I focus my experiencing and awareness on being
"a   pioneer of  Evolution  in  learning  to  feel":
I let my Body vibrate and my Heart 'womb'

pain, shame, fear, boredom, powerlessness,
so feelings can >heal >guide>fulfill
>evolve,
and ~~~ offer ~~~"goldmines"~~~ to us all!!
"I want you to feel everything, every little thing!"

Masterchef - 59th page:
The Finale

Immanuel joins his companions,
who had been dismissed formerly,
while Avi and Elihav
have to fight it out in the live show.
Avi becomes the Masterchef of Israel

I, Christa-Rachel, Immanuel's mother,
have been healing, learning and creating
through "Healing-K.i.s.s." since 10 years.
That it was erased on..... Christmas 2008

was a sign: "no longer create new pages!
but add new creations to existing pages!
[up to maximum 1300 KB size per page]"

The purpose was revealed only N O W:
Humankind   is   p a s s i n g   from
l
inear time   and   separateness
to spherical 'time' and ONEness!

A Yiddish lovesong
October 5, 2011:
Yiddish is a mixture of medieval German, Hebrew and Polish or Russian.
This fact together with the content of the song and the circumstances,
which made me learn and sing it,
together with the issue of food
make this page the perfect background for the last page of
the Masterchef Finale
Tell me, pretty girl, what will you do
in such a faraway country?
I'll go into every street,
I'll shout to wash the laundry,
but be together with you,
but be together with you.

Tell me, fine girl, what will you eat
in such a faraway country?
I'll eat dry bread,
I'll suffer hunger, sorrow,
but be together with you,
but be together with you.

I've never anyone heard singing this song.
I learnt it from the Yiddish song-book Chana Fairstein-Bloch gave me as a gift,
after my son Immanuel was born.
I was still in Germany then, and there wasn't even any hope,
that I would ever be "allowed" to go to Israel and live there.
"Allowed" - because I believed that - as a daughter of the murderous nation - I was not permitted to join - the murdered nation.
Though the problem of what to 'do' and what to 'eat' in the faraway land was completely different from the problem of this girl,
I could identify with her and sing the song with all the yearning in my young heart....

Finale - September 24, 2011 - Immanuel parts

Immanuel: "First of all I want to thank this amazing team.

"And a gigantic thankyou to my family
"Only who was here, knows
what we went through really.
Amazing, amazing.
It gave me material for a whole life,
not only with regard to cooking

Dita, his stepsister, Elah, his eldest daughter, Joel, his stepbrother - what a union!
His wife, sad Mika's mother, sends a kiss through the air

His elder son with his grandmother and some tasters who are glad for us
Michal: "Immanuel, it's important for me to tell you~~
"For perhaps you learnt~~~
"to connect to another place~~

"You won~~~

"You won in this competition~~~
"through the means of FEELINGS~~
Michal is completing
what I began with my son when he was 14

[I think this sentence made him look at Avi,
who had helped him towards this new level]
"to put-out a very very high level of accomplishment"
Immanuel: "Right"
"I can say
in the name of my colleagues,
that it was a delight
(oneg)
to face you
[la'amod mulkha]
and to eat the food you prepared."

Michal:
"At the place
where the mind and the feeling met,
you made amazing food

I very much hope, that you take this thing from this competition~~

"Immanuel, you are invited to join the other friends of the team, who are awaiting you on the veranda~~

"Though we said "Shalom" to Immanuel, we'll all meet
[? I didn't grasp the word]
Avi, Elihav and Immanuel, we changed [?] your recipes for Rosh-Hashanah,
and you can find them on the new site of "mako", called "okhel tov"
(good food)

[to the audience:]
"You are invited to enter and begin to cook, and most important, you may have a
"chag sameach" , a joyful and tasty festival"

I, Rachel, am not interested in documenting the competition between Elihav and Avi,
though I emphasize again, that the outcome, be it "by accident" or be it manipulated,
is "right" in my eyes:
If my desire, that the rules should be changed and not One, but the Three should win,
does not agree with what is right for "the Universe",
then it is best, that Immanuel should be the third and Avi the first.

