of 8:20 AM.
"Mika and I are on our way to kindergarden
and are practising the 4 Species Song.
There is an argument between us:
She sings "tamar", while I sing "lulav".

How should she explain this in kindergarden?"
I said,
that "lulav" means a part of a palm-frond
(and only when reading one of the midrashim about the 4 species in my own book
[hebr.223] learnt, that "lulav" also means
the entire bunch of the 4 species),
and that only if we say and sing "tamar",
the word in the command about the 4 species (Lev. 23,4)
does the meaning of become clear:
"tamar"
[date-palm-tree as well as date the fruit]
is - amidst the four species - the one,
which bears fruit, but has no scent,
and thus symbolizes the people
who DO, even though they don't KNOW
.

"kulanana - a million heart-beats"

[a video which shows
the entire team of "A Star is Born" singing,
one by one and together this song
in the creation of which the audience participated]

( kulanana - a splendid new word which mixes
the Hebrew kullanu [=all of us]
and the Arabic kulluna or - in spoken language: kullna [=all of us]
together with anu-[=we] in Hebrew )

"Here is the song, that you all helped to write
- for the finale of the winning team of
the 'A Star is born-Contest'!"
[on July 23, 2011]
The question and quest ,
which was communicated to the audience
during the last weeks of the contest, was:

what have the 7,7 millions of Israelis in common.

The lyrics appeared online already on July 28, 2011 (seeHeaven-to-Earth-1),
The "victory" of Hagit Yaso, a woman of Ethiopian background,
was a victory of kulanana - we are all one!

and Heaven-to-Earth-2>August 3, 2011

My solo - as differentiated from my co-singing with Lior

A Million of Pulses (or heart-beats)
sung by the team of "A Star is Born",
9th season,

lyrics: Noam Horev, tune: Ohad Hitman

Look at how we all talk about heat
We honk at the traffic light here now
And among thousand hopes
it's always the same prayer
And the same news on the hour

Look at how we all stand in traffic
Between all the mess we're all waiting
for a moment of sanity,
but everything here is upside down,
At the edge of every tear
there is waiting a smile

And there are a thousand dreamers
awake here tonight
they want to fulfill the same dreams
And a million beats of joy and pain
Million pulses of the same heart

Look at how all of us are from joy to joy
Mabrouk, Klasna, badasta, be-karov etzlech
Going a bit far away and in the end return
to those smells and sounds and songs

Look at how we all march together
As in a journey
of hopes and beliefs and fears
We all compose
the same picture
One perfect picture
of kulanana

to former song    to next song

2009_10_04 - Mika's Heaven on Earth

I follow my understanding and new lekh-lekhâ on January 1, 2009,
that - after 7 years - I should no longer create new pages on my 2 websites,
but intermingle the evidence of new experiences with that on existing pages.

On August 1, I decided to re-employ song-page after song-page
for documenting and exploring
the evolution of my youngest grandchild,
a starchild whose assignment for this planet seems to be:
to demonstrate by her own living and doing,
how to playfully create from moment to moment

"zest-fully and full-filled"

[see previous composition]

The images of the "slow motion movie" of
how Mika was singing my song of the Four Species,
were taken at Mika's new home during the Succot Festival,
