I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

Then those who see Ha-Shem, will talk among each other,
and he listens      and he hears

yatakaalamuna     allathina     yarau'na-hu ,

Dann die IHN schauen, werden reden miteinander,
und er lauscht      und er hoert

The FOCUS of MY INTENTION TODAY

Know exactly what you want, communicate clearly what you want, then get out of the way, live and play, and let happen what may
10:00
I desire to savor this pressure-less creating on K.is.s.-log in the al-one-ness of my Arad castle.
I desire Tomer to become "parental" to structuring and full-filling his last days at Bne-Arazim.
I desire that I. will stick to his diet & love himself for this & also heal the c a u s e for his obesity
I desire that E. will follow her vow & begin the process of quitting smoking and l o v e her s e l f!
"Please, Ezriel
my equipment angel, supply me with a safe piano-stool for Mika's birthday on Dec. 20!"
I desire to focus on feeling zest-full , and to surrender to the ascents and descents of its waves.
I desire the Big Brother community
(s. below) to grow and bridge the division between 2 groups.

I chose this sunset - watched after the celebration of Tomer's 14th birthday -
in order to balance my grief about the ugly situation in the microcosm of "Big Brother"

hodayot [thanksgivings] for today

10:09
My Body, my Partner, my God
I give thanks again to our tongue, but this time also to our lips
(see the Hebrew overview of Aya's lessons- on Oct. 31):

(4) "Big mouth"
[while standing] : the tongue jumps out vehemently
and as a result the arms jumps to the sides

(5)"Narrow tongue in closed mouth" [opens a frozen, closed chest]
"Begin to fold the fringes of your tongue from its root upwards
while intending ever more folding!"

(9)
"EEEH-OOOH": Exaggerate the movement of the lips in both directions while voicing these vowels and differentiate clearly between the 2 vowels!"

(22) "Moving tongue between teeth and gums within closed lips"
[I once called Aya concerning a stiff neck. this key loosened it quickly!]

[I forgot to write in the morning,
but my gratitude from the moment I open my eyes until I close them at night,
is pertaining to ever more details...]

The riverbed of the Wadi of Compassion is becoming green. I removed the garbage from the southern, upper part,
and took a picture with my cellphone (since my camera is "down the drain" since Nov. 8...) from the point where I pass it
after having descended from my street and before ascending to the main road, which I cross in order to reach the pool.
I'll have to also clean the northern, downward part of the riverbed, so as to enjoy a picture of that perspective.

My landlords sent me these 3 images of Lior,
with the title: "Shifra Nr. 2".
I was sure it was posed, though stunningly reminding of the real Shifra,
since only a month ago I had started to teach Lior to knit,
and only with one needle.

But it was real: a week ago her mother had taught her to knit all this!

Big Brother Drama - F i n e t u n i n g !

The group of knitting Shifra, Ranin, Leon, Tzabar disintegrates. Tzabar was sent home
..

Tzabar: "What makes me feel strong, is
when I see the others around me weak!"

The Internet video report this morning - which for once I opened, but let go after a minute - shows interactions that cause me grief.

On the official Tuesday program in Channel 2 - the moving scene was shown again:
Shai - so loved by Leon and Ranin, but sent home 2 weeks ago,
in an untimely moment, when he was already outside "the house" for the funeral of his aunt -
came back for 2 hours, in the context of last week's assignment -
the "tenants" had to IGNORE strange things happening around them,
and this pertained also to Shai's appearance.
As perplexed as Leon and Ranin were - it was Shifra who decided to ignore the assignment of ignoring Shai,
hugged him, and was immediately joined by the other three: Leon, Ranin and Tzabbar.
Later - when they were allowed to talk about the assignment - Yossi made a big, ugly scene,
though he two pressed Shai's hand:
"You have ruined the assignment by intention"
(which meant, that together with other "psilot" - English: disqualifications? - that their budged was cut by 30%).

Though I am proud of this group's ignoring the order of ignoring,
and though I had again a problem with accepting this Yossi,
despite the tear-scene in the room of confession last week,
I can no longer justify the way Shifra ignored the four newcomers 2 weeks ago,
and even bluntly turned her back on Hagit, when she wanted to make friends with her.
I wouldn't care so much, if not Ranin, who represents the entire Arab population of the State of Israel, would belong to this group, too,
and the haughty behaviour of Shifra does not only effect Ranin's image, but even effects her behaviour.