The only other grievance I have (in addition to the unnecessary slandering of the "Knaafeh"),
is the fact, that noboy in the audience even knew, that Immanuel, too, had prepared "the Finale-Dish",
and that this had been cooked by the 15 cooks (the chef of them lives in Shoham and is devastated...)
not only did they not know, nor did the tasters taste it, but the one hundred dishes were thrown away,
at a time, where millions in the world starve to death.

I can now - after all my slow-motion work - understand, why it is right for the Abundance Society
to give so much attention to food and to cooking,
and I'll try to put my understanding in words, in time,
but I want to keep up my pain about the "500 ingredients" - made available for the team of fourteen,
without me ever hearing a word from anyone about the origin of these raw materials:
mostly from suffering animals and from humans who work like slaves.

Of course I watched the clip about the cooking of Avi and Elihav once more.
I detested their unaware relation to meat - as I did throughout the program, also with concern to my son,
but I like the inserts of their musings about themselves and how they opened up to feelings,
and how they now feel so much empowered, so much more themselves.

Elihav: "that's exactly me - layers upon layers upon layers - in this program I learnt how fragile I am..."

Elihav: "....produces the vulnerability of all this noisy image of mine,
that looks hard, but if one does like that with the finger,
it's possible to enter right into the heart.
In this program I discovered how - concerning all the vulnerability of my interior - I'm busy to cover it up, to defend it....
The Finale-dishes were not cooked in the hall, in which they had done all their cooking assignments,
and in which the Finale itself now took place - with us, the families, as participants,
Each of the three cooked in a separate room, and I detect the background of nauseating meat exhibitions.
Don't get me wrong: I do eat meat and I enjoy meat, when I'm in a situation, where people invite me.
The love they give and my grate-full-ness to them and to the animals may compensate for their suffering.
I'm not talking about their being killed, but about their being raised in the most inhumane conditions....

[Somewhere in "Right Use of Will" it is said, that "cattle are asking me ['God'] to lift them up from earth"]
"to enwrap things within things within things,
to put as much defense mechanisms as possible, for one can break me within a second.
Thanks to all this process, thanks to the judges , who did not give up on me all along the way:
"peel yourself , clean yourself, peel yourself, clean yourself"
... giving me this inner strength to believe in myself, in what I'm doing".

Those photographers also deserve my highest appreciation!
Who except for me, the slow-mover, will enjoy this dish in the oven?

Avi, too, muses about his experience and feeling
during the process of his cooking the Finale-dish.

For instance:
Avi looks at his dish (meat, meat, meat...):

"All the richness, the colors, the flavors, that's what I am today

Before the two dishes of Elihav and Avi - multiplied by one hundred - are presented to the tasters,
Chaim, the loving Chaim, says:

"Without any doubt this was a season of friendship.
The combattants proved to us,
that also in a competition
it is possible to help,
it's possible to "fargenn"

(I explained this word already somewhere)
it's possible to love each other.

"And therefore, in the spirit of this season,
and a moment before Elihav's dishes go out,
we asked Avi to tell,
who in his opinion should be the Masterchef of Israel."
[after a moment's clip about Elihav's audition,
and with scenes throughout Avi's words
which demonstrate what he says about Elihav:}

Avi:
"Elihav is a man so talented,
he is creative on levels never heard of,....
He is able to put the food on the plate
in the prettiest visual manner.
Several times one of the judges asked for his recipe,
and Chaim once even took out his cellphone
to photograph one of Elihav's dishes....
You don't understand
what special soul we are talking about here.
This is a very good friend I took here from the program.
And I very much love him.
He deserves, he really deserves
to be the Masterchef of Israel,
He deserves it!"
[Rachel: in this moment , Oct. 5, 2011, I heard the croaking of migrant birds,
I ran out, barefoot, and saw their spiral flying in the skies.
I ran back for the camera and managed to take one image]

Eyal:
"Elihav,
what happened
that in this last moment
such loneliness
broke out
from this dish?"

