I give thanks for
our
cerebrum
[Latin for "brain"]
, the newest (evolutionarily)
and largest part of the brain as a whole. It is here
that things like perception, imagination, thought, judgment,
and decision occur.The surface of the cerebrum -- the
cerebral cortex -- is composed of six thin layers of
neurons which sit on top of a large collection of white
matter pathways. |

I'm grate-full for the - relative - al-one-ness
and creativity on Yom Kippur,
but also for the momentary but true "az nidberu"
interaction with Zipi,
as for the superficial, triggering "intermingling"
with the synagoge crowd.
I'm grate-full that I'm able to be open to whatever my Higher
Self stages!
I'm grate-full that my presence is truly desired at my eldest
son's family.
I'm grate-full that I'm allowed to enjoy those Four and letting
them enjoy me.
I'm grate-full to the people, who provide the transport means
to travel there.
I'm grate-full that the situation in this State is still safe,
orderly, "normal"
and allow me to focus on my personal aims, my family communication.

Efrat with Tomer and Mika fetched me from the
train station - happy and merry everyone.
We had hardly entered the house - I had not yet placed my backpack
in my room - when Mika took my hand, wanting to dance.
I took my sandals off and swirled her around.
When I did reach my room, Tomer was just about to open my computer
(and not for his sake, since in his own room Immanuel's old laptop
is now working alright),
but because he could not wait with showing me songs on the Internet.
I asked him to give me a break to breathe and to be with the family,
and only when Mika went to sleep, I sat down with him at the computer.