This division into two groups - it's all too familiar everywhere in the world, even in a family.
[2 hours after I wrote this, I came across a similar story in the dental clinic:
"Ever since I keep coming to you - since February 2007 - I watch such harmony in your team!"
"That is true"
, said both, Dr. Irene, who extracted my tooth, and Rina, her assistant.
"Though when some years ago an entire group - not an individual - joined us ,
it was difficult - there were always ugly undercurrents - but then we grew together into one!" ]

The failure of the Shifra group makes me sad, and I feel, after the high of yesterday's fantasy,
that I want to refrain from participating in the Big Brother living for some days.
What reinforced this decision, was a coincidence:
I opened yesterday's video report in order to find an image of the knitting Shifra for this sculpture
when I heard Tzabar making that poor, pathetic statement:
"What makes me feel strong, is when I see the others around me weak!"
How characteristic is this "feeling" for all humans who do not see their own greatness!
My heart sank to the bottom of my intestines.
That humans can feel their own worth, only when they put down the worth of others!
Isn't that - on the most horrid, universal level - what the Whites did with the Black, the "Masters" with the slaves?
what the Germans - when they felt humiliated by the nations after World War I - did with the Jews?
what the Sephardi Israelis - feeling oppressed by the Ashkenazi Israelis - do with the Arabs?
Finding - or creating ! - weak victims so as to feel "strong" myself?
Oh humankind! Oh God! When will this end?

While attempting to edit the image of that scene and sentence,
my website software "Dreamweaver" stopped to let me insert images.
Technically it was due to the download of 35 MG of updates of the software of "Nokia", my cellphone+camera+music+recording.
I had to close the computer twice, even take out the plug for a time, until things would work again.

I do hope, that the three leftovers of that group - Shifra, Ranin and Leon -
will not "leave the house", as they right now threaten to do,
but examine their behavior [which perhaps led the voting public to change "its decision" in the last moment
by voting in a way, that it wasn't Shakhar (so much contrasting Tzabar in his looks and behavior), who was sent home, but Tzabbar.
I do hope, that Ranin, the Arab girl from Neve-Shalom (Hagit: "Ranin is nice to me!") will bridge between the groups of the Jews.
But I don't want to witness what is happening in "the house" right now.
Finetuning to my Present

And I'm also glad, that yesterday's fantasy has left me.
The only aspect of it that I want to adopt is,
to imagine that I am seen by all of Israel all day and all night,
so as to not allow body and face to slacken ever.
(I was led .... to install my pocket-mirror above the computer, instead of the webcam.
With the help of woolen threads wound around part of the mirror to support it,
I now can watch my lips, which still tend to express old harshness and discontent)
I want to breathe with ease
so that body and face radiate "Heaven on Earth",
i.e. total self-love and zest-full-ness.

The Israeli Society for the Protection of Nature [see English site]
again warns of the destruction of Nature treasures
by the - truly cursed Israel Land Administration !
in this case of a beach north of Acco, which I enjoyed,
when I swam there once with Immanuel, Alon and Tomer,
"Beach Betzet" - this time I signed the petition !

Another e-mail from Ya'qub, Olam Qatan, invites me to a festival of Oriental Music, which attracts me, but it is not my preference now. I'll therefore just enjoy mentioning some of the events.
" JERUSALEM INTERNATIONAL OUD FESTIVAL—2008
... for example the Turkish Folk Music concert with Erkan and Ismail (my favorite event!). Only recently I discovered "To the Land of Hearts," a special event celebrating the publication of Sara Sviri's impressive anthology of classical Sufi texts, 'The Sufis'. Along with scholars and friends gathering for this event, Samir Mahoul (with whom I studied oriental music theory, and who performed at the old Cafe Olam Qatan) will give a concert on the oud."

1. The Golden Age
Etti Ankri
[hear her song "taggidi", which is so important to me ] presents a tribute to Rabbi Yehuda Halevy.
[see Franz Rosenzweig's translation of and notes to his poems] The performance will include original melodies set to well known and less familiar poems, performed by one of the most fascinating artists in contemporary Hebrew culture, who has repeatedly demonstrated her talent for combining the personal with the universal, and her ability to create new works from a combination of old and new materials.

The texts selected for this performance focus upon the poet’s personal and national conversation with his maker. They display not only his marvelous skill as a poet but also the biblical wealth at his disposal as a member of the Jewish people. From this wealth he describes the poverty of a poor soul longing for the Temple. The tension between this longing and literary freedom and sweetness strengthens the sense of the connection to an eternal source.

