- as stated 12 years ago - was and is

  to help me and my potential P E E R s

"to HEAL ourselves into WHOLEness,

I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

Channeling Class Lesson Three:

Channeling 'the Folks'

"In the channeling on the Interview with the Folks page,
We have asked you to connect with the two of Us inside of yourself.
We are now asking the Channelers to describe
how they connect with Us and channel Our inner communication."

Channelers:
Channeling the Folks is very much like channeling Spirit,
with this major exception:
We first make sure we have a solid connection with the Mother,
her most parental, healed part.
We do this by imagining her as the Universal Feminine~~~
behind us and beneath us, ready to hold us.
Then we feel ourselves sinking back and into her,
and feeling her warm, supportive embrace.

We spend a minute or so feeling into
and soaking up
the Mother's loving and nurturing feminine energy.
When we can feel her, we know we are present with her.

Then we look for her Light.
The Light in and around the healed Mother is her spirit, loving Spirit.
This is the part of Spirit that wants to be with her, on her terms.

His love is such that whatever she desires,
he wants too~~~
because it pleases her.
His greatest pleasure is in her pleasure.

He recognizes that she is his Will,
and he loves her for that~~~
but more importantly he knows himself to be her Spirit.

The two of them are thus in loving union, him in alignment with her.
Spirit is complete and grounded in love,
and the Mother is free
to feel and express and move in any way she desires,

without fear of judgment.

We understand that although this is not yet the case for most of the Mother's essence,
some of the more parental parts of her are in the presence of loving Light
and healed in this way.
And this is what we understand to be the main body of the Mother,
her most parental part.

Once we have a connection with both the Mother and loving Spirit,
we say "Hello Folks,"
using the written channeling practice.
It seems that Spirit is the 'voice' of the Folks, as we hear it inside.
However, there is a subtle difference in tone,
and we can feel the Mother's presence in the background of the information,
drawing Spirit toward her as if she's saying, "Spirit, tell them this..."

If you have any difficulty with channeling the Folks,
it's a good idea to reread the earlier lessons and discussions in this class,
especially Lesson Two.
If you still have a question,
and you are on the mailing list for the GodChannel Newsletter~~~
you can send any questions or comments to us by email,
and we'll do our best to respond in the newsletter.

It is still Wednesday, July 7, 2010, - towards the evening
but now I'm walking back from the lighthouse of the Sheeps Head Peninsula

This is no longer the Dunmanus Bay, but the Beara Bay, north of the Sheeps Head Peninsula

Walking down the lonely road, waiting for a car to pick me, I see a lake

A car comes - I take a closer look and photo of the lake,
and when back in Kilcrohane.
I enter the church one more time
and take a picture of the stained windows:
Jesus on the lake of Tiberias, with his disciples in a boat,
and Mary, too, stands on water above people in a boat,
- though this scene is not mentioned in the New Testament...

The next morning, Thursday, July 8, 2010, I found a man sitting at "my" breakfast table.
I asked, if I could join him, and then enjoyed a most interesting conversation with a journalist.
I told him about the "Partnership-Ideology"
and he confirmed the need for "equality in self-respect"
as one of the 3 conditions for peace between people and peoples.
He told me about John Hume, the North Ireland peace-maker.
"We - the Irish people - learnt to look at ourselves differently"
(More education and prosperity)

He also informed me about Vitamin D and that it was actually a hormon,
and extremely necessary for our health...

This time I do not drive to Bantry with Rita,
but enter the - rarely going - little bus,
about which Jane had told me.
When we arrived, I asked the driver about the Library

Above that pole and poster : a huge water wheel in a tiny creek

And above the wheel - the library - a huge library in a small town...
and in it for a week: the West Cork Literary Festival from July 4-10

I'm impressed by this enormous cultural activity,
first the PoetExpress at Kilcrohane, and now this festival!

