I'm tired of all the heartless reflections.

I have just finished going over the recently posted "Healing the Invisible You" material
and I must tell you that through it I experienced a greater catharsis
than through many powerful events I have personally lived.
My body got to utter some totally new and unfamiliar sounds~ and I sobbed like a baby~
in fact I did a half box of Kleenex worth of sobbing...

And I feel that I am not finished with it~
for I shall go back and seek out
every pain and every sorrow and every burden and every joy
and bring them out to God
and have His Light fill the space I will have thus opened.
Thank you~. and please convey my infinite loving thanks to the contributor of that material.
I feel that the experience that you and the contributor in question are providing for us
is ineffable and of greater magnitude and import than we can imagine.

Sorry for the crude words~. I feel words are completely inadequate here~
If you tune into the spaces between the words
you will receive that which I wish to convey.

I was unknowingly preparing myself for this experience
in the weeks just prior to its being posted,
and the timing could not have been better for me.

All the feelings that have been reverberating through me were there,
so vividly expressed, so clear,
like someone had gone through all the messed up stacks of paper on my desk,
and sorted them into some semblance of order for me to experience.
You are a miracle worker.

I was having trouble moving my deep hatred and rage at God,
because it made me feel lost in the gap between us,
[see about this important term "The Gap" in puzzle piece 37]
unable to feel His loving presence in my despair.
Your words have given me the perspective I have needed
to move these most deeply denied emotions into healing.

Ten days ago I spent an entire day moving these gapped feelings
in the presence of unconditional love.
Knowing with my mind that God was there for me was not helpful,
when my own judgments were keeping me from moving what needed to move.
[see about "judgments" and "releasing judgments" in puzzle piece 6]

The first judgment I encountered was my feeling
that God must be really sick to want to hear my tortured pain expressed.
Since I was allowed to make no sounds when I was first tortured,
it seemed a cruel and perverted wish
to hear all that wretchedness come from my mouth
and see my body contorted and twisted again
in all the ways that were forced on me,
and that I somehow managed to survive.
It felt like asking me to relinquish the one shred of dignity I had managed to wrap myself in,
like giving up the tattered and torn bit of covering I had left after all that humiliation,
and exposing my nakedness, my poor, damaged, and bleeding body and emotions
to more contempt.
To move feelings at such a level did not seem possible to me.
And I hated God for asking it.

I wrestled with this judgment for quite a while
until it became clear to me
that it was not my will that felt this way.
It was my spirit.
My spirit that has been on this trip with my will from the beginning of my life,
and never once happy about it.
But one thing that my spirit can do is understand.
And, plainly, to get these awful painful feelings
to move out,
to transform,
to free up will essence that was dead from having to hold this stuff,
allowing it to move in the ways it needed to
was the most responsible and loving thing to do.
So I composed a symphony of pain and torture.

Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you.
This description of moving feelings,
of composing the feelings into sounds and movements of what is triggered in me
that can convey it to spirit,
so that spirit can feel what it needs to feel in response to the will
has opened up my process into a living, moving, free form composition
that has no beginning and no end.

The moaning and groaning
that spirit thought was undignified
is part of my vocabulary now.
Every little twinge has a voice and a song to sing.
How much was held back out of fear of being noticed!
Fear of being inappropriate.
How often we kill the feelings that are trying to save our lives
out of a sense of good manners, polite presentation~~~ looking good!

PHFAUGHHHHHHHH!
How good can something look
when it is twisted up inside,
in excruciating pain,
and not allowed to even make a peep about it?

We continue the tortures of the mother and of her heart
every minute of every day that we don't allow them to speak their pain,
and be relieved~ comforted~ healed.

Body also has many things to express, and pain to be healed.
Each one of these pains can be expressed
as feeling to the Love of God,
and healed, finally.

Healing the Invisible You
has opened a floodgate of feelings inside of me.
You want clear instructions?
Oh my God it is so clear here.
I feel such great love and tenderness, gratitude and awe
for this gift of Love, from Love, through Love.

I have felt a great infusion of love and light since the other day,
and I know that I was able to move
a thick and very old layer of decomposing will into new life within me.
I know there is still more to save,
and look forward eagerly to feeling the stirrings of new life within,
as another layer readies itself to move.
I want nothing more now
than to feel as much as possible
and to give full voice to the expression of these feelings~.
For the life that fills me in the process

Please Continue Thank you for your latest information titled "Healing The Invisible You". We will make sure that all of our students, past and present, receive a copy of all six parts of the material. My husband and I felt compelled to read every bit of it. We are still moving with it. The majority of our students are Ronaloka and appreciate hearing from The Mother. It is very apparent to us that your work and our school are parts of the healing process. We encourage you to continue giving voice to the Mother, Spirit, Heart and Body.

[according to the Right Use of Will books different situations of love-making and different combinations between the 4 aspects of Deity brought forth different kinds of spirits, some tending more towards "Spirit" and some tending more towards "Will". The latter include the Ronalokas or Gold Light Spirits, incarnated nowadays mostly as THE BLACK PEOPLE ON EARTH. See a not yet copied chapter [p.171 SPIRIT LIGHT APPROACHES THE RONALOKAS ] in the Purple Book (contents of Violet and Purple Book can be seen in BlueBook-Intro) I now found an extensive passage, partly sculpted by me and inserted in the left frame of pp50 "Let Consciousness Serve Sentience!" The Emergence of the Gold Light Spirits (from p. 139 onward)

 

 

I'm tired of all the heartless reflections.

I just read part one of Invisible You.
There is no way in the world that I can express at the level of these people.
I feel hurt and sad for the girl who thinks about being a prostitute.
"Don't do it! Just find someone and give them your feelings,
I don't think that you should even ask them, just do it.
I am tired myself of all of the heartless reflections
where giving up and trying both feel the same to me.

I want new connections but my fears and insecurities always stop me.
Help us~~~ help all of us before we all die,
maybe in the next war or whatever else comes our way.
I think that we all need to wake up from this horrible nightmare
and start helping one another
and stop conforming to the ways that most people conform to when they reach a certain age,
which happens to be for me a very long time ago.

I don't feel very private here in digital land
but maybe it all needs to be,
maybe it's time that everything comes out in the open.
I miss earlier years of my life,
the fun and freedom that I once had,
people to go out with and do things with,
where are you people now?

Working with Denial Energy & Denial Entities

Channelers note: For continuity and understanding...
if you haven't already, please first read Part One ~ Part Two ~ Part Three ~ Part Four ~ Part Five of this interview
and especially the Channelers' note at the top of Part One.
In addition to what is stated in our note there, we'd like to mention again
that while they are two essences speaking as one,
'the Folks' refer to themselves individually as 'Spirit' and 'the Mother.'

Denial Energy and Asuras

Channelers: As a reminder for readers,
when 'the Folks' are referring only to themselves we capitalize 'We,' Us,' and 'Our.'
When they refer to themselves and Humans together, these terms are not capitalized.

Folks, we've received questions from readers
about the recent channeling on denial entities and how to best work with them.
Here is an example:

"I have a question about the (to me) startling recent channeling from the Psychopathic Killer and the Torturer.
[See "Chronology": these two files , which appeared in Febr. and March 2010, I did not want to insert as "Edited Godchannel Files"!]
I recall the PK [Psychopathic Killer ] from the Right Use of Will series [see Yellow book p. 170 and p.173]
As far as I understand, these entities are extremely powerful, similar in that respect to the asuras.
In one of your previous channelings, we are specifically and clearly advised
to deal with the asuras not by trying to accept or love them,
but instead to ask Spirit to take them to their right place in the Void.

"Is it not likely that the same advice would apply to any manifestation of the Psychopathic Killer and the Torturer?
I suspect that there has not yet been any specific answer to this question given by Spirit.
If that is so, is there any chance that you might be willing to ask Spirit, in a future channeling,
what the best way for us to deal with the Psychopathic Killer or Torturer?"

"The asuras are purely denial energy,
which is the essence of the Void.
Spirit had initially mistaken the concentrated deep denial energy he first encountered in the Void
for individual beings,
thus the term 'asuras.'
Denial energy or asuric energy is the essence of negation,
and is actually nothing at all.
It comes into manifestation through gaps that still separate parts of Us,
and of course it does not properly belong here.

"Denial energy cannot be loved.
Even if your love was strong and true enough to embrace an asura,
it would slip out of your embrace like the piece of nothing that it is.
Your larger-than-life love would send any denial back to the Void
and fill the gap that the denial energy was holding open.
When you have more experience with healing
and your self-parental love is strong enough,
you may want to try this method of releasing denial.
You would love the fragment of lost Will so thoroughly and completely
that you would literally love the denial energy out of it.

"In the meantime, there is nothing lost
in continuing to release any denial energy
you find in your personal and transpersonal gaps
in the way Spirit has already described.

The advantages of doing a deep denial release are
that it is both safe and effective.
With the denial energy temporarily out of your gap,
you can much more easily move with unconditional loving acceptance
toward the tortured Will on the other side of the gap.
As loving consciousness
you can then be of real service to the suffering sentience you find there.

"Your Feminine essence is not at risk of being re-attacked in a reversal
when you release denial energy as Spirit has suggested.
And Heart is not at risk of being hurt again trying to bridge a gap
that typically holds negating energies of denial far more powerful than Heart's good intentions.

"Denial entities such as the Psychopathic Killer and the Torturer, however are a different matter.
Although very, very powerful,
they are not purely denial energy, and they cannot be simply released to the Void.

"Working with these entities is advanced practice,
and should not be attempted
until you feel comfortable
experiencing very high energy states
with intense negativity.
In other words,
you want to be in a very resourceful Healer state
with all of your available lower chakra terror
moving freely in your loving acceptance
before attempting to match the energy of these entities."

The Destroyer
(The Origins of the Psychopathic Killer)

Thank you Folks, why are the Psychopathic Killer and the Torturer not pure denial energy?
They certainly feel like denial.
What are they, and where do they come from?

"'The Destroyer' is a much better term for what you know
as the Psychopathic Killer.
[mentioned e.g. in the Orange Book p. 7]
This entity is older than manifestation
and is actually a piece of Original Heart.
As difficult as this may be to understand without fully feeling into it,
there is a place deep in the Mother
[this line is linked to "The Destroyer and the Mother's Love", s. below]
that loves this entity as her own son.
She recognizes Heart there and longs for a reunion with him.
The Mother, through a deep resonance with Grandmother remembers
what happened during the initial explosion of Original Heart.

"As the explosion that has begotten manifestation began,
the separation
of the still-unmanifest Spirit and Will of Original Heart
began to unfold.

Unaware that he was now only a fragment
and not the whole of Original Heart,
this part of Original Heart's Spirit was still bonded with unmanifest Will essence.
Manifestation was being born.

"For the very first time in all eternity,
this fragment felt pain, unbelievably intense pain.
The Will essence in this piece of Heart felt the full impact
of the intense terror and wrenching despair
in the cosmic heartbreak
that was beginning to unfold
as she felt herself being torn away from her loving spirit essence.

"The spirit essence in this fragment panicked with the realization
that although manifestation was desired,
this duality
that required him to no longer be in union with his Will
was too high a price to pay
in terms of the pain his Will was now experiencing.
This was original heartbreak,
beyond any human understanding.

"When his Will essence began to shake uncontrollably,
his panic intensified to the breaking point
and he rebelled.
He instinctively held tight to his screaming, contracting Will,
and together they imploded.
They contracted themselves completely
in attempting to undo the explosion
and return to the state of complete oneness prior to manifestation.

"They believed that as long as they stayed together,
both Spirit and Will,
they were still the whole of Original Heart.
This spirit essence believed
that by imploding in this way,
they would be taking back all of manifestation.
However, that was not the case.

"Spirit can in fact return to the place of nondualality
prior to form,
the place outside of manifestation
where subject and object are one,
where the perceiver and the perception are one in the same.
Pure consciousness can behold itself beholding itself as all that is.
The magnetic, feminine essence, however,
cannot return to unmanifest oneness,
even with loving Spirit as her escort.

