My Body, my Partner, my God
I give thanks to the 3 systems in you, which enable us to talk and to sing:
and today I thank you for the air-pressure system,
which provides and regulates air pressure to cause vocal folds to vibrate.
I give thanks to all the organs of this system:
the diaphragm, the chest muscles, the ribs, the abdominal muscles & the lungs.



I am grate-full for my great joy with singing -
ever since I was a child, singing made me feel better in body and soul.
When I felt nausea - while in a car or bus - singing was the only way!
I am grate-full to all the people - myself included! -who created my songs,
I'm grate-full for my 2007 Song-Game & for more songs on Kisslog 2008
I'm grate-full for the improvement of my routine to rehearse & sing songs,
(since August 8: recording the songs from 2007_12_31 backward on my cellphone,
either the entire song, if I'm not sure, or the lyrics only, or the first line of songs I know well,
I rehearse on my path to the pool, sing in the pool and go on rehearsing on my way back).

I am grate-full for the TV channel 3 SAT, which has taught me so much,
but I'm also grate-full that I can't see it now & am forced to learn from others.
I am grate-full to Ofir, that he freed me from all dealing-coping with Services,
i.e. water, sewage, electricity, cable TV, Internet and taxes to the municipality

I was struck today by the relation between these 2 songs, composed by Jews in totally contrasting situations

Finetuning to my Present

I wanted to report on the gigantic experiment at CERN, "Geneva",
which - after 14 years of preparations - began this morning, 8 AM, Israel time,
An Israeli scientist, who was contacted in Geneva, said,
that his biggest problem were his children in 7th and 8th grade in Israel,
since they were bombarded by their classmates:
"Is your father smashing the world to pieces (me-nappetz)?"
The news facilitators joked:
"Looking at the state the world is in,
it might not be such a bad idea to see it disappear."
"But I'm afraid, another world might be born,
which might be even worse!"

It's now 11:52 AM and I and the world are still around...
But I must admit, that the possibility of "an end once and for all" still attracts me.
Does the crawling process of Healing into Wholeness as a hologram for creation
still tire me so much?
I have tears in my eyes .

Nourishment from Others

Before falling asleep and reading in
"Daan van Campenhoot: Tears of the Ancestors",
I was caught by a concept,
which strongly reminded me of "Fragmentation", and "Lost Will" ,
concepts in "Godchannel", which sound true,
but which I still find hard to apply to my healing and living so far.

From the chapter : The Transmission of Memory, p. 71
The dynamic... is known in the shamanic traditions.
Experiences that cannot be processed, will split off.
They do not disappear,
but they remain intact as shadows of their owners,
wandering around in the other world.
They are called lost soul parts.
It is the task of the shaman to locate such wandering soul parts
and restore them to the client,
who then has to deal with the feelings and emotions contained in them.

The difficulty is, of course,
that those who have lost a part of their soul
have lost it because they weren't able to handle a certain traumatic event.
So when nothing has changed in the client's life,
and the person has not learned new ways to deal with the past,
a retrieved soul part may be rejected again as soon as it is brought back.
Such lost soul parts may be picked up by those
who are close to the individuals who have lost them."

Since there is no 3 SAT TV to watch during my lunch
(90% of the times I zap into 3 SAT, I find something to learn...),
I carefully re-studied

Not only did I come across a sculpture I had totally "forgotten",
the story about Channah, whom I identified as a "fragment" of mine,
but I rediscovered some very helpful Godchannel - sentences,
and among them this one, which parallels the passage in Daan's book:

"Can you continue to ignore your own cries for help?
Each time you experienced trauma
you fragmented - as did I.
Reclaim yourself."

I am loving Myself into wholeness.

I am bringing home all of My wounded.

We are a collective.
I welcome every experience into My fold.

Every experience, or fragmented Will essence,
has adopted a sense of individualism.
And each "individual" of Me
must be honoured for Her experience
that caused Her to leave the rest of Me.

Renin, the Christian Arab woman born at Neve-Shalom, who was all the time my favorite, and Leon,
the homosexual, whom I at first judged heavily
but began to like him more and more.

Einav comforts Miki, who was devasted when she learnt, that she was a candidate for removal,
It was then, that I began to see her beyond the posing, which so pissed me off in the beginning.

Renin and Vanessa, the horse-rider from France, look like twins here, and they do have something in common-
talking Hebrew perfectly and still different from the "Israelis"
Yossi, as the only older man and with a heavy sephardic accent - is different too, and sometimes I wondered, how
- until his stupid mistake - the group could deal with him

I could not detect the contribution to the group,
from Shai and especially not from Keren,
if indeed it is "Keren", the woman in bed
and the woman with her finger on her lips..