In between two "Readings" I roam around and discern the little cave with a kitchy madonna, next to yet another Irish church

Simon Mawer was reading from The Glass Room, his tenth book and eighth novel . Mawer worked as a biology teacher for many years. He has lived in Italy for the past thirty years. -Though "The Glass Room" interested me a lot, I decided to buy his earlier book: the mystery-thriller "The Gospel of Judas" , 2001, which I'm half through already a second time (Aug.29).
Perhaps I came her for this and not for Suad Amiry?

Towards the end of Mawer's reading a woman came in.
I was sitting in the last row, so she seated herself next to me.
I didn't know, that this was Suad Amiry,
nor did I foresee, that I would trigger her from the start,
by raising my hand and putting this question to Mawer:

"I'm from Israel ...... Do you want to convey a message through your book?"
I must have explained, why I thought it necessary to say: "I'm from Israel",
but I forgot what it was.
Later, when Suad attacked me, she used this way of "introducing myself!"

"Why did you have to mention that you are from Israel?"
I responded quickly - and not from my mind or feeling! -
"Because Israelis and Palestinians do have a message for the world!"
She turned her back on me and left me standing there - b l a m e d.
While those two readings were for free,
the entry-fee to Suad's 'show' was 18 €.
I was sure, that for this reason and for the untimely hour (2:30 PM) only a few people would show up. But the room was over-crowded with some 100 people, among them about 5 men.
Suad Amiry:Menopausal Palestine:Women at the Edge

Palestine, menopausal? Can a women’s condition also afflict a state-in-the-making? Suad Amiry’s irreverent, wacky, unmistakably political account links the state of Palestine to the lives of ten women. She recalls the social and political history of Palestine ‘through the lives of my PLO women’s generation’, in what can only be called a personal-political tour de force.

Suad Amiry is an architect, activist and writer. Growing up between Amman, Damascus, Beirut and Cairo, Suad has been living in Ramallah since 1981. She participated in the 1991– 1993 Israeli-Palestinian Peace negotiations in Washington. Amiry won Italy’s prestigious Viareggio-Versilia Prize in 2004 and her first book, Sharon and My Mother-in-Law was longlisted for the Lettre Ulysses Award for Reportage. Her most recent books Women at the Edge, The Night Hunter and Nothing to Lose but Your Life.

Suad laughed and cried,
and so did the audience.
And everyone was on her side. "Why does Israel commit such evil?" Someone asked. But there was no space for a dialog, neither during the reading nor after-wards, in private.

The experience is still too painful for me to be told here in detail.
One fact stuck out again: no dialog is possible, as long as one side feels "not equal" to the other side... And, of course, Israel hasn't done much to help the Palestinians with their feelings...

I stood there, rebuffed,
despised, a representation of
Im tasim asham nafsho", projection-screen and hologram
of Israel's and the World's guilt...

Engulfed in grief ,
I waited in the lobby of the Maritime Hotel,
watching Suad and her husband from a distance,
until Rita fetched me and drove me "home"
for my last night at Ann's B&B in Kilcrohane

The next day, Friday, July 9, 2010, I was served breakfast early
and then sat in the car with Ann and her youngest daughter.
First we drove up to Ann's older soon-to-be-wedded daughter,
in a house along a lonely road near Bantry

One last time I viewed the now so familiar landscape of "Water and Ground to their Extremities",
before we drove east, towards Cork, the second largest city in the Republic of Ireland

During those two hours I had an interesting conversation with Rita.
But now (August 29, 2010) I don't remember anything.
Why should I experience something, if I then forget it??????

They let me off at the outskirts of Cork, at a bus-station.
["I'm sorry", said Ann, "but I'm afraid to drive into town!"]
I reached the train-station, but being informed of the price:
5 times more expensive than with the bus,
I hurried over to the bus-station, waited for 40 min.
and took the bus to Dublin, some 3 1/2 hours.
This was not as inconvenient as I had feared,
and what was more,
in Dublin the bus-driver, a woman, told me, when asked,
about several hostels right around the central bus-station.

That's how I found "Jacob's Inn",
one of "over 24000 hostels in more than 180 countries",
which fits the high standards of Hostelworld!