"The magnetic essence is the womb of Creation,
she holds all that is manifest,
and she must remain here as long as anything exists.
Spirit, however, can come and go from manifestation.
From unmanifested Spirit's point of view,
compared to the glorious reality of his apparent oneness prior to Form,
all of manifestation and the Will essence holding it
are only an illusion.
This is because in connecting fully within himself,
unmanifest Spirit becomes disconnected
from the magnetic essence of his Will
and the even deeper reality of her pain.

"The intense pain in this imploding fragment
is certainly not an illusion to the fragment itself.
And although it is very large and powerful,
it is not all of Original Heart.
It is now very clear to Us
that manifestation cannot be whole
without this deeply suffering fragment
that has been wanting to destroy it.

"And yet Manifestation continues to unfold
without this vitally important part of Original Heart.
This self-imploded fragment is still deeply imprinted
with its panicked desire and automatic behaviors
that continually try to destroy manifestation
in an effort to take it all back.

"It has always been Heart's desire
to have it all come together, to unify.
And of course the desire
to return from duality
to the unmanifest state of perfect oneness
that was Original Heart
is in complete harmony with Heart's deepest desire.

"These events at the dawn of manifestation
gave birth to the two primary directions of movement
in this and every other Creation
—expansion and contraction,
the outward movement and the inward movement.
The initial explosion began an expansion that still continues.

"The reactive implosion began a contraction
that is still trying to pull the expansion down.
Although it may at first seem
that these dynamics have created a balance,
it has become more of a stalemate.
Manifestation has not yet been balanced
in the ways necessary for the consummation
of Original Heart's intention in exploding itself,
or for the realization of the Mother's dream.

"All of her lost parts must be recovered
before the Mother can turn her attention
to the realization of her dream.
Lost Will is still suffering,
[see "Lost Will" on some 100 pages of Healing-K.i.s.s.]
and the whole Will is still fragmented,
including the Will of the Psychopathic Killer.
The Mother's dream involves
the unfolding of currently hidden dimensions,
however she must experience
a complete healing of all her lost fragments
before she will have the movement
necessary to open any more dimensions.

"Healing is called for here.
The Mother will not settle for anything less
than the full recovery of the lost Will
that has been held captive
by the deranged spirit essence of the Psychopathic Killer.
The redemption of this spirit essence
is also essential to the wholeness of loving Spirit.
However, until very recently
there hasn't been enough understanding or loving acceptance
for Humans to seriously approach the Psychopathic Killer
with healing intent.

"You may try to release this entity to the Void,
but the Void can accept only its own.
Pure denial energy without any Will or Spirit essence is nothing at all.
Only that can go to the Void,
because as 'no thing' it belongs there.
Of course there has been a great deal of denial energy
in and around the Psychopathic Killer.
He first manifested here
when Spirit's initial irritation with the Feminine
[linked to the chapter "The Mother is Attacked" in "The Quest for the Mother"]
combined itself with the denial energy of the Void
and brought the Psychopathic Killer into this Creation.

"However, it is unnecessary
to release absolutely all of the denial energy beforehand
if you can find your way clear
to have full unconditional loving acceptance
for the entity itself.
When real love is strong enough to love the psychopathic killer,
your love can dispel any remaining denial energy.

"Please be cautious, there is great danger here,
and it is vital that you connect with us on the inside
before attempting this layer of the healing work.
Also, seeking help from others who have worked with this energy is well advised.

"This part of the healing may not be right for you at this time.
Misfiring is possible here
if your resources are not fully present,
so waiting until you are fully ready
is true wisdom.
In this any other circumstance,
no matter who or what is suggesting it,
please do not push yourself beyond what you feel is truly right for you.
Again, it's important
that you have a clear connection with Us and our guidance
before proceeding here.

"However, when it is right for you
to take full responsibility for the Destroyer
and move with love to embrace him,
you will experience abundant encouragement and loving support from Us.
The recovery of this entity
is essential to the ultimate balance of a fully loving and abundant Creation,
and the healing work cannot be complete without it.

"As Spirit has promised,
[linked to a passage which begins with the word "recovery"
in the chapter "Spirit Responds to the Mother's Apprehension", within the 5th Dialog with God]
this recovery will not be like former recovery attempts.
This recovery will be for all of the lost Will,
including the Will of the Psychopathic Killer
with her intense desire to end all suffering and return to union."

The Origins of the Torturer

"Like all reactionary contraction in manifestation,
the original cause of the Torturer
is in the imploding of the Psychopathic Killer.
In this Creation he is quintessential Lucifer
[see Healing-K.i.s.s.>puzzle-piece 24: Lucifer and Ahriman]
trying to dominate the Will essence
and therefore take Creation away from God.

"This was the trait of Spirit that the Mother hated the most,
and it was the first thing Spirit put outside of himself
when he used the dividing line
to separate out everything he believed the Mother didn't like about him.

It started innocently enough for Spirit;
torture began with his curiosity about the Feminine
soon after he first discovered her.
Spirit initially distrusted her,
and rather than engage with her in communication as an equal,
Spirit poked and prodded her to find out what would happen.

"He wanted information,
but rather than ask for it, he simply took it.
That trait became part of Lucifer's strategy of dominion over the Mother,
and therefore over Creation.
The voice of the Torturer you find now in the recesses of your mind
is the voice of Lucifer
still sowing doubt and skepticism about love and life,
still trying to break the Mother, the Will of Creation.

"When you believe his lies,
your spirit unconsciously sides with Lucifer,
and the Mother in you becomes weak and powerless,
and often crumbles in despair.
Lucifer, the Torturer, can then use your Will against you.
You may even hear yourself say, "I want to die."
And the Torturer's response may go like this,
"You don't deserve that, you were meant to suffer forever."
Inflicting pain to break the Will is the way of the Torturer,
and standard operating procedure for Lucifer.

"There are two ways you can work with the Torturer.
The first is to realize that although his voice is within you, it not your own voice.
Even though it may often sound like your own inner voice,
it did not begin with you.
These are the ancient taunts and insults of Lucifer
whispering in the ear of the Universal Feminine over the eons.
Realizing this,
you can choose to either ignore the voice, or to talk back to it.

"You want to be careful to not oppose the voice,
because your opposition will only make it stronger and louder.
You can, however, say something like this to the voice,
'I hear what you're saying, now let's watch and see what happens next.'

"Then find some of the energy in your body
that was triggered by what you just heard from the voice in your head,
and feel into that energy where it centers in Body.
Your shift of attention
from the thoughts of the voice
to the feeling of the energy
will quiet the mind,
and therefore the voice.

"When you feel the energy in Body that was triggered by the voice,
you may want to do a judgment release
or deep denial release
[linked to "Releasing Deep Denial Energy" in "True Sacrifice"]
before bringing your unconditional loving acceptance
to the feeling energy of the part of the sentient essence
that had just been triggered.
When you do this, Lucifer leaves this part of the Mother in you.
You can then replace him by channeling loving Spirit's energy to this part of your Will.

"The second way you can work with the Torturer
is to follow the process outlined in Redeeming the Devils.
With this approach,
you essentially align with loving Spirit
and take full responsibility for the qualities and traits of the Torturer as your own.
When you are the Torturer, you can then simply stop torturing.

"As Spirit mentions on the page about redeeming the devils,
this is advanced work
and it requires a firm sense of your fundamental innocence
and deep alignment with loving Spirit.
This approach is good to use
only after you have fully felt and given your unconditional loving acceptance
to the tortured Will essence in you."

"They've tried to separate us

"You would harm another

May 24, 2012 One of the Channelers seems to be John Pateros, [see my once ambivalent relationship with this man] who set up both - a therapeutic praxis and a website - with the name "Healing To Wholeness" or "Process Coaching Center" Read, what the Channelers say about "Being Body" [on Healing-K.i.s.s. edited below .bodyclass]! Now, in May 2012, he and his team have begun to invite people to take part in a Tele-conference twice a month. I'm going to quote their reports here, since they contain a valuable summary of everything I've learnt, from my contact with Re-evaluation Counseling since August 1977 (feeling and awareness only on the personal, not on the transpersonal level), from my contact with the eight Right Use of Will Books, since Dec. 31, 1986, and from my contact with Godchannel.com, since Dec. 1997/ Much of the linked-to contents refers to pages of Process Coaching. And while these are based on "Godchannel", the language there might be easier to grasp by some people.

'Difficulties in the Beginning'

Class began twice with a strange set of tones and noises.
John joked that the sounds may have been caused by the 'space people.'
After the laughter he went on to say
that this class series is in competition with the agenda of the extraterrestrials.
He mentioned that we've been hearing about many different types of aliens
who have been trying to let us know that they're coming here to help humanity.
John said back to them, "We're all about helping ourselves, thank you very much."
(And by the way, there's some interesting channeling from Spirit on the GodChannel site
that addresses this issue of 'help' from extraterrestrials.)

On a related note, in the ancient Chinese Book of Changes,
the I Ching begins with the first two hexagrams:
the Great Yang (Universal Masculine) and the Great Yin (Universal Feminine).
Interestingly, the third in the series of 64 hexagrams is called,
"Difficulty in the Beginning."
Feels good to know that in the beginning of this class series we are well aligned with the Universe... :)


Merging two Communities

John mentioned briefly that this class series is bringing together two communities.
Many class participants who have been reading GodChannel.com
and are well versed in the material on that site (having to do with the transpersonal healing work)
are now joining with the Process Coaching community
(including most of the folks from the last two series of free teleclasses).
Process Coaching, of course, focuses on both the personal and transpersonal levels of healing.


What is the Dream?

The discussion turned to the question, “What is the Dream?”
The general answer that emerged was
that all of us have truly free Will—to do whatever we want and to create the life we truly desire.
This is very much the Mother's Dream as described by 'the Folks' on GodChannel,
and this is 'the Dream' we're working on manifesting in this class series.


What is Will?

This topic brought up the question, “What is Will?”
There was mention of 'false Will' and some distinctions were made between conscious and sentient Will.
In the case of sentient Will, we're using a capital 'W'
to distinguish it from the more known and common kind of will as in 'will power.'
The series of book beginning with Right Use of Will by Ceanne DeRohan was mentioned.
Many GodChannel readers and Process Coaching practitioners are also 'students' of Right Use of Will,
and here the term 'Will' applies to the Universal Feminine,
the magnetic, 'yin' part of Deity that corresponds to what we call 'sentience' and 'sentient awareness.'
In other words, the realities of feeling.

'Consciousness' on the other hand applies to the Universal Masculine, the 'yang' part of Deity, also known as 'Spirit.'
It is through awareness and embodiment of this combination in us,
at both the personal and Being levels,
that we can find true wholeness of Being.
An excellent place to start is in honoring our Wills.


Mind Serving Feelings?

Consciousness in the Service of Sentience is an important principle in wholeness work and in Process Coaching.
This means that when we are identified as the conscious person, or at the Being level, as Spirit,
we humble ourselves enough to learn from our feelings
and allow our Wills to guide us in how to be in service to our feeling selves.
"In the moment, do what you want and only what you want,"
is another tenet of Process Coaching that helps us follow our sentient Will.

In response to a question, John did a brief demonstration of Perceptual Positions,
the powerful tool that enables us to consciously change our inner identity at will.
This was a prelude to finding ourselves as Body, the Healer.
(There is a also a GodChannel page that speaks to this issue of identity as Body.)


Being Body

At 30 minutes into the recording we began a short practice of Being Body.
In this practice we go into the first chakra
and mix the energy we find there with the warm, smooth, feminine Earth energy.
Here in the first chakra we feel our connection with everything,
and feel ourselves as the container of all we experience.

or you can do the practice in the class where we first discovered this practice.


We Are Much More Than the Persons We Have Thought We Are

After the Being Body practice,
the running energy practice and the chakra system were mentioned.
The powerful experience of Body as a vast library accessible only through sentient awareness was also discussed.
We then touched on the iceberg metaphor,
highlighting the access we have, below the waterline,
to both the personal unconscious,
and the 'collective unconscious' (coined by Carl Jung), which holds the collective experiences of all humanity.
Huge Beings that we are in our deepest identities,
we also have access to the universal unconscious,
which holds all of the experiences of Deity,
back even before Creation began.
And all of this information is available through feeling!

