I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

It seems that I chose 26 actors for my life's drama and those 26 actors chose me! One common trait of all roles is "mutual dependency" between them and me.
With 16 actors - my family - the mutual dependency is life-long! With my landlords at Arad & with my 6 starchildren,
born between 1986-88, it may be temporary.
My children: Immanuel, Ronnit, Micha; my children-in-love: Efrat, Uri, Ra'ayah; my 10 grandchildren [born 1987-2005): Elah-Alon-Tomer-Mika; Jonathan-Rotem-Yael-Itamar; Arnon-Ayelet
My landlords: Ofir & Meital+ Lior (2002) & Amit (2005). My starchildren: Lior Oren, Zipi Winkler , Dina Strat , Meshi Taib, Gal Mor, Boris Arons [26=YHWH=13+13=ahavah+ahavah =

The FOCUS of MY INTENTION TODAY
Know exactly what you want, communicate clearly what you want, then get out of the way, live and play, and let happen what may
I desire that this fantastic nano-example of how I, Rachel, attracted a trigger from Efrat, s. below,
will help E. to perceive, how that"impertinent" call from Tomer:
"do you allow me to smoke a cigarette"
was attracted by her HOLE which now wants to HEAL,- attracted by her lack of wholeness with:

a) that she succumbed to T. by allowing him to smoke 4 cigarettes a day when not at Ben-Shemen; b) that she herself still hasn't fulfilled her vow : "if my daughter was strong enough to throw away her dummies, I'll undergo treatment to stop smoking!"

I desire true & effective "communication" with T.
from 18:00-18:45, trusted by Efrat & Immanuel.
I desire that Efrat,
who is scared of the meeting at 19:00 (with the Ben-Shemen team & with Tomer), will be inspired to say, what will make her love herself and cause the team to give more leeway to T. and not act on their fright of 'a difficult child', kindled by me already in Febr. & then by I&E: we did him a bear's service!
A poster in the waiting-room of the Ultrasound Institute at Shoham

hodayot [thanksgivings] for today

9:15
My Body, my Partner, my God
Though after the info about "an infection in the ligament" I prefer to not exercise,

I give thanks for the rediscovered 13th lesson of Aya's "Paula Keys"
[Continuation of yesterday's altar]
The knees can bend, the body can bend with hands almost to the floor,
the waist can turn sideward,

"in order to make it easier for the body,
but don't do, just listen to what wants to move and how!"

When i pointed to pains on the backside of the calves , Aya said:
"Well, this one [of which you' ve never been aware!] we've just now
brought down from the "Boiden"
(Yiddish for a storage place under the roof)
I laughed & thought, how many of your parts, BODY, are still on the "Boiden"?

I'm grate-full, that my desires for I. and E. were partly fulfilled, less stress with T.
(I. to me: "I calculated, that -on Dec. 8 - I was phoning altogether for 140 min.,
My head exploded with pain, Herpes appeared etc. -Today it's a bit better!"
).

I'm grate-full, that E. drove me to the Ultrasound Institute and cared so deeply,
I'm grate-full for having created the "Magician" sculpture on yesterday's page.
I'm grate-full for many a humerous interaction with Mika
and for continous communication with my daughter-in-love.

I'm grate-full for having re-read "... 'driving backward' is this change of attitude,
from willy-nilly manifesting based on false assumptions of what you want ~
to careful consideration,& even reverence for what has already come into existence. "

Finetuning to my Present
"A trigger comes to point out
a hole in my wholeness that now wants to heal":

While I was called into the Ultrasound lab, Efrat went with Mika outside
in order to buy a sweet for Mika.
Clever Mika said:

"We need to buy a 'surprise' also for grandma, since the doctor had to check her."

Efrat "therefore" bought pretty pieces of chocolate for 10 NIS,
"so we have to munch something when we watch Big Brother tonight."
While sitting together on the sofa, I took what I believed was "my share",
but was scared, that I might be accused of taking too much.
And indeed, the manifestation of my fright came quickly.
E. exclaimed:
"what a baby you are, with all your craving for sweets".
I was triggered and voiced this :
"I'm hurt now, and I'll never again... ",
which was always my way of taking revenge: making the other feel guilty.
E. laughed even more:
"I'm joking! After all these years you still react from your traumas!"
I caught myself on the spot:
"You are right! There you can see, how a hole attracts a trigger."

This morning - after Tomer left & before Mika was woken up - I felt
that E. wanted me to join her smoking session on the still rain-wet veranda.
When we again scanned all the incidents and interactions of the last 2 days, that chocolate trigger helped me to open Efrat's eyes
as to the true reason for some of T's outrageous behaviors....

It is also a good example
as to how my own "retardedness" is needed for healing creation.
For if I would already be totally healed & whole and not attract any trigger (the way Boris and Zipi learnt from me how to not take on anyone's blaming
and - when blamed by Rachel herself - to say lovingly: "this is your's, Rachel!")