Chaim's judgment:

"It's the first time
that you really enter the pan,
you put boundaries.
Usually your food is dispersed all over
on the plate, on the table,
and now it's as if you said to yourself:
"OK, I reached the Finale,
let me for a moment be with myself,
and that's what you put on the plate."

Eyal's judgment:

"the parts of the dish around the plate
are not connected to each other,
but then suddenly in the center
there is Elihav with all his flavors.
Is this the story of your life
and of your family?
I don't know, if the center of the dish
actually creates life...."

Now - 11 AM - I heard the birds again, farther away,
I ran out again, but they were too high up in the sky.
Still, I caught another picture, without zoom , without anything

I sang:
"I, I would like to be a bird, to fly above, above the earth..."

And when returning, half blinded by the sun,
I ran directly into the arms of Shalom, my neighbor...
A time for reconciliation
(with someone whose "Cain" is triggered by Immanuel's success...)

That is too fantastic a story to tell it "in between".
The meaning of Immanuel's birth and existence!

In the end he even dug out some self-sown tomato-plants for me,
while I ran to fetch the little photo , which I had intended to show him,
if, yes  i f  I could make him listen to me for a moment on Yom-Kippur.

I really don't have "to do" anything,
to initiate anything,
to plan, to organize anything,
I must just desire, just intend, just focus
- and "peace he'll make"
(see my/Yehuda Halevi's song, a mysterious gift from dead Rafael)

Now it's Avi's turn to help the 15 cooks, with chef Rubi Portnoi from Shoham,
to make the last preparations for the 100 dishes soon to be presented to the tasters.
But before that Elihav, too, is asked to tell, why Avi should be the Masterchef of Israel

Elihav:
"When I think of Avi,
I first of all think about a giant...
And during the program
he opens and opens and opens
[I can't possibly convey all of Elihav's praises,
phrased as usual in the language of a true poet]

Something connected us,
something as if from the backgrounds,
that both of us come from the same families,
from there we connected with each other.
Everyone can say, that to make the dish of Imma, is no big deal,
but what Avi does .....

I adore him,
and that's why I think, that he deserves it,
to become the next Masterchef of Israel"

Eyal: "This is the dish of a man
who knows who he is and where he stands
.
[I can't repeat or even understand the metaphors which Eyal uses]
How much gentleness, how much power, how much longing, that's food that awakens tears to the heart."

Again the waiters
- in a perfect procession-
present the 100 dishes,
cooked according
to Avi's recipe,
to the 100 tasters.
And again we, the families,
didn't get anything,
nor did anyone tell us,
why we had to wait in vain
and stay hungry
through all the event
till the end..

Since Elihav's dish was taken from them so fast,
it's obvious that this time,
with Avi's dish,
the tasters hurry up to get
as much food as possible
into their stomachs,
empty since 5 hours,
before the still full plates
are again grabbed from them.

[Strange behavior...]

Ilanit, Avi's wife, rejoices [to her right Alon's profile!]
While Roshfeld adds his points
to those of Michal, already on the board,
Immanuel is seen watching from the veranda

Chaim:
"Elihav and Avi, you came a very long way.
Now you are giving inspiration to thousands of people,
whose true desire in life is to cook.
Yet there can be only one Masterchef~~

Does Immanuel look a bit down after all?

"And the Masterchef of Israel is...." (long pause)

"And the Masterchef of Israel is...."

Mary, Avi's mother, and Nomi, Elihav's mother (?), with Efrat in the background

"And the Masterchef of Israel is...."

Ilan, Gili, Iris, Sima, Jenifer, Yossi, Zohar

"And the Masterchef of Israel is...."

"And the Masterchef of Israel is...."

Ilanit, Avi's wife, and perhaps his sister

"And the Masterchef of Israel is...."

AVI
Waiting
lyrics: Rita [my translation]
tune: Idan Reichel

One day, it will happen,
without us feeling it, something will change,
something will relax in us,
something will touch us,
and there will be nothing to fear.

And this will come
like a line carved in the palm of a hand
this will come, sure of itself,
as if it had always been there
and waited, till we would discern it.