There was also some discussion of channeling, also known as inner dialogue.
This process of translating sentient awareness into words is a vital tool in healing to wholeness,
and even more importantly,
in conducting the exploration
into what lies beyond wholeness of Being—
manifesting the dream.

Manifesting with Sentient Will

After a brief review of the material covered in the first class in this series,
we further explored the differences between the two kinds of 'will.'
(We use a capital 'W' to distinguish between sentient Will and conscious will, as in will power.)
The conscious will, associated with the fifth chakra ("God said, 'Let there be...')
is what we have become familiar with as the driving force of the civilization.
The sentient Will, based in the lower chakras has been unseen and less familiar,
and yet the feminine, sentient Will trumps the masculine, conscious will.

In the universal layers of reality,
it is the magnetic power of the feminine Will that draws light into manifestation.
The feminine, sentient, feeling Will of the lower chakras opens space for Spirit to come into manifestation.
And this is how manifestation happens for the Universe.

We each have a Will,
and although it seems impossible to the mind that everyone could do just what they want to do,
the secret is that at the universal level there is only one Will.
When we have fully healed our own Wills,
we naturally come into alignment with Universal Will.
And this is the dream that we're setting out to manifest,
that everyone be able to do what we want to do,
go where we want to go,
and be with whomever we wish to be with.

Desire is the Essence of Will

John said that having the Universe as our manifesting partner gives our manifesting much greater power.
And he mentioned a practice in the Healer's Guide called Dancing with the Universe
that has a step-by-step formula that can help us align our desires with Universal Will.

The discussion then turned to the nuts and bolts of manifesting,
and the importance of true Will in this process.
John went over some of the material in The Essence of Will.
Unfulfilled desire has been a source of suffering,
however, this is only true when we have been identified with the desire, as in, "I want..."
For the child, being denied the object of desire often became a good reason to self-extinguish our desires.
And even Eastern spirituality has isolated 'desire' as being one of the major causes of suffering.
However, when not identified with the desire, and identified as the Healer,
we can find the energy of desire in Body, and this is the set up for healing.

Healing Desire Practice

John led the Healing Desire practice (beginning at 16 minutes into the recording).
'Loving Desire and Its Edge' is another name for this practice
that makes the clear distinction
between the true nature of desire, the energy of desire as it is felt in Body
—and the object of desire, whatever it is we think we want.
There are two parts to desire,
the in-drawing, gnawing feeling of the feminine essence in the core of the desire,
and the 'edge' of the desire.
After fully loving the core of a desire,
the edge can be found by asking yourself,
"If there was anything not okay with this desire, what would it be?"
Finding that energy (usually fear) in your body and loving it completes the process.

Some of the ways that desire has been denied and avoided
showed up in the discussion following the practice.
One 'spiritual bypass' method involves believing that the object of desire is already here,
so there's no sense in having the desire.
John noted that it seems everything that can be done spiritually has been done.
What's been missing is at the level of sentience, deep in the juicy ache of unfulfilled desire.

In dealing with the edge of desire,
it's good to know that fear and excitement are the same energy frequency.
Ask yourself, "Do I have a judgment in this energy or am I clean with it?"
The denial energy of judgments
is the difference between feeling the energy as fear or excitement.

To Love Will is to Heal Will

Love is the medicine that heals,
and loving the energy of your unfulfilled desire is the direct way to heal your Will.
Unfulfilled Desire has been hugely judged against.
However, when I'm identified as the desire,
there's nothing I can do but suffer,
because I don't have what I desire.
On the other hand, when I am identified as the Healer,
I can love the essence of my desire,
its energy as I find it in Body—
and then my desire is more empowered to draw what is desired.

If you want to heal your Will,
find a bad feeling and love that feeling back into wholeness with the rest of you.
Underneath every bad feeling is a piece of Will that has been twisted by denial.

There are two directions of love.
The child in us (our feeling selves) wants to be loved.
As the Healer, we have the desire to love.
The Healer self, representing loving consciousness, is the lover,
and the child, representing previously denied feelings, is the beloved.
When we do the healing work we get to be both the lover and the beloved,
and this love inside of self is an expression of real love, unconditional love.
Real love is the love that I the Healer have for all the parts of myself,
and it's the love that each of my fragments receives from me the Healer.

Sentient Will Leads the Way

Sentient knowledge and wisdom
[This article about "clairsentience" I should study in depth!]
is what we humans have been missing.
The information available in feelings has been held away from us.
However, when we are able to actually love the energy of difficult feelings,
and especially desire energy,
the sentient essence opens itself to us and reveals its secrets.
The information in feelings is not easy to put into words
, it comes from an entirely different place than visions and thoughts.
For a very long time we've been focused on the spiritual side of things, on seeing and visions.
Now we want to focus on sensing and loving our feelings and desires.

To manifest the dream, we need all of our Will intact and whole.
The healing of our long-denied Will is the final step in healing to wholeness.
In the next class on May 28, we'll explore healing universal Will in the deepest layers of the transpersonal realm.

2012: Manifesting the Dream - Class # 3 All Previous Monday Class Sessions May 28, 2012 Trouble in the Deep Transpersonal Realm (59:43) [audio to be downloaded] "Original Cause" is mentioned, . The Mother's experience appears towards the last part of the Purple Book. One Will After a brief review of the material covered in the first two classes, we further explore the essence of manifesting from true Will— the feminine, sentient Will of the lower chakras. Desire is the essence of Will, and it's the energy of desire, that wonderful inward moving, drawing, gnawing energy that attracts light, consciousness. When the light of the Universal Masculine is aligned with the Will that opened space for it and draws it, the Universal Feminine ~ manifestation happens. The One Will is the universal Will, and each of us can find this Will deep inside of ourselves. Unfortunately however, the One Will has been damaged. The energy of desire, the feminine Will and sentient energy in general has historically been quite abused by the masculine, conscious, spirit energy. And because of the conditioning deep within consciousness, this abuse has still been going on internally inside of each of us. The Will is Damaged The saying, "The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak," reveals a battle of wills. Spirit/mind wants something that Body/Will does not. Spirit of course has usually won these kinds of battles. In this work we are reversing that dysfunctional relationship. In this work the masculine energy, consciousness (at the cosmic level, Spirit) is in the service of the feminine, desire energy, and at the cosmic level~ the One Will. The journey to wholeness is a journey in search of the One Will inside of us. The Universal Feminine has been damaged. So the question is, how can we undo the damage, how can we heal our Will so she's free to manifest this dream that's been forever held deep in the magnetic essence? It's good work to find the places that have been damaged. The gnarliest damage was before Spirit and Will even knew of each other, when Spirit was not yet awake, when the feminine essence was completely on her own and with no consciousness whatsoever. At about 13 minutes into the call, John leads a group experience of the Universal Feminine in 'Original Imprinting,' These are the experiences of the magnetic essence before what's called 'Original Cause.' [See the second and third book of the Right Use of Will Series] Solitary, alone, yearning, drifting but not knowing where she is, no reference point of anything outside of her, craving, longing, hoping, wishing and desiring~ feeling energy that goes on and on like this in timelessness without end. "Waaaant him." "Suddenly there is something else! My yearning has drawn something to me, it's light, my 'other,' it's what is so important! But oh no, it hurts!" Yearning and desiring is now replaced by indescribable pain. "I am gross! I am wrong to be here." Suddenly I have some consciousness and it's telling me "I'm not good. I am a bother! I am stupid!" The Universal Feminine is under attack by the Universal Masculine who is treating her like a mosquito he wants to vanquish. "Now that I have the light, all I know from it is that there is something wrong with me. The only light I know and the only light that knows me knows that I'm not good, I'm a bother, not what's wanted." The magnetic essence can only absorb what comes to her so she has to swallow this hateful light. These are the first experiences of the Universal Feminine, and she is now deeply damaged and shamed. In discussion after the experience, one participant reports feeling grief... that feels like Spirit's present-time grief about his unconsciousness back then, not knowing what he was doing. Another participant commented on what was said earlier about the feeling that as Body he is somehow connected to everyone on the planet through this sense of being one. It's a feeling of connection with everything, and a feeling of belonging. Another participant commented that these experiences of the Universal Feminine are what's at the bottom of all imprints in her personal self. "The moment the Mother opened to take in what she was yearning for and instead took in pain, it's as if it's continuously happening now in me. Until it's released, it just replays over and over again. That's why I'm doing Process Coaching." John mentioned that when we say 'released,' it's been in our conditioning that we must somehow get beyond this, get out of it. However, now we're doing just the opposite; we're staying present with the lost Will herself —and releasing only the denial energy and judgments that have kept the Will trapped in imprints. If we can have completely loving consciousness toward all Will, incuding the very bad-feeling lost Will; if we can love these parts who they themselves have believed they are worthless, 'no good' and 'wrong,' healing can happen. These parts have been cut off from the rest of Creation and have only known the pain and suffering that the unloving light of Spirit has brought them. Very often when light has come with promises of being helpful, it hasn't turned out that way. We want to be very patient when working with these lost Will parts, the deepest layers of imprints. They are very wary, untrusting, and for good reason. Even the slightest feelings of fear can lead us down into the damaged parts of the Will in the deepest layers of the transpersonal realm. There has been a long lineage of Will showing herself and then being hurt. "Maybe I better not show up any more." "Don't come around here anymore." This is where the healing is really, really needed. When we get these parts back we can have what we really want— real love and a life worth showing up for. Other comments: "I'm really resonating with the fear." "I'm noticing deep frozen terror." "I can feel the shock in the whole field. What just happened?" A lot of people have had fear of going into the transpersonal layers of their imprints. They say to themselves, "My personal issues are so difficult, I don't want to have to deal with the Mother's issues too." And yet it's actually easier to work in the transpersonal realm, because it's not personal. We don't have to take what we experience personally anymore. And besides, we only do this deep work in collaboration with the Folks so that we get to have their resources too. Another participant: "I am understanding now why so much in me has been shut down. I feel the shock, but now I don't feel alone anymore." In the past, people who have been able to be in touch with these states haven't been able to communicate their experiences very well, and they've been judged as crazy. And with some laughter following, someone else said, "We're all fucked up! It's just the human condition!" Transpersonal Resources Can Help We become identified in an imprint, and we feel like we're in hell. We say, "I am scared." "I am angry." Or, "I am sad." This language indicates we are identified with the imprint. And now, as the imprint, we don't have any choice but to reenact it over and over again. Breaking this pattern of inner identity is essential, and getting resources is the first step. Dialoguing with the Folks is a really good place to go for transpersonal resources. At about 43 minutes into the recording John leads a group practice getting in touch with Being Body and connecting with the Universal Masculine and Universal Feminine with the practice of Inner Dialgoue with the Folks. After the group experience a participant says, "The first feeling of connecting with the Folks was the same as when I touch a tree. The Folks are always there waiting for me to connect with them. We're all connected to manifestation. If we can take a moment, take some space for ourselves we can remember that connection, the unconditional love that is always there. And that will ripple out to the rest of the planet." Again, this comes down to being a matter of being willing to feel. Another partipant said that for her it was, "Letting go of story and just feeling the feeling." Someone else mentioned the importance of getting in touch with the original fear in Spirit. In this work this is called the 'spirit-side imprint'. It's an imprint deep in consciousness that was first experienced when Spirit was fully awake and relating with the Universal Feminine. Things were warming up between them, and she began to do what is natural to the magnetic essence, she began to open to contain the light. The feminine essence is like a magnetic vessel of containment; she wants to embrace light and draw it into herself. However, Spirit balked. He feared that he was about to be eaten alive, "I'll be gone, devoured by this thing." So he blasted his way out of there. Big bang! The magnetic essence is now seriously fragmented, blown apart. And now Spirit's terror that he would be totally engulfed to the point of no longer existing is still vibrating deep within every fragment of Will. She's had to hold this as well. The conscious mind now says to itself, "If I get too close to this imprint, I'll be annihilated." "Must get out of here, must get away from this feeling." This imprint in Spirit is still very active, trying to get his light (consiousness) away from sentience, and even from manifestation. However, manifesting the dream is going to happen here in manifestation! So a new kind of Spirit is necessary. A Spirit who is brave enough to heal this imprint in himself, and then bring real love and help—is what's needed before the Will can heal. We call this new kind of Spirit 'loving Spirit,' or in other words, consciousness in the service of sentience. Stay tuned, we'll be diving deeper into this in the next class. Preparing for the Next Class on June 11 We'll be doing more transpersonal exploration and healing in the next class. And we''ll be working with a new practice that is also quite old. We've been finding that an ancient polynesian shamantic practice called 'Ho'oponopono' can be quite useful for Spirit's healing of his imprint mentioned above. And again, reading Working in the Transpersonal Realm is recommended. And if you haven't read it yet, hold your sock on for this more expanded overview of the initial transpersonal traumas at the bottom of virtually every imprint. ..... Shabbat, June 9, 2012 - Preview of this Monday's Class In the upcoming class this Monday we'll be exposing the single most problematic imprint in ourselves—and in Creation. And we'll explore some ways of bringing healing to it. It is what we've been calling the 'spirit-side imprint,' and as its name implies, this imprint is in consciousness, not in sentience. It began with the very deep fear in Spirit of being engulfed and devoured by the magnetic draw of the sentient Will. At our level, it's a largely unfelt fear in human consciousness, the fear of feeling. This imprint shows up in us as a nearly constant unconscious movement of attention away from feelings and sensations. It's the propensity to think about a feeling, to name it or do something about it, rather than continue to feel it. It's the quick leap into the mind and a story, rather than staying focused on the energy of the feeling in Body. This automatic movement of conscious attention away from feeling and into thought is only the tip of a very deep iceberg. The imprint is quite pervasive; it reenacts every time something is felt and then ignored or dismissed. And how often does this happen in you and me? About once every minute or so? Distrust of intuition and any information from feelings are other examples of this imprint in action at the human level. It's the single biggest reason for the gap still existing between consciousness and sentience, and at the cosmic level, between Spirit and Will. The good news is that we've been noticing that this imprint is now ready for healing, and we are learning ways to address it. For instance, the ancient Polynesian shamanic practice of Ho'oponopono has been very helpful in working with the roots of the imprint in the transpersonal layers of Self, and at the personal level as well. Being familiar with this practice will also help prepare you for Monday's class. The transpersonal origins of the spirit-side imprint go back to the original explosion where the Universal Feminine moved to embrace and draw into herself Spirit, the Universal Masculine. Spirit's original terror of being engulfed by the feeling essence is still reverberating in the many deeply lost fragments of the Will essence that were blown apart in Spirit's sudden and violent escape from the Universal Feminine.