Boris after he came back and before he was sent home the second time: I never heard him say anything, except when he had 30 seconds to persuade us that he needed to stay. He came with Leon, who tried in vain to pierce the attitude of his brother, who played it "cool".

And again I am puzzled:
Is this Keren?

And next to Eran, who introduced himself
as homophobic and Arab-phobic,
- who is the person who embraces Boris,
when he came back?
Is it Shifra or Na'ama, both black-haired?

I've no doubt concerning the identity of this woman! Though I almost forgave her,
when she was the first to hug Renin
after her breakdown,
my judgment hardened, when she was enthusiastic about betraying the group,
but managed to hide it in a viscious way.
She also is the mother who deserted her child.
I am grate-full, that I don't have an actress like this in my life-drama, and - since I retreated from the Big Brother drama - do not need to deal with her there.

Nourishment from Television

Thanks to the fact, that 3 SAT is not available now,
I tried the few Israeli channels that do work.
In Channel 23 I listened to an interview with two women,
Arab and Jewish, very good friends,
who produced a drama about the life of Rauda,
who exposes the most intimate details of her attempt,
to cause her husband to give up his second woman.
One son, who studies in Germany, "is excited",
the 14 old "should not yet be exposed" to this play.
There is O., the Druze woman on the outskirts of my life,
who hides with her 2 children, fearing they'll kill her,
because her husband is not a Druze,
and there is this Arab woman, who dares to ....

Somewhere else I saw two male friends,
an Israeli and a Palestinian,
who want to race a car together.
So far they are doing poorly with raising money,
but the very challenge will tie them together,
and the fact is, that it is already in the news,
i.e. this friendship, too, is worthy of attention.

But the real surprise came, when I zapped into Channel 10,
- a channel which I never watch -,
right into another Reality Show!
This was not only stunning in itself,
it gave me a new perspective on the other Reality programs:
"Big Brother", "Fully Naked", "Polygraph", "Supernanny".
It is too early to analyze this in words.
In the meanwhile the excerpts from the Internet may open the eyes!

Beauty and the Geek USA Beauty and the Geek is a reality television series . It has been advertised as "The Ultimate Social Experiment" and is produced by Ashton Kutcher, Jason Goldberg and Nick Santora. The premise of the show consists of a group of "Beauties" (young women who have relied primarily on their looks and are intellectually inept) and a group of "Geeks" (young men who have relied primarily on intellect and are socially inept) who are paired up to compete as couples for a shared $250,000 and other prizes. (For the fourth season, the producers modified the formula to include an extra team consisting of a male "beauty" and a female "geek". For the fifth season, the beauties and geeks competed against each other at first, and teams of one beauty and one geek were not selected until the end of episode three.) Each beauty lives together in a room with her geek during the course of the competition. There are challenges shown each episode, one testing the beauties on a primarily academic subject, and another that has the geeks competing in a more popular/social realm. The winners of the challenges select a total of two teams to compete against each other in a pure "quiz show" type question and answer session, with the team getting the fewest number of questions correct being eliminated. By the end of the competition, many of the contestants say that they have learned much about interacting with people from a different social group (and positive lessons about the character of people from that group), positive things about themselves and their own character, and often something about human nature in general. Beauty and the Geek was renewed for a fifth season, which premiered on March 12, 2008. The fifth season will be the final one until enough time has passed to make the format seem fresh again or if producers come up with a new twist to the format.

Beauty and the Geek UK Like its US counterpart, the show matches physically attractive, but intellectually challenged women with geeky-looking, socially inept, "genius" men, and have them try to learn from each other. The women try to learn about academia such as rocket science or anatomy from the men, while the men try to learn social skills from the women. Each pair must share a room (for some this meant sleeping in the same bed) in a large Scottish castle (Blairquhan Castle in Ayrshire) that provides the setting of the show. The show begins with seven "beauties" and seven "geeks". The men and women take turns choosing partners by introducing themselves in gender-divided rooms. Once paired off, the teams work together to become proficient in unfamiliar areas of study. Their skills are tested in a series of competitions, usually one for the men and one for the women. The winners of each competition get to choose one team each to go to an elimination round, or both if each partner wins their respective round. In the elimination room, the women then the men answer three questions each about their area of study. The team with the most points (or the winner of the tiebreaker in the event of a tie) remains in the castle. The other team leaves immediately.