And this will come, you'll see,
the clenched hands will lengthen,
and the heart that guards not to be hurt,
will beat in a regular rhythm,
this will come, like Nature is regular.
to be whole with itself.

And while the silvery confetti
rains down on the winner and his team,
Rita's Song
"One day" is heard again,
as in the beginning of the Finale

"and the heart that guards not to be hurt,
will beat in a regular rhythm,~~

"and the heart that guards
not to be hurt,~~

"....the clenched hands will lengthen~~~

"thanks to the Creator of the World,
thanks that you brought me to this moment.
Thanks to all my family, who supported me,
thanks to all the world, the people on the street,
you don't know what you did to me
~~
Chaim:
"Do you want to say something?
this is the moment, Avi
!"
Avi with Adir in his arms
and his wife next to him:

"I want to say~~
You CAN [his voice breaks]
Do it for the sake of your families

Do it
"And I want to say something,
something that is really really important for me:
I feel,
that I made an amazing way in this program.
And I feel, that this is a mission
[or vocation]
and I turn to all people,
who truly want to take the road

(la'alot al derech)

and who say,
why can he and why can't I,

You CAN, yes you CAN -
"thanks to this amazing Production
[subtitle: "main editor: Dorit Gewirzman"

This is the chance for me, Rachel,
to thank
Dorit and her 22 subeditors.
The more I looked into your work,
while proceeding frame by frame,
and cropping what was relevant,
I was more and more astounded
- what incredible skill and work!
!

"that I thank God, that Avi... he deserves it"
Chaim: "Elihav, what do you want to say"

All raw materials are donated to
the NGO "Food for Life"
Rachel:
Since - except for fast moving subtitles - ignored by just about everybody -
nobody is giving thanks to specific members of the staff,
I want to do this, vicariously for participants and audience.
I already praised Dorit, the main editor.
Yet I had the chance to personally meet
two other amazing women:
Ruth Samucha, the "mother" of the Fourteen.
She came with the team of the documentary
"Who are you, Masterchef"
to Immanuel's house for Elihav's interview.
Who knows about the task of this woman?
Or who knows about the woman,
who approached me during the Finale:
and who had accompanied Immanuel
and put challenging questions to him,
constantly - in the kitchen - and in the back-room:

Neriyah...

The subtitle under this pictures is;
Responsible for the combattants:
Ruth Samucha
(see the different colors and ages of the people on this picture)

Chaim: "Elihav, dearest, you got very far,
you walked an amazing path

and that's the time to say thanks to all the people,
---- you have no idea, what work, day and night
all these fantastic people have invested
.....
This was an experience for all of us,
a human
(aenoshi) journey"

The embrace
of
Mother and Son
is
celebrated

by all-
the judges,
the team,
the families

Truly a sign
of
what has begun:

"Heaven on Earth"

And what other signs do I discern? Stepbrothers!
Joel, now 64, who seemed to loose his father to me, when he was 16, because of the birth of Immanuel, now 48

And another sign: the representatives of two Jewish communities,
who had been and often still are "at odds" with each other, to say the least:
The Ashkenazis and the Sephardis,
Immanuel from Germany and Edmond, Avi's father, from Morokko,
Adir and Mika, who know nothing else but that they are Jews and Israelis,
free of past traumas of discrimination

End of the Finale - Continuation to a clip, which shows Yossi's song to the three mothers during a commercial - not included in the official video
"When you offer a vibration, the Universal forces are working in concert with each other
in order to satisfy you.
You really are the center of the Universe."
Abraham 1997, today's email (October 5, 2011)l

Yes, but I must work all my life, day by day, moment by moment for discovering, detecting, finding out, identifying what the Universe wants for all of its aspects.
So when Efrat conveyed a spark of fury to me:
"It's because you did not 'activate the environment'
(Immanuel's expression for "focusing on what you want)
and actually she wanted to say:
"It's because you did not want him to win, but wanted the Trio to win"
she was right:
I could not "activate the environment " towards what I did not feel right,
even if there, at first , would be pain for her and for Mika, and even for me.