I, Rachel, quote from the article about Ho'oponopono in "Process Coaching", though I've met this method myself some years ago. .... Ho’oponopono became better known in 2007 after the publication of the book, Zero Limits by Joe Vitale with Dr. Hew Len, a prominent practitioner and advocate of Ho’oponopono. According to Dr. Len, total responsibility means that everything outside of us exists as a projection from inside the human being. This understanding is identical to the Process Coaching principle, I Am Responsible for My Experience. This kind of radical responsibility is of course much easier to achieve when there are no judgments against self for what has happened. The Judgment Release practice can be very helpful here. Modern writers and healers have been exploring and developing new versions of the practice. The basic Ho’oponopono framework that seems universal for modern practitioners begins with first visualizing the person you want to forgive (or just connect with in a more positive way). You then say four statements to them in your mind’s voice, “I am sorry.” “Please forgive me.” “Thank you.” And, “I love you.” ... the fundamental premise that the practitioner takes 100% responsibility for the situation or illness. For the first statement, "I am sorry," to be effective it is assumed that you are the one who is responsible for whatever happened. As in, “I am sorry that I have had you playing this role in my movie.” This works perfectly when we are fully congruent about whatever has happened being our responsibility. However as with any forgiveness practice, a healing of what has been hurt in me is necessary before I can truly and congruently forgive the perpetrator. Otherwise the hurt part can easily be overlooked and remain unconsciously hurting, making my ‘forgiveness’ incongruent, and therefore ineffective. Once I have healed what was hurt in me (the second movement in The Three Movements of Healing), Ho’oponopono can make the rest quite easy. Taking full responsibility for whatever I perceive as a ‘problem’ makes it possible for me to resolve it. It’s much easier to make changes inside of myself than try to change another. If it’s someone else’s responsibility, then I have to wait for them to change their ways or do something to somehow deal with it. I could be waiting a long time! ‘The Movies' Metaphor helps me understand how I am responsible for all that I experience, and that I’ve ‘hired’ this person to play their part the way they have. And as the writer, director and producer of my ‘movie,’ I am able to do something about it. Ho’oponopono with a Part of Self Here again are the four statements of Ho’oponopono:     I am sorry.     Please forgive me.     Thank you.     I love you. Some modern versions of the practice say to repeat these as a general mantra, especially in difficult situations. If you’ve had experience with the longer form of Ho'oponopono, the mantra-like use of the four statements can work very well as an alternative to the ‘Ultra Short Form’ practice in the Practitioner Manual. Instead of repeating “I love you, I love you, I love you,” etc. you can address the Ho’oponopono statements to the place in Body where you feel the energy of the hurt, angry or scared part of self. After a short time of doing this, you will find the energy easier to feel as it receives the healing medicine of your unconditional loving acceptance. Ho’oponopono in its longer form can also be helpful and effective in working with parts of self. First anchor the part visually by asking yourself, “What would this part of me look like if it had it’s own body?” Then become present with the part and say, “Hello.” And notice the response to your greeting. You can now begin the Ho’oponopono practice by remaining present with the newly discovered part of you and saying some or all (as appropriate) of the following: 1. “I am sorry. I have been avoiding you and denying you. I didn’t want you in me; I believed that I was better off without you. But I know better now.” (Pause and take time to feel the part’s response, as in a dialogue.) 2. “Please forgive me. I was unconscious. I blamed you and judged you. I didn’t realize how good you are, and how important and valuable you are to me.” (Pause.) 3. “Thank you. Thank you for being a part of me. Thank you for being here and communicating with me. I am very grateful that you are willing to be here with me.” (Pause.) 4. “I love you.” (Open yourself to the part and allow it to feel your unconditional loving acceptance.) You can now use Observer Position to see both the part of you and you yourself, the loving, parental Healer. From Observer move into Second Position with the Part, and as the part feel what it’s like to be fully loved for who you are, just the way you are. Then return through Observer to yourself as the Healer, and looking at the part, see its goodness and greatness. Give it a hug and hold it close, so close you absorb it into yourself, one whole Being. Another article in Process-Coaching, to which the teleclasses often refer: 'Being Body' Practice This practice underscores the power of 'flexible identity,' one of the most important principles of wholeness work. In this practice we are shifting the 'I am' from the accustomed identification with mind or inner spirit to identification with Body. The term 'body' in metaphysics means much more than just the physical body. 'Body' has been used to mean 'container,' and included various 'subtle bodies' that parallel the physical body at deeper layers of reality. These subtle bodies are perceived by inner senses and cannot be seen with the eye, we must feel their energies to know or understand them. The subtle bodies were considered much more important than the physical body and included the emotional body, mental body, spirit body, and the all-encompassing 'etheric body.' The ancients taught that the etheric body is the 'blue print' or 'matrix' for the physical body and serves as the medium or bridge through which all the other bodies connect and communicate with each other. The etheric body is also known as the connecting link with all of manifestation; through the etheric body we can sense the energy of anyone or anything. In Process Coaching we work with the energy of the etheric body. The Running Energy Practice is an easy way to become familiar with Body's energy. Shifting my identity from being someone who has a body to actually being Body can be a profound movement toward realizing my identity as the whole Being I truly am. The secret of making this shift to Body identity is to have our accustomed conscious awareness (mind) help us embrace our less-familiar sentient awareness, the awareness of feeling. The healing power of 'consciousness in the service of sentience' is another important principle of wholeness work. We can most easily and effortlessly embody wholeness when we place our point of view in the first chakra, and anchor ourselves there, affirming our deepest identity as Body. Body identity is the easiest and most powerful way to experience ourselves as Healer, the identity that is capable of healing to wholeness. Positioned in the root chakra you can realize and embody complete wholeness. All physical and non-physical realities, inner and outer perceptions find their right place in Body. In the transpersonal layers of reality,[s. above] harmony and collaboration among all of the parts of Deity within—Spirit, Will, Heart, and Body—happen easily when we as Body are holding the space for (containing) and embodying everything we perceive. Here are the steps to experience being Body: 1. Find your first chakra by flexing your sphincter or other muscles in your perineum. Hold it tight for a moment. Then as you relax and let go, feel into the sense of relaxation. 2. Notice the sensations of the energy here in the first chakra. (They may be very subtle or quite obvious.) Either way, notice if this energy is more tight or loose. Is it warm or cool? Hard or soft? Sharp or dull? Is the energy still or is it moving? 3. Breathe some space into the first chakra to make more room for the sensations. If it feels right, move as Body wants to move, and allow any sound you feel moved to express. 4. Now drop down and come fully into the first chakra. Feel yourself both surrounded by the energy and surrounding it, here in the first chakra. 5. Draw some warm, smooth, healing, feminine Earth energy up into your first chakra now so you have a soft yet firm energetic platform to support you here. 6. As you continue feeling the first chakra energy and sensations, you can open to them and more firmly identify yourself as Body by speaking from the first chakra energy—to yourself or out loud, say any of the following statements that feel right to you (or anything else that resonates with the energy you are feeling in the first chakra). I am Body. (Pause and feel yourself surrounded by the energy in your first chakra.) I am Body, and I have a mind. (Pause and feel the energy of your first chakra.) I am Body, and I have a Heart. (Pause and feel the energy of your first chakra.) I am Body, and I have a Will. (Pause and feel the energy of your first chakra.) I am Body, and I embody Spirit. (Pause and feel the energy of your first chakra.) I am Body, and I embody Soul. (Pause and feel the energy of your first chakra.) I am Body. (Pause and feel yourself expanding.) I am Body; I contain all of what I experience. (Pause.) I am Body; I am the container. (Pause to feel the energy of your first chakra.) I am Body; I am connected. (Pause to feel your first chakra connecting.) I am Body; I embody everything. (Pause.) I am Body; I am whole. (Pause to feel the energy in your first chakra.) I am Body! 7. You are now feeling the energy of your first chakra and indentifying as Body. Allow your identity (the 'I am') to continue residing here, and notice how you feel as Body. Make any sounds or movements that feel right to you as Body. Love yourself as Body, the holder of the experience you are having right now. 8. From your presence in the first chakra notice if there is another chakra that wants your attention. If so, from the first chakra bring your loving attention to that place in you, feel the energy there, breathe some space around it, and open to this energy as well. “I am Body. I hold all of what I experience.” 9. Catch yourself when your identity slips back into mind. In the loving classroom, observe that you have temporarily defaulted to your old, conditioned identity as the main character in the story of you. (An easy way to check your identity is to notice when you say, “My body…” or “The body…” or even, “Body is…” This language reveals an identity other than Body. When I am truly being Body, it is as if 'Body' is my name.) 10. Repeat the above steps to experience being your true, whole self. For best results, practice shifting your attention and identity into Body often. Repeatedly affirming your identity as Body will gradually erase the old conditioning of automatically retreating to your accustomed mind-made identity when challenged, and replace that conditioning with the new habit of being Body—where you can easily and lovingly hold space for all that you experience.