As to the following entry I must ask:
is this "Nourishment from Others" or "Driving Backward" or "Finetuning to my Presence?

I'll omit any background!

[Addition on March 14, 2012: See the "Riga-Coincidence"!

An e-mail from Barbara about
"Stolpersteine"

"the biggest decentralized Memorial in the World"
[in English: see an extensive article in Wikipedia!] [in Hebrew]
(Barbara still doesn't have a new computer
and except for my 70th birthday in August hasn't written for a year!
How come I got this letter from BARBARA on the same day,
on which Elah, my granddaughter, told me in an e-mail,
that they skipped the Santa BARBARA reference in the play of
Federico García Lorca : The House of Bernarda Alba? [see below] )

Zuckermann, Jg. 1882 in Wilna geboren.

Again Synchronicity
[See Nourishments from Others on Nov. 9]
in the context of the play,
Federico García Lorca : The House of Bernarda Alba
in which my eldest granddaughter Elah plays Adela, the youngest of five daughters,
who asks the question about St. Barbara, and who kills herself in the end.

In my answer to Elah I point out , that together with her letter ,
in which she tells, that the stage-manager decided to eliminate St. Barbara from the play,
and let Adela ask only:
"Why do we express a wish when we see a shooting star?"
I got a very rare letter from my friend and schoolmate BARBARA...

I inserted the links to "Stolpersteine" in English and Hebrew for Elah to inform herself.
Elah is very intrigued with being the greatgranddaughter of a Nazi soldier....

Nourishment from Others

Wim Wenders The Palermo Shooting
Though I came across a very critical review of Wim Wender's new Film,
I was deeply impressed when I now saw him - for the first time - on TV,
interviewed by the 3 SAT Culture Magazine about this film.
Even if he had made no other film but Himmel ueber Berlin (1987),
I would admire this creator.

At one time - very long ago - I sent a letter with the question:
"Is the movie based on metaphysical knowing?" "Yes" was the answer.
The role "DEATH" in the new film
[see image]
is probably also based on such knowing.

"Wim Wenders in a rare quiet moment"
is the title of this image, found with the help of "Google Search".
From this and from the Interview I understand,
that the movie is about himself:

"I see people being occupied with yesterday and tomorrow,
and when they go to sleep at night ,
they must say to themselves, that they haven't lived at all."!
I'm grate-full, that yet another "Peace-Group" in Israel is highlighted by 3 SAT.
I never heard about them, but I'm not really in touch nowadays:

HOW DO WE OPERATE?
Since the beginning of 2005 we have been organizing meetings between Israeli and Palestinian veterans, in which both sides tell about the violent actions that they have taken part in and about the turning point which led them to understand the limits of violence. Naturally, these meetings were fraught with many fears, however we soon learned that despite years of fear and hatred, there is more that unites us than divides. Therefore we have decided to act together in the following ways:
To continue with the combatants' meetings, which allow each side to understand the other's narrative, via the approach of reconciliation rather than conflict.
To implement an educational lecture series in public forums on both sides (universities, youth groups, schools etc.). The lectures will be given jointly by an Israeli and a Palestinian veteran, who will concentrate on the transition from violent struggle to the recognition of the limits of violence.
To create joint projects which educate towards non- violence.
To create joint frameworks in order to become familiar with the culture, history and current needs of the other nation.
To set up Bi-National media teams, which will act in order to influence public opinion in Israel, Palestine and the rest of the world.
To participate in demonstrations and other non-violent actions against the occupation as a bi-national group.

Song of the Day with a modified second stanza and a new third stanza

Night after night the wind becomes stronger

Continuation of my visit on "Rakhaf" on November 4

In order to reach the north-eastern 'outskirts' of "Rakhaf" - with the first built dome of clay (see tomorrow)
I walked on this convenient trail,
made visible even at night not only by a row of 'rujums'

(stone-pillars , which in the Bedouin tradition mark a junction in the desert)

but by a battery-less solar light on each of them.

It was me, who drew Sa'ars attention to this possibility,
by bequeathing my light to him, when I left Rakhaf.
So far the electricity on Rakhaf seems to be supplied by generators only.
On Rakhaf they try to make shrubs and even trees grow under a net-shade.
That's what we intended to do with the laurel-plant,
which should have symbolized the future "Midbaron",
see fight for a tree and flight to Egypt...