I would not be able to help people.
as is said somewhere in "Bringers of the Dawn -1992"
- you incarnated many times before this present period,
for if you wouldn't have gone through what people go through,
how could you understand them and help them?

My own healing of the "chocolate-hole" was put to a test right this morning:
"Oh! there are no cereals left for Mika's breakfast!" exclaimed Efrat.
It was exactly yesterday morning, that - craving for something sweet,
and not daring to touch the leftover of the cheese-cake of last Shabbat -
I munched a leftover of cereals in a bag, which I had discerned as unused since ages.
I remember having fed Mika cerials half a year ago, still at Shoham then,
and never ever saw Mika eating cereals since then, neither at Shoham nor here.
But this is how triggers work, and my "standing the test" meant
- to be whole with having eaten the cerials, not taking on any blame,
even if there should have been blame (and of course there wasn't!) ,
and not "swearing revenge", like: "I'll never eat anything before asking you,
though you've told me hundreds of time that I could, yes, even s h o u l d eat
from whatever food was there anywhere."
And remember, that "laughter is the final stage of healing!
"

Song of the Day

"I have found that once the pain is cleared,
laughter is the final stage of healing."
[pp.51]

It's not to be done to always cry.
At times you've no desire to live
Fly skywards in order to gain
to see yourself from a distance a bit.

Bitter fate over me will not reign,
not suppress my zest to live.
I'll fly skywards in order to gain
to see myself from a distance a bit .

Our lives are created for laughter too.
Come on and let's wipe off our tears.
Let's fly skywards in order to gain
to see ourselves from a distance a bit.

Soon after I had taken the photo to the left,
- in the waiting room of the Ultrasound Institute, Mika placed her doll on another little chair,
put it to bed and in between
let it "drink" from her "Tzitzis".

This reminded her,
that grandma might want to drink too, and she showed
her skill
in using
the tap of the Water Bar
and brought me
a bit of
water
3 times.

after he had called Efrat, reminding her, that the filter of the Water Purifyer (which I had bought for them for some 830 NIS as a gift) needed to be replaced.
She told him, that they didn't use it any longer, but not that it was discarded.
She felt compassionate with Ya'acov, since
"you, Rachel, cut him off".

An outing with Mika at Shoham

While waiting in the car in front of the house of Mika's kindergarden, a pretty cloud let me see this composition

A scene without "clouds": Mother and daughter meet and come towards grandma in the car

"Why is this book here with you?"
"You showed it to me 2 days ago, and I wanted to learn about it more"
She opens it - upside down - and explains,
how the "Sheep Racheli" cannot fall asleep like all other sheep.
So it counts its feet, and then the stars....

I was reminded of my own childhood.
Ever since I had been 6 years old,
I could not fall asleep before 10-11 o'clock at night,
but until the age of 12 I had to be in bed at 8 o'clock,
much time to suffer, to think about 'God and the World',
and to invent devices, which would make me fall asleep,
like counting, yes, but also like naming all the saints,
whom I was taught in my first two school years in a catholic village,
to which we had been evacuated from bombard Stuttgart

During these last 6 days I want to insert the daily report on the Big Brother website

Big Brother Drama
daily report, December 10, 22:00

When I opened the Big Brother website now - at 22:10 -
I was surprised to see the image of Itai on top.
For Itai is the one whom I want to win
(see below)

Big Brother Drama , Channel 2, December 9, 21:00-22:50

How much did I delude myself 2 days ago:
peacefulness has given way to the worst verbal fighting in the 100 days which passed.
About how to spend 23 NIS!
About what movie - from among five provided - to choose and see together.
Humankind in its most pathetic state...

This is the last week,
after the expected dismissal of Shakhar by the public,
the five "finalists" - Shifra, Yossi, Einav, Itai, Leon - have to "live together".
Their nerves are on edge.
Even Efrat was disgusted by the behavior of Yossi and his daughter during the last days.
And I had a hard time to hold on to my knowing,
that all these five are aspects of the One Rainbow, just like me.
Moreover , they are aspects of ME.
It is clear to me, how Shifra -
with the exemplary denials of an exemplary "civilized" person -
deteriorated into the role of a victim,
encouraging those who tend to play the role of victimizers,
who in turn thus cover up their denials of Cain,
of feeling "less" than people like Shifra.

Leon tried to stand up against "them" and celebrated Shifra's birthday.
But when "they" demanded, to at least not do so during the Prime-Time of Tuesday,
but a day earlier, so as to not steal the show from "them", he succumbed.
He is a child, after all, not yet able to cope with victims and victimizers.

And then there is Itai - the one whom Efrat wants to win,
and after some thorough thinking, I intend to want that too.
Not because Itai is such a good person
or has truly grown in the Big Brother prison,
but because he managed to not arouse controversies,
which means, the "public" will - in case he'll be the winner - have no reason,
to perpetuate the divide between "civilized and uncivilized" Jews in Israel.
If any of the other four should win - I'll bury my head in the sand..

I feel grief....