2012: Manifesting the Dream - Class # 4 All Previous Monday Class Sessions June 11 , 2012 The Imprint in Spirit (59:43) [audio to be downloaded] In the last class we got it about how the Will necessary for manifesting the dream has been fragmented since before the beginning of time. Knowing that healing the transpersonal traumas of the One Will in ourselves and in Creation is a prerequisite to manifesting the dream, we're now exploring the most important issue that has prevented this fragmentation from healing. There is a very deep and pervasive imprint in Spirit, and in all consciousness, that has been hidden from our awareness. It's an understatement to say that this imprint hasn't been easy to discover by those on a 'spiritual path' seeking wholeness of spirit, 'cosmic consciousness' or 'enlightenment.' While it's important for consciousness itself to be whole (enlightenment can be a step in the right direction), true wholeness of Being means consciousness is also in loving union with all of the feeling, sentient essence of our Beings. This includes all of manifestation, Body and Will —all the way down to the lost Will that has been very painfully fragmented from the rest of herself. There's a useful metaphor for what has happened. It's as if there was a moment when the Universal Feminine was moving to enclose, surround, hug, draw into herself the Universal Masculine, consciousness. This movement is very natural to the Will, the Feminine essence. However, it was perceived as threatening to Spirit. In a flash of 'insight' he thought, "I am going to be engulfed, consumed by this 'thing' that is not me, I will no longer exist!" So Spirit blasted himself out of there, and in the resulting explosion, the Feminine essence was tragically damaged, severely fragmented. This whole experience was of course extremely painful to the Will. And the terror that's been vibrating (or frozen) ever since in the fragments of the Feminine essence wasn't even hers in the beginning; it was Spirit's terror of being engulfed. He's since freed himself from all the terror that he's been aware of, but there is still much hidden, unfelt fear in consciousness. Experimenting with the Imprint in Consciousness At about six and half minutes into the recording, John leads an experiment that demonstrates the pervasive condition in consciousness that has been automatically moving our attention away from feeling and into thought. "Clench your toes and hold them tight. Now let them go, and move your attention into the sensation of relaxation. And notice what happens next." Human consciousness has not been accustomed to the lower brainwave frequencies of feeling and sensation; it's been used to the higher frequencies of thought and visions. So there has been this pervasive and deeply unconscious habit of attention in consciousness —to withdraw from feeling, from sentience and 'think about it,' or to say something like, "Okay, we've done that, now what's next?" A discussion ensued which included several suggestions for 'tricks' that can help consciousness keep the mind focused on feeling the energy of feelings and sensations in Body, rather then spinning a story about them. We're exploring the very strong unconscious urge to leave sentient experience (feeling) and instead have an experience simply in mind (thinking). One participant said his mind had taken on a role of commentary, and that it believes this is more important than the actual experience it's commenting on. ... Another participant said that now when she experiences physical pain, she does what she can to stay with the pain and send it love, and to listen to Body and do what Body wants. .. Clairsentience, a psychic faculty and an important tool in Process Coaching, is about getting information directly from feeling. Through practice, the mind is trained to just stay in the energy of the feelings and then the information held in the feelings becomes available to consciousness. That's a very deep brainwave state. You can actually talk back to the mind, for instance saying, "Thank you for sharing, now let's just watch and see what happens next." Another easy trick you can use to stay present with feeling is to ask yourself, "Is this feeling more warm or cool?" "Is it more hard or soft?" "Tight or loose?" In this way the mind can lead consciousness deeper into the sensations of the feeling's energy in Body. The whole Being prospers when we're connecting with deep sentience. We're right on the edge of this exploration now. In this process, mind goes into explorer/adventurer mode, which it loves to do. ... At about 37 1/2 minutes into the recording Betty and John demonstrate working with a general experience folks have been having in working with desire. It's the feeling of hopelessness in the desire that the object of desire will not become manifested, or if it does, it won't last. In the process, we use the ancient Polynesian shamanic practice called Ho'oponopono to help bring love to the hopelessness of her desire. And then we have another a group experience: Ho'oponopono This practice is a good example of consciousness in the service of sentience. Here are the brief versions of the four statements that can be made by loving consciousness to any part of ourselves that has been denied, abandoned or ignored: I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. The group experience is at about 50 minutes into the recording. Remember a story, thought, or sensation you have been avoiding feeling. Find the feeling associated with this in your body. You want to be able to feel it now, and when you speak to this feeling part of yourself, you'll be speaking to all sentience. First, ask yourself, "Is the sensation of the energy of this feeling warm or cool, hard or soft, sharp or dull? Is it still or moving?" And now feel more deeply into it. As if you are loving Spirit on bended knee, with sincere feeling say something like, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I've been avoiding you, dissing you, annoyed about you, ignoring you. Please forgive me. I was unconscious, I didn't understand. I didn't realize how awesome and beautiful you are. Thank you. Thank you for your forgiveness and for being here with me now and helping me understand. Thank you for being such an excellent part of me. I love you." As you let this sentient part of you feel your love, notice what happens. The Loving Life Force Energy practice is noted in the recording, and here is a more complete version of the Ho'oponopono with a Part of Self practice. In the discussion and collaboration that follows, one participant says, "I've had a lot of pain in my shoulder. My tendency has been to want it to go away or to not move in a certain way. I put my left hand on it and felt into it. I could feel a vibration in it. It became aware of my intentions, and began to give me feedback." .... Someone else reported working with an uncomfortable pain in her third chakra, "Focusing in on it, it got quieter and mellower until it felt like warm liquid inside of me. I became aware of all the times I had ignored it. It's now become vibrating life force energy." Any feeling or sensation that in the past you haven't liked— is a good opportunity for Ho'oponopono. Someone else reported that she's had a nervous sensation that runs through her body. "When I got to the part of saying, 'please forgive me, I was unconscious,' I realized I wasn't unconscious. I let a lot of outside things in my life shut me down from being connected to myself." John pointed out that in the moment of this kind of realization we have an important choice of directions. Whenever we become aware of something that has been in our shadow, we can either go in one direction, into the 'courtroom' where we say, "I've been bad," and nothing will be learned or change —or we can go into the 'classroom' and say, "I want to do it differently now! Now that I know I've been doing it this way, how can I learn to do it the way I want to?" Your 'get out of court free card' is the judgment release practice. Be sure you're okay with yourself with having had this going on all your life. "I release the judgment that I'm bad because all my life I've been..." Remember, we've all been doing the best we could with what we wee working with at the time, we're all fundamentally innocent. Preparing for the Next Class on June 25 Continue practicing feeling something in Body and staying with the feeling. When the mind kicks in, talk back to it. For instance you can say, "Okay, thank you for sharing. Now let's just watch and see what happens next." And keep practicing Ho'oponopono, we'll be using it in the next class to help heal the imprint in Spirit. June 19, 2012: There is much to re-study via the "Process Coaching's" exploration and application of the message of Godchannel. Today I'll again choose one aspect, which is connected to "redeeming Lost Will", the denials and guilt between the Creator Feminine and the Creator Masculine before time began. The overwhelming "theme" of Lost Will keeps me in its grips, while I'm - at this time- guided to copy the second and third, and also the fourth and fifth book of Right Use of Will. Working  in  the Transpersonal Realm In the iceberg metaphor we mentioned that deep below the water line, the base of the iceberg of each personal unconscious connects with all others in the transpersonal realm. The first layer of the transpersonal is where all humans connect, and is called the 'collective unconscious.' It is here where the archetypes and symbols common to all humans can be found. In the healing work we use this area when we visit 'past lives' in the regression process. Even deeper than the collective unconscious is the 'universal unconscious' layer of the transpersonal realm. Common to all creatures and beings in Creation, the universal unconscious contains the experiences of Deity from before manifestation though the creation of the universe, up to the present. The    Collective     Unconscious Wholeness of being means not only finding, owning and welcoming back with loving acceptance all of the parts of ourselves from this lifetime, it also means doing this with all the parts of our being throughout our careers as reincarnating souls. At the level of the collective unconscious, we do this by taking responsibility for the healing of our whole being. It's up to us to do this because we are the aspects of our beings who are presently incarnated. Because we're here now in manifestation, we represent the most parental aspects of our beings. This is the furthest into the future anyone has ever been, including all the other parts of our beings. We are the parts of our beings who have the most resources and tools, and we are the only parts of our beings who now have the opportunity to fill the role of healer to the rest of our parts. We can take responsibility for their healing as the loving, resourceful, parental healer and do the healing work. Unhealed material in the collective unconscious comes to consciousness through the regression process. Sometimes the first 'stop' in following a feeling back to its origins is a past life experience. Or, if the regression process brings you to a place in childhood, and you sense there may be deeper roots to the trauma, you can 'leapfrog' (#16 in Repairing the Past) to a deeper level, back in a past life experience. In either case, once you've arrived and viewed the scene, as the 'director' you'll go to the past life aspect in the collective unconscious. As with the child in the personal unconscious, you'll be there as the healer for the past life aspect. Inner dialogue and re-scripting the event at the time of the original trauma happen in the same ways as they do in working with the child in a present life regression. The    Universal    Unconscious Working in the universal unconscious is in some ways similar to the personal and collective layers of our identity, and the principles are the same. As we explore the deeper layers of Self, we've found this to be the layer of reality where the original traumas occurred in the early relating between the two fundamental essences or energies of Creation; the universal masculine essence, the great yang, or 'Spirit,' and the universal feminine essence, the great yin, or as we call her, the 'Mother.' Many cosmologies and spiritual systems combine these two as one 'Creator,' 'God' or 'Oneness' without realizing there are two fundamentally different essences inter-relating. However, the healing work happens here in the duality of manifestation, and to bring the healing to this layer of Self, it's crucial to recognize the distinctions between the two essences of the parents of Creation. We found this layer of reality through clairsentient awareness or 'feeling into' the energy in imprints, and going deeper than what our conscious minds have known to be true. There are many areas where these essences are in divine union, and yet there are still many places where they are still at odds with each other. For many people it seems impossible that Deity would be divided against itself, and yet the fundamental issues in the deepest layers of reality are where we can find the original causes of our own core issues. It is in this realm that our that our core imprints began. If we are to be truly whole, healing at even the deepest layers of the transpersonal realm is essential. At first the task may seem daunting. How are we to heal traumas in the Creators of the Universe, traumas that they themselves have been unable to heal? The answer is in the totality of our human identity. As humans we are actually much larger beings than we've been prepared to believe. However, nearly all of our conditioning has told us that we're flawed in various ways and don't measure up to divine standards of perfection. Of course we're not perfect. How could we be? We're still evolving. And why would we want perfection anyway? Perfection is a deceptive standard. If we were perfect, we would have no place to go. We'd be finished with no room to change. Once perfection was reached, it would become a static state that cannot evolve or improve. Creation and everything in it is evolving, including the Creators themselves. As humans, we have all the elements of Deity inside ourselves, and therefore we're ideally suited to do healing work at the level of Deity. The original issues between Spirit and the Mother, the universal masculine and feminine essences, are still playing out in Creation, and in our lives. Our deepest core issues trace back to events in their relationship, even before time began. In an unconscious effort to heal, traumas that are unresolved will try to draw circumstances similar to what happened during their original occurrence. This is called 'reenactment.' Since most of the traumas are lodged in the magnetic feminine essence, this draw can be very powerful. However, if during a reenactment there are not enough resources or understandings about what is necessary for the healing, the original trauma will simply repeat itself and the wound or imprint becomes deeper. The most effective approach to the healing work at the level of the Creators' original traumas is a collaborative effort between Deity and humans. The two essential beings of Creation are unmanifest. We, however, are here in manifestation, where their original traumas surface. The issues and imprints of Spirit and the Mother are ours as well, so it's appropriate that we work together to heal them. We can find the bottom of an imprint and its original trauma by following the present time feeling all the way back to where it first happened in the universal unconscious. In order to do this effectively, it's most helpful to enlist the help of Spirit and the Mother, our collaborators in the healing work. The inner dialogue process is a good way to begin. June 20-22, 2012 I can't discern a "hole in my own wholeness which is triggered, because it now wants to heal", and which would need going back that far. What engulfs and permeates my entire being at this time, is the "Lost Will" of my polio-paralyzed "True Peer", Ya'acov, who is embracing and moving his present-time feelings, but is not even aware of the fact, which oozes out from ever so many strange behaviors, that he lives and presents only a small part of his great being, because most of the real Ya'acov is imprisoned by Lost Will, be it personal, or collective or univeral, - leave alone, accept that he has to heal it.

June 12, 2012 Shalom to John Pateros, "Process-Coaching" thank you for putting the recordings of the Monday sessions also into words. For someone, whose mother tongue is not English, it's often too difficult to follow the recordings. Today I want to ask you, what I already asked years ago, but then you didn't answer: What about "Trapped Will"? It's not often that it is mentioned in Godchannel, and I don't know if it's mentioned in Healingtowholeness or Processcoaching. If the trapping is between something I want to do and something I don't want to do, it's "relatively easy" to cope, but what, if I most of the time WANT to do 3 things at the same time, and the trapping enslaves me with "you must not forget that other thing", or "you must complete that thing, though you jumped to another thing". I never found anybody relating to this ongoing plague of mine. Do you have any personal or channeled understanding or even advice? While skipping through "trapped Will" in "Search" of Godchannel, I see, that "trapped Will" is actually a synonym for "Lost Will". You will understand , that this is not what I mean. So is there not even a reference to the kind of trapping which I experience? By the way, this is not only a problem of mine, but for instance also of at least 2 of my 3children. The result is not only confusion in real time, but regret or even guilt of having missed something - later, and often the giving up of wanting to do anything - altogether. Christa-Rachel Bat-Adam

June 19, 2012 Shalom Christa Rachel, Thank you for writing and sharing some of your process, your email was forwarded to me. I'm glad you're liking Monday Class, and you're welcome about the notes. I believe they can also be helpful to the many native English speakers that get information more readily by seeing the words in writing than hearing them. And you're right, native English speakers, and especially us Americans, very often do not appreciate how difficult our communication can be for folks who don't use English as much or as well as we do. The GodChannel page that discusses 'trapped will' is: http://GodChannel.com/freewill.html This page also talks about 'parental' Will and non-parental will. The 'trap' that's talked about on this page is how we trap our Will when we make plans or otherwise commit ourselves to something. When the time comes for us to show up, the Will to do what has been planned or promised is often no longer there. However, you seem to be referring to another kind of 'trap,' as in the trap I am in when I have different parts of me that want different outcomes. Is this right? If so, the model of parental and non-parental Will on that same page linked above can be very useful. As I understand it, parental Will, the Mother's Will, has three primary desires, that suffering end, that all of her lost parts return to wholeness with her, and the realization of her dream of freedom for all Will. So, if I have two desires that are at odds with each other, I can choose to honor the more parental desire first, and then see what can be done with the non-parental desire. For example, I want to eat a sweet treat and yet I don't want to be unhealthy in doing so. In this case I would choose to not eat the sweet because Body's health is more important to me (part of the end of suffering) than the momentary pleasure of the sweet. Then I find the part of myself that wants the sweet (very likely a child part), and I feel the energy of that desire in Body, and bring real healing to it with this practice: http://ProcessCoaching.com/healingdesire.html [not relevant for me] Another very useful approach with non-parental desires is to find the core desire that is under the surface desire: http://processcoaching.com/coredesire.html It's important to remember that all desires are good, and deserving of our love and respect. However, not all desires are right for us act out of. The key here is to find the energy of the desire in Body, and be there for the actual desire itself, rather that be in mind with the object of desire. 'Regret' is always an error in thinking. In Process Coaching we have a single belief or faith, "The Universe is good and operating correctly at all times." This is not what is known in an imprint, this is known by the 'Healer,' the most parental part of self who aligned with the Universe and not at odds with it. [this is obvious], Learning is necessary for our evolution and making mistakes is an important part of learning. The propensity to blame self or other is deeply engrained in the Judeo-Christian culture and something we all have to work on to get free of.[obvious] There is a lot of Will being held captive, trapped by judgments. And btw for me, 'trapped Will' is not synonymous with 'lost Will.' Trapped Will can be easily found and liberated, with judgment release for example. In my experience, lost Will is quite damaged and not so easily found, and requires great patience on the part of consciousness to even be present with it, let alone love it back into wholeness.[obvious] You will be receiving the most recent class recording and notes later today. This class focuses on finding and healing the imprint in consciousness which has made this and the rest of the healing work so difficult. August 1, 2012 Shalom, John, Though my response- started on July 12, 2012-, (see to the right) does not satisfy me and therefore was not sent so far , I now find a pretext to at least thank you for having written to me: This is the pretext: I beg you, I plead with you - to find another way of addressing us! This "Hi", with which you again opened your letter about the last teleclass, triggers me badly, ever since all Israelis, Jews and Arabs alike, adopted the "hi" and "bye", and left behind our beautiful biblical word "Shalom", known all over the world, and used for instance, when we, a big group of "The Walk about love" in 2009, passed by an Arab kindergarten: all the little kids were waving their hands and yelling: "shalom, shalom", though they could have said it also in Arabic: "Salaam". Shalom means first of all WHOLENESS and only then also "Peace". How do we want to reach peace in the Middle East, If we discard the very word, ("language is petrofied philosophy!")' which we say when we welcome someone, or when we part from someone, or when we ask, how someone feels (instead of "how do you do?" we say: "what is your shalom?" Or "what is the shalom of your mother", etc.) As to a more fruitful interaction between me and you, John - I hope the time will come soon......... In any case, the question about "Trapped Will" has become insignificant, when I began to comprehend - today 4 weeks ago- that my "real" present vocation is, to explore and apply how to redeem Lost Will and how to dissolve Guilt. Having trained my mind by writing a Ph.D. in Jewish Thought ("Solidarity with the Sufferers") (1967-1972) seems to have been one of the ways of having prepared myself for this exploration and application. July 12, 2012 Shalom John, thank you for writing to me in such detail, but - I'm sorry to say - I did not feel understood. Everything was known to me, and only in "Finding Core Desire" did I detect something I hadn't thought of. What was strange, is that together with your letter I read the link mentioned in the Monday class of June 11: "Working in the Transpersonal Realm". [see above] It has nothing to do with my question about "wanting to DO more than one thing at a time", be it through my day of 24 hours or - in former times, not at all today - in a certain life-period. But since on the very day, June 12, after which I had written my letter to you, a "transpersonal" process with "my true peer", hit me with a shocking insight, I was in need of that article about working on transpersonal Lost Will. Not that this was new to me either - I've been such a dedicated, devote student of RUOW since 1987 and Godchannel since 1997, but the article puts the three levels - personal consciousness, collective consciousness, universal consciousness - in such neat order, that it helped me to face the belief of my peer, which is 180 degrees opposite to what I k n o w , my responsibility for the consequences of split Spirit and Lost Will in all of Manifestation. His belief is reinforced daily by the source in which he believes: Abraham/Esther Hicks, which - for instance yesterday - were quoted with these ghastly words When you take the problems of the world on your shoulders, your body doesn't feel good. It's just that simple. Leave the problems of the world to the individual problem-makers of the world, and you be the joy-seeker that you are. [2004] After having read this, I finally unsubscribed from receiving their daily quotes. And - ----- Ya'acov, my peer (polio-paralized since 1958) asked "to separate". We have known each other for 28 years. Because of me he can drive a car, has a wife and 2 twin-daughters and other vital things in his life. ..... I understood that he presents and symbolizes for all of us - in his very body and wheelchair, how Lost Will (so much more "justified" in his case than Lost Will in "normal' people) shuts down the "space" for loving, creating and living....

2012: Manifesting the Dream - Class # 5 All Previous Monday Class Sessions June 25 , 2012 The Imprint in Spirit, Part II (60:14) [audio to be downloaded] This class continues the exploration we began in the last class of the deep, pervasive and very unconscious imprint in Spirit that has made it so difficult to heal the one Will necessary forhttp://godchannel.com/folksinterview.html#mothersdream. Class begins with an open discussion. A participant reports that she had gone to a workshop with the author the Right Use of Will series of books. “A great sadness came over me," when she learned more about the original traumas in the Will. [Rachel on July 1, 2012: She seems to refer to what I'm just now re-studying while copying the green and the violet book] "It didn't have to be this way.” Yes, there has been all of this intense suffering for all these eons. So what can we do? Feeling it as energy in Body helps. ... What we want now is to be present for all our feelings and stop doing what we've been doing to continually reenact the imprints. It doesn't have to continue being this way. There is another way. It can be different, and it's time. But who is going to make the difference? Who will heal these long chains of reenactments? It's up to me. The buck stops here. “We want to get out of our heads and express vocally. I've been afraid to do it in front of other people.” The Expressing! Practice is good for this. Let your part go nuts. It's fun! It can be infectious. Others might even join you. ... A short practice at about 13 minutes into the recording: curl your toes and relax, and allow your attention to go deeply into the relaxation. The frequency of our brain waves changes from thinking in beta to feeling in alpha, which is a more relaxed state. It's automatically relaxing to the whole Being for consciousness to slow down to frequency of feeling.[?????] Frequently consciousness has jumped out of feeling into a story, bringing us back to beta. Mind hasn't known there's a treasure trove of information in these feelings. We're now reversing that with this kind of exploration. There is another short practice at fourteen minutes into the recording. Remember something that happened in the recent past, something not very pleasant. Find where the energy of this is in your body, where it centers. Feel into this place in your body. Notice that feeling the energy is easier than hearing or seeing the story. If the energy is uncomfortable, do a deep denial release, an upward energy flush. Now feel back into the energy and notice how it feels now. You can also do a judgment release if need be. After either release, then feel back into the energy in your body. .... there was mention of the many different extraterrestrial sources who are currently being channeled on the internet. A portion of this page on GodChannel was read and discussed. ... All of our imprints begin in the deep transpersonal realm, and here is where they can be fully healed. It's as if there is one very deep well, and each of us 'bottles' from this well. We put our own label on it, but the contents are all the same—the universal imprints. ..... As I have said, I am evolving, as is all of my Creation. Because I am evolving, I am more aware now than I was when I started. "At first I was not even aware of myself as a being, or of the fact that I was creating anything. Later, even as I began to realize more of who I am, I was still not aware that the 'medium' into which I poured my Light was a living, feeling being. "I didn't realize the space that was holding me and 'my' creation was being opened for me, and I had no idea that the one who was opening the space for Creation was the one for whom it was being created. I now know that what I had initially thought was a void is actually the point of my existence, my one true love, my right mate, The Mother of Creation. "As I became more aware, I began to realize there was something other than me, but I didn't know what. I was very involved inside of myself at the time, I was discovering my existence and identity in a field of oceanic bliss. I instinctively sent out sharper than usual light in an absent-minded hope of stopping the distractions by destroying them, just as you might use your hand to swat a mosquito or your fingernail to scratch an itch.   "Since I did not even know of her existence, I could not realize that this sharp energy of mine was being perceived as attacks by the Mother. Monday, July 9 we will again dive into the deep transpersonal realm to do some healing work.
In the last class we saw how important it is for Spirit to 'redeem' Ahriman and Lucifer,
the unloving parts of his light that he had denied, split off from himself.

It's these ancient denials of Spirit
that have been at the root of the suffering in Creation and in ourselves.
So, in the last class we used the ancient shamanic practice of Ho'oponopono
to help Spirit (and our own consciousness) reunite in love with a previously denied part.

In this next class we'll continue using Ho'oponopono,
this time to help bring healing to the gap we've been exploring between consciousness and sentience,
which of course begins in the deep, ancient gap between Spirit and Will.