Translation of notes about Itai in the report of today:
In contrast to Yossi's "strategy"
(which I don't want to quote in order to not give it power),
Itai says, that he has built his place quietly and through consideration of others.
He also said, that he tried to stay neutral, but now he has determined his position

(but which one? He still is friendly with both "sides")
He also said, that he would very much like to know about his family and what they think,
for he never imagined, that he would be among the finalists.
When they fantasized about where they would be in a week's time, Itai said,
that he would visit his grandmother with his mother and then go to a circus.
Imagining what they would do with the money, if they would win, Itai says,
he would help his brother with the payments for his house.
As to the last assignment - a personal talkshow - Leon is to interview Itai,
and says, that he doesn't know a lot about Itai and doesn't know what to ask him.
On the contrary, says Shifra,
it's easy to think about what to ask someone you don't know well.
As to Itai, he is the only one who'll have to interview an anonymous person
and Shifra tries to help him think, what he could ask this mysterious guest.

The fourth episode of Haim Yavin's ID-Blues
(there is no time to deepen my study of it, like I did with the episode about Jews and Bedouin in the Negev, see ,Nov. 29 and Dec. 3)

One of the participants in today's chapter was famous Rafik Halabi.
He uttered a joke, which got lost in a discussion:

"what is this State: Arabs build it , Druze protect it, ve-am yisrael khai"
("and the nation of Israel lives", a quote from a famous song
and over-used by the Jewish nationalists)

ID Blues : Jerusalem Film Festival July 2008
TE'UDA KHULA CHAIM YAVIN – YOMAN MASA

Prod.: Shai Nesher, Uriyah Zangen
Sc.: Chaim Yavin, Anat Tzom Ayalon
Ph.: Yavin, Eran Torbiner
Ed.: Tzom Ayalon
Original music: Habib Shehadeh Hanna

As in his series Land of the Settlers, Chaim Yavin takes us on a travel log with his camera, this time among Israel's Arabs. In the series' five episodes, he speaks to both Arabs and Jews. In the first episode, entitled My Blood is Red Like Yours, he unfolds the discrimination that Arabs suffer in every field: economics, education, land ownership, and jobs. The second episode, Land of the Negev, deals with Israel's Bedouin population, which on the one hand witnesses the daily destruction of unrecognized villages, and on the other hand is undergoing rapid modernization. The third episode, Between Two Cities, begins in Sakhnin and later takes us to Taibeh, where the garbage and neglect are visible everywhere, and then returns to Sakhnin and the traumatic events of October 2000. The fourth episode, Integration and Confrontation, evaluates the integration of Israeli Arabs in Israel. Against those calling for national service are others who fear the loss of their Palestinian identity.
The fifth and final episode, Whose Land Is This?, reviews history and confronts Jews and Palestinians with their two conflicting narratives. Despite the conflicting Zionist (and the director acknowledges throughout the films that he is a Zionist) and Arab narratives surrounding 1948, the participants in the film present their views in favor of a “state of all its citizens."

I finally discovered the English title of Te'uda Khula,
and therefore could search for comments in English

:
ID Blues (new documentary series by Chaim Yavin)
Posted by Howard Shippin on July 18, 2008 at 1:30pm

Last night, in the framework of the Jerusalem Int'l Film Festival, was the first public screening of the first two episodes of Chaim Yavin's ID Blues (Teudah Kehula in Hebrew). The series very effectively explores relations between Jewish and Arab citizens of Israel (i.e., those who carry the blue Israel ID card).

As with his previous series Land of the Settlers, Yavin puts to good use his credentials and qualities. Name recognition, face recognition, and his iconic status in Israeli news media, play no small part in this. His sometimes belligerent interviewing style, acquired through years of grilling politicians, manages to draw people out, and his understanding of what makes good television keeps viewers engaged.

The five-part series was two years in the making - and not all of the work was finished in time for the film festival. Taken together, the series should provide an uncommonly penetrating view of Arabs in Israel, and their relations with the Jewish State.

In 2008, a series like this can't afford to fail, can't afford not to spread before Israelis the soiled and ragged fabric of Jewish - Arab coexistence. It's almost too late. "Don't talk to me any more of coexistence," says Adel Manaa in the first episode, to a well-meaning sympathizer. "I'm sick of hearing about it. Talk to me of equal rights... If you aren't doing something to change the situation, you bear responsibility for the consequences."

After the screening, Yavin answered a few questions from the audience. One viewer asked him whether he felt optimistic or pessimistic for the future. Yavin said that he was by nature an optimist, and in this case drew his optimism from the simple fact that Jews and Arabs are in a relationship that eventually has to improve. "Neither they nor we are going anywhere." Yavin emphasizes throughout the series his Zionism, but said afterwards that Zionism has to make some adjustments.

When the adjustments grow large enough to allow both Jewish Israelis and Palestinians to feel equally at home in the state that governs their mutual homeland, perhaps we will all be Zionists.

Thanks to Anat Tsom (co-screenwriter and editor) - whose sharp editing makes every moment of the series count - for inviting us to the screening.