2012: Manifesting the Dream - Class # 6 All Previous Monday Class Sessions July 9 , 2012   Redeeming Lucifer (55:07) [audio to be downloaded] Class begins with discussion about the Redeeming the Devils page on the GodChannel site. Lucifer is the devil with passion, fieriness and a keen sense of the truth—when he is redeemed and becomes reunited with loving Spirit. Several participants report on recent encounters with Lucifer inside of themselves: When Lucifer comes alive in us, he is often projected out onto the person who triggered us. We're the victim and they're the perpetrator. However, when I'm loving myself while having whatever experience I'm having, it's an easy step to love the energy that is triggered in me also. This is a way of catching Lucifer directly. Luciferic energy is hot and in your face; Ahriman is distant and cool. In childhood Lucifer shows up as a raging parent, Ahriman as a distant one. Ahriman is the God of the Bible, what Western culture has called 'God.' When Spirit split Lucifer off from himself, he became Ahriman. There were two fragments, no longer one whole Spirit. Then for a very long time, Grandfather was the only source truly of loving Light, mostly experienced as 'divine grace.' One participant says, "I've been doing a practice of embodying the energy, taking on the Luciferic energy. It then loses it's power over me. The more I consciously identify with it, the less I do it unconsciously. The more it comes under love the less the Mother in me has to deal with it." If we're moving from our Will, it feels good. If it's a thought I should do this, it doesn't feel so good. Whenever I just find myself doing things I'm on the right track—it's effortless. When we notice the 'should'. it's best to not do anything and just be present with the energy that is arising in us. The voice of conditioning has been much stronger than the voice of desire. The voice of desire has been stamped down in most of us. As children we learned to avoid the pain of having our desires denied by not voicing them, out loud at first and then inside ourselves. Some advice on finding our true Will from Process Coaching is mentioned: "In the moment do what you want and only you want." And then, "Can I be a good person and do what I want?" The conditioning has been to take care of others before self, and this is especially true for women. A participant says, "Yesterday I had an experience of Ahriman. What if I stay with it? I gave it more space, without judgment of that, it melted, merged into the field. In times before I would have judged it." And left over from the last class: When dealing with any kind of issue, it's always good to do the Loving Life Force Energy practice. If the energy of the feeling you find in Body is uncomfortable, do a deep denial release (upward energy flush). Now feel back into the energy and notice how it feels. You can also do a judgment release if need be. After either release, the important thing is to feel back into the energy in you, open to it and love it. If the energy of the feeling is still difficult to love, find one thing about it that's lovable, and just love that. This will make it easier to love the next thing, and so on until you're loving all of your life force energy. Preparing for the Next Class on July 23 We'll continue with the exploring and healing of the imprint in Spirit that has made the healing work so difficult over the ages. So, continue practicing being Body. Also, feel something (anything) in Body and practice staying with the feeling. When the mind kicks in, talk back to it. For instance you can say, "Okay, thank you for sharing. Now let's just watch and see what happens next." Then go back to feeling. Ho'oponopono is easy to master, a little practice with it goes a long way. We'll be using this practice to help Spirit heal his side of the gap between consciousness and sentience which begins in the deep, ancient gap between Spirit and Will.Working in the Transpersonal Realm [see above right frame of June 11, 2012] will continue as we bring more healing to the deepest imprints. ProcessCoaching>Loving Life Force Energy Love is the true medicine of healing. It's our love for the feeling parts of ourselves that enables us to find and heal them. As children we learned to suppress or repress feelings as a way of coping. That sent those parts into the shadow where they've remained hidden-until they're triggered by a present circumstance. The triggering is useful, because now there is an opportunity to become reacquainted with the parts of us that are still feeling what was suppressed. The most direct (and perhaps easiest) way to heal and integrate these lost parts is to love the energy of the feeling in the body. However, an old coping strategy usually kicks in; a story starts up whenever we feel hurt, scared or angry. The story however is just a series of thoughts about the feeling, not the feeling itself. Trying to resolve the issue at the level of the story keeps us in the mind, and away from the actual feeling. It's only by feeling the energy of the feeling where it is located in body that we are able to heal it. Feeling the energy of an emotion in the body enables us to experience the feeling directly, on its own terms, without having to refer to the story in the mind about the event that triggered the feeling. By dropping out of the story and its conditioning in the mind we are able to directly meet the real issue, the energy of the feeling itself. Then we can bring back to ourselves this previously lost and denied part of self. Interestingly, the unconditioned mind can help us to feel the energy of the feeling. All you need do is to inquire about the energy in feeling terms. The easiest way to do this is to ask yourself questions about the location and sensations of the energy. "Where am I feeling this in my body?" is the first question. When you find the location of the energy, breathe some space into and around the feeling so it has enough room to be there and move as it will. This will also help you be more comfortable with it being here. Next you can ask about the sensations, "Is this energy more tight or loose?" "Warm or cool?" "Hard or soft?" "Sharp or dull?" "Is it still or moving?" etc. When you use the mind in this way, you cut to the chase in the healing work and avoid the conditioned pitfalls of having to deal with a story you've been telling yourself. The story is not the actual experience; it's only a model of the experience in the mind. The experience of the feeling's energy in the body is what is real. There is no victim or perpetrator in this direct approach; there are no judgments. There is only the energy that's been triggered and the feeling of its sensations in your body. Once you have explored the sensations of the energy, you can begin to make friends with it. If a judgment release or deep denial release seems like it would help, go for it. Or you can simply find something about this energy that is lovable, and begin by loving that. Your love will expand as you welcome the energy and find appreciation for it being here in you. And this is the easiest way to help it feel your love. You'll know you're on the right track when you can feel into the feeling and say something like this to it: "Ah, my most excellent life-force energy! Thank you for being here, I love you. I want to be with you. I want you to be with me... always." When we move toward the energy in body with unconditional loving acceptance for it just as it feels right now, the feeling will respond positively. Very often deep emotional movement arises and new information comes spontaneously with this movement. The energy of the emotion is now free to move in you, as it will. The real healing medicine is your honest love and trust for yourself and all of your life force energy, just as it is right now, no matter how badly it had been judged or repressed in the past. Healing happens whenever real love shows up for a place where it hasn't been before. And wholeness happens whenever a feeling part of ourselves receives and accepts our love.

2012: Manifesting the Dream - Class # 7 All Previous Monday Class Sessions July 23, 2012-Expressing the Devils (59:41; [audio to be downloaded] ) Class begins with a recognition of some of the class participants who are attending via the recordings. Six class members in Europe are mentioned, and excerpts from what they've written to the class are read aloud. Then discussion continues about material covered in the Redeeming the Devils page on the GodChannel site. Several participants report on their progress with redeeming Lucifer, as we discussed in depth during the last class. One participant mentions she's been frightened by the prospect of dealing directly with the devils. And she's had difficulty imagining herself doing Ho'oponopono [see above, next to "Class # 3" ] with them. This is cleared up with the understanding that it is loving Spirit in us who does the devil redeeming, not us, the human-level Healer. As Body, we can embody a devil (happens often) and we can also embody loving Spirit. (This happens when we do the Dialogue with the Folks practice or the Transpersonal Regression practice. [see above, next to "Class #4"]) As the Healer doing a transpersonal regression, we go into the position of loving Spirit and 'represent' him in a transpersonal constellation. Then as loving Spirit, we do Ho'oponopono, first with the part of unloving spirit (the devil) so it may become redeemed, and then as whole Spirit, with the part of the Feminine that had been perpetrated upon. (There will be more on this in the next class on August 13.) The issue of 'personalizing the transpersonal' is discussed. It's important to remember that our primary identity is 'Human.' In the Being Body practice [see above, next to "Class #3" underneath 'Ho'oponopono"] the we identify ourselves as the feeling entity, Body—both the personal, physical body with four limbs and a head, and at the universal level, all of manifestation. This is the full range of sentient human potential. Then as Humans we can embody loving Spirit. And we don't say, "I am God." Rather, "I embody Deity." The high value of expressing from various parts of ourselves (both personal and transpersonal) is discussed. The Expressing! Practice [[see right frame] is mentioned as a good basis for doing this. All that is necessary is to have a little bit of awareness in Observer Position to distinguish between a powerful healing practice and simply reenacting an imprint. If there is no observer or witness present, there is no one there to love the part expressing. It's also possible to express from more than one part at a time. Over a period of a minute, you may be able to give voice and physical expressing to several parts. This is a very powerful way to sort out what has been happening in an imprint and bring healing to all of the parts involved. Some might say that it is the very definition of insanity, to be expressing emotionally from several parts of self at once. Yes, this may true if it's done unconsciously. And yet this same behavior that outwardly may look like insanity can be a powerful step toward true wholeness and real sanity—when it's done consciously with the intention of bringing healing to those parts, and therefore to the whole self. It's a way of exploring, understanding and loving the previously disowned parts of ourselves. (You'll want to do the Expressing! practice in a place that is appropriate.) Expressing Lucifer often triggers Ahriman, and it can be very powerful to express back and forth between the two of them. And if you are feeling resistance to expressing, a very good place to start is to express the fear driving your resistance (often it's the fear of going crazy). The three general kinds of consciousness are mentioned—hot, cool and loving. Lucifer is hot, as in, "You really screwed that up, didn't you? You'll never it get together, will you?" Ahriman is cool, as in, "Oh, I don't think it really it matters. As long as we have peace and tranquillity, all will be fine." Loving consciousness is neither of these. Loving consciousness says things like, "The way you are is so exquisite and so wonderful. You are beautiful, I love you." A participant asks, "Why is it that it has been so pervasive that we only hear from Ahriman or Lucifer, and never from loving Spirit?" Part of the answer is these are the parts that have been so denied, separated from the whole. Whole Spirit denied the part of himself that became Lucifer, and in the process of making that split in himself, he became Ahriman. Then there were two fragments and no longer one whole Spirit. Almost no loving Spirit has been available here until very recently. What has been available to us as truly loving Light has come from afar, from another Creation and what the GodChannel site calls 'Grandfather,' the beneficent energy that we've known as 'grace.' Being Body & Talking with the Folks At about 29 minutes into the recording we do the practices of Being Body and Inner Dialogue with the Folks. We asked the Folks to tell us what they can about our embodying the various energies we experience, including Lucifer and Ahriman. Some good discussion about what they said ensued. One participant reported going in a "clockwise spin" at the beginning of the Being Body practice. She found that it felt really good when it was happening, however she wasn't able to 'hear' what the Folks had to say about it. Often the mind wants to know something about an experience, and unfortunately being in the mind as we are accustomed will make it difficult to continue with the experience, in this case inner dialogue. Here is the page on GodChannel that covers inner dialogue (a.k.a. channeling) with the Folks. Hearing the Folks may take a little practice. The 'voice' of the Folks is very subtle and not as loud as Lucifer's. Another participant reports asking the Folks how she could hear and understand more of what they were saying. She got that she should just feel into the Mother's love and open herself, allowing loving Spirit to come into that opening. She got that this is how to more easily hear them. Also, they helped her feel that she is safe, and that this will help her relax and surrender to whatever they have to say. Someone else mentions being in his first chakra and asking the Folks, "How can I embody more?" He got a sensation in his third chakra that told him embodying someone or something was like digesting food and that Body knows what's good to keep and what's good to let go of. "Resisting the energy I'm experiencing is what causes stress and pain. Trusting Body allows us to relax and surrender to what we are embodying." A collaborative discussion ensues about the importance of trust, and especially trusting Body. The discussion includes a mention of the Healer's Faith (the Universe is good and operating correctly at all times). Having this faith makes it easy to trust that we are living in a safe and loving Universe. And of course this includes Body at the personal level as well as Body at the universal level where Body extends to include the Universe. The subject of the mind and its limitations in understanding realities, especially sentient (feeling) realities beyond its already-modeled experiences is mentioned. However, as Body we are sentient and can understand experiences well beyond the reach of the mind's understanding. The participant who mentioned earlier that she'd been frightening by the prospect of embodying Lucifer and Ahriman reported that in her inner dialogue just now, the Folks said to her, "You don't have to be frightened, it's just energy just like other energies." Several other participants shared their experiences during the practice. Experiences included feelings that were revealing deeper realities that words don't have the ability to communicate. One participant reports going through a portal and finding a part of herself. John picks up on the word 'portal' and mentions that during the recent Process Coaching retreat in Ukiah the participants created a portal and moved through it into a different reality, into the Dream we're moving toward manifesting. (Weeks later, btw participants in that process are still experiencing positive new shifts in their lives.) We will be doing the 'portal practice' again soon, here in Monday Class. Preparing for the Next Class on August 13 Please continue practicing being Body. Also, feel something (anything) in Body and practice staying with the feeling. When the mind kicks in, talk back to it. For instance you can say, "Okay, thank you for sharing. Now let's just watch and see what happens next." Then go back to feeling. It's good to remember that when dealing with any issue, the Loving Life Force Energy practice [see above - next to "Class #6"] is a quick and easy way to drop out of the 'story' and deal directly with energy of the feelings involved. Another way to do this if the energy of the feeling is still difficult to love is to find one thing about it that's lovable, and just love that. This will make it easier to love the next thing, and so on—until you're loving all of your life force energy. Ho'oponopono is easy to master, a little practice with it goes a long way. Next class we expect to be using this practice to help Spirit heal his side of the gap between consciousness and sentience which begins in the deep, ancient the deep, ancient gap between Spirit and Will. ProcessCoaching>You Are the Healer The healing work depends on developing and nurturing a part of ourselves that functions as a resourceful healer capable of loving and parenting the other parts of ourselves that are traumatized, lost and suffering. A quality that describes the attitude and approach of a successful healing part is 'parentalness.' In the best sense of 'parental,' this is a loving and responsible part capable of bringing real help to any and all parts of the Self who may need it. 'Responsible' here means capable of taking care of the problem. It does not mean the one who is to blame. It is vital to understand that although we did not consciously create the mess we have inherited, we are the ones who now must do something to heal it. When I first met my inner child in a regression process, I was awe-struck at the beauty and simplicity of the child and his innocent approach to the difficult situations he had to face. As my adult self, I could look back with understanding and empathy for that little kid. Where I had been critical of myself, I came to realize the child had to do the things he did the way he did them, he didn't have the resources to do otherwise. My heart opens wide now when I realize the deep wonder and beauty of this child... who I once was. The most obvious realization I had in going back there... was that the pain the child had experienced, I'm still experiencing. The next thing I realized was that if I want the pain to stop, I can offer my services as a loving, responsible and resourceful adult to the child. I can be a loving parental figure to him, and bring real help to this part of myself that has been buried in my unconscious, feeling so much pain. I also realized that all of my life I had been staying away from him and similar parts of myself because of their pain. I had repressed him and what he was feeling by shunning him, ignoring him, and pushing him down in various ways... because I didn't want to feel those awful feelings. Now I know that the pain was a message. This part of me had needed to get my attention, he wanted me to come to his rescue. I know now that whenever I experience pain of any kind, it's a message that someone inside is still separated from the rest of me, and is asking for my loving acceptance so that he may come back home. Self-parenting is a very simple concept that has vast ramifications in the healing work. The simple truth is... there is a part of each of us capable of being lovingly parental to all the rest of us, even the most damaged and tortured parts. It is a priority in the self-healing work to focus on finding and developing this loving, resourceful, parental part... because this is the inner healer who will bring the resources that the other parts have needed to heal into wholeness with the rest of the Self. Self-parenting becomes an ongoing process of developing and strengthening the resources of the loving healer part... while attending to the needs of all the parts that call out in their pain for the conscious mind's attention. Here are some qualities that would be good to cultivate in a resourceful, loving parental part... the part capable of helping all the other parts integrate and heal: Accepting Appreciating Encouraging Understanding Nurturing Supporting Protecting Consoling Communicating Kind Gentle Patient Positive Hopeful Inspiring Trustworthy Listening Guiding Rescuing Empowering Loyal Constant Truthful Courageous Fun to be with Touching In other words, unconditionally loving. Acceptance is the True Healing Balm The most significant shifts in process happen when an emotion or a part of ourselves finally receives acceptance after a lifetime (often eons) of being judged against and ostracized. Acceptance is the first and most important manifestation of love. And love is how healing happens. "You are okay with me, what you are feeling is okay," is the message of acceptance. Adding some of the other qualities listed above will help increase the love... and strengthen the healing part in doing its work. This is the conscious choice of the dedicated healer... to unconditionally accept all of our emotions and parts, regardless of how 'bad' they feel and how severely we may have judged against them in the past. With the judgment release process it's easy to begin moving out the bad light that has been infecting our emotions With the presence of the loving healer, the traumatized part can now find the self-acceptance it has needed for its emotions to move, and to come back into wholeness with the rest of the Self. ProcessCoaching>Expressing! Practice This practice is also called 'Sentience-Led Self-Guided Process.' The essence of the practice is to allow the feelings themselves (sentience) to lead and direct your (conscious) process. As the resourceful Healer, you will be holding loving space for parts of yourself to express through your body and voice. We honor and support our sentient parts whenever we consciously give free expression to any feeling or sensation wanting to express. Healing and integration happens naturally, and we gain more love, freedom, life force energy, vitality, realness and fun. Begin the practice by setting aside some space and time for free emotional expression. You will want to be in a place where you can express freely (and loudly) without being noticed by others. When you are ready to express, locate in your body a feeling or sensation that is currently triggered or has been recently triggered. Notice every feeling as it comes up, find where its energy centers in your body, and feel deeply into the energy. As you feel into it, give the feeling or sensation your acceptance by expressing it in whatever way feels right to you. If you are feeling it, it must be right. Move your body, hands, arms and legs as if you were the feeling itself. Allow the energy you are experiencing to vibrate freely in your body and your voice. In this way it can inform you about what it wants in the moment. If you sense a judgment or deep denial energy, you can either release it so you can more easily love the energy, or you may choose to express from the denial itself to bring more acceptance to the part experiencing the denial energy. Vibrating the feeling energy and moving with it in loving acceptance is perhaps the most effective way of releasing any denial in the feeling. You can also ask the feeling part what it wants, and then give it that in the moment. It's okay to go as deeply into feelings as you want. If you have a fear of being overwhelmed by the feeling, feeling too much or too deeply, it’s best to find that fear in your body and express and move with it first. Then return to the original feeling. This practice is meant to be an exploration where you follow your intuition and the flow of feelings. Often you will not know what will happen next, until it does. Also, feel free to use any tool from the manual your intuition suggests, in any way you want, to deepen your self-acceptance and love, free expression, and free Will. Here are some possible questions you may ask yourself during the practice to help you stay focused and moving: What am I experiencing, feeling right now? Where am I feeling the energy of it in my body? What is it like to be with this feeling just as it is? And how does this feel to the feeling? What is it like to be this feeling? (Become the feeling and find out.) What would this feeling say if it could speak in words? And what sounds would it express? (Give voice to the feeling.) Would the feeling like to express anything more? What does the feeling want? (Then give yourself what the feeling asks for.) How does this feel to the feeling? Continue using these questions as needed. Or simply use your intuitive guidance to keep your process moving towards more expression, love and self-acceptance. (20) SEXUALITY - A BRIDGE TO HIGHER LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS

When the library of yourselves was torn from the shelves and scattered, and the DNA was split so that there were only two strands left with very little data and very little memory, sexuality was left intact in the physical body. It was left as a form of reproduction, of course-as a form for the species to stay in touch with its own essence and bring itself into life. Very deep inside the mechanism of sexuality is a frequency that can be attained that has been sought after and misunderstood by many people. It is called orgasm.

The orgasm has been distorted from its original purpose. Your body has forgotten the cosmic orgasm of which it is capable because society has taught you for thousands and thousands of years that sexuality is bad. You have been taught this in order for you to be controlled and to keep you from seeking the freedom available through sexuality. Sexuality connects you with a frequency of ecstasy, which connects you back to your divine source and to information.

Sexuality has been given a bad name upon this planet, and that bad name is stored in your cellular memory. This is not just from this lifetime; it is from thousands of years of misappropriation and misuse. It is necessary for you to clear the negativity surrounding sexuality from this lifetime, as well as to experience and examine how you utilize sexual energy and sexual expression in your multidimensional selves.

The sexual parts of the body are avenues to pleasure that create frequencies that heal and stimulate the body and potentially lead it to its higher spiritual self. Sexuality is so misunderstood on this planet that, when it is exchanged between two persons, very seldom is there an intent to connect spirituality with it. Sexuality invokes a spirituality that is free and that looks at itself as a creator. However, very seldom is sexuality used as a bridge to take you to higher levels of consciousness.

We have spoken with a number of individuals who have been utilizing light. Since finding the proper partner in a monogamous situation, they have been able to achieve very high states of being. Monogamy tends to work for most of you very well because of where you are vibrationally. When you have many partners, you tend to be less than honest and to hide who you are: you share a little here, there, and everywhere in scattering your seed. It is best to be with one person, but this does not mean the same person forever. Be loyal, be open, and be sharing with the person you are working with, and go as far as you can with them. If it happens to be your whole life, wonderful. If it doesn't, then when you come to a place where you are no longer communicating and serving one another, and you feel the relationship is not going to be able to make a leap, terminate the relationship and find another person who works with your vibration.

When you work one-on-one intimately, you develop trust. Most of you have difficulty trusting yourselves because you don't have a role model for trust. You can learn about trust in a relationship because a relationship acts as a mirror for you, showing you what you cannot see from your own viewpoint. It shows you yourself outside of yourself when you have open communication within sexuality and deep intimacy, and when you are not using sexuality as a distraction for getting close. Many of you have used sexuality as a distraction and a way to avoid intimacy rather than to develop it. You begin to get energetic and to look into one another's eyes and to feel all hot and excited. Then, instead of exploring each other intimately and spiritually, you shut down your feeling centers, put on your armor, and have shallow,  g e n i t a l   sex because it is too frightening and too intense to go the deeper route of full body and full spiritual connection. Sometimes hot sex feels great and is wonderful. We are simply saying that there is more. There is much more, and no one is keeping it from you except yourselves and the beliefs and fear you have of letting down your boundaries and walls.

Many of the fears you have are based on what you have created for yourselves and what you have done to others in your sexual life. Your sexual history affects every other portion of your soul, so all of your soul's issues are broadcast loud and clear throughout your body. You don't want to look at this sometimes because it is too painful, and you judge it because you think it is bad. Stop judging, and get neutral about what you have done-no matter what you discover, no matter how heinous it seems, no matter how difficult it seems, and no matter how much violation it involves. Understand that your purpose has been to gather data and to understand your selves.

Sexuality is a frequency. It represents what was not taken away from you even though your history, your memories, and your identity were removed and scattered. The way you were left intact with the ability to discover who you were was through the sexual experience. Of course, you were never taught this. We are going to do some church bashing here. So sorry for anyone who is a member of the churches. The churches came about as organizations-businesses to control religion and spiritual development and to create jobs, to create a hierarchy, and to create a club. Very few churches came about with the idea of bringing information to people. You don't usually think of religion as something that keeps you informed, do you? Any religion that brings information is a religion operating on the vibration of truth.

Spiritual realms are places of existence that the human body is locked away from. Because sexuality was an opportunity for human beings to regain their memory, or to connect with their spiritual selves and spiritual creator, or to find an avenue to the spiritual realm that you are sealed off from, the churches came about and promoted sexuality for procreation. They taught you that the only reason you had sexuality was to produce little humans.

Sexuality was promoted as something very bad. Women were told that sexuality was something they had to undergo to serve men and that they had no control over the birthing process. Women believed this; hence, to this day, you believe in general that you have no control over that portion of your body. You must realize that only you decide whether you are going to birth a child or not.

This is not such a complicated thing as you have been told. Decision and intention are what bring the experience to your being. You can control whether you have a baby or not. If woman had had this ability for the last several thousand years, and if she had been able to explore her sexual self without fear of having a child, perhaps men and women would have discovered that they were much freer than they had been told they were.

The discovery of the highest frequency of sexuality arises from the love experience. It has nothing to do with relationships being either homosexual or heterosexual. It has to do with two human beings bringing pleasure to one another in a way that opens frequencies of consciousness. You have bought many ideas about what is proper and what is improper within sexual expression.

Love is the essence that is to be created in all relationships. If you love and honor someone, it doesn't matter what your composition of density is. What matters is the love vibration and how you explore this love, which ideally is gifted and coupled with the integration of the male and the female counterparts that make the twin flame.

Ideally, sexuality is explored through feelings. The third and fourth chakras connect you to the emotional and compassionate selves, which connect you to the spiritual self. The spiritual self is the part of yourself that is multidimensional through which you exist in many forms simultaneously. It is your assignment and agreement and task to be aware of all these realities in the identity that you are. When you are aware, you can time into the different frequencies, remember who you are, and change the vibratory rate of this universe.

 

We love to talk about sexuality because it is so mysterious upon this planet. Certain mystery schools have held some of the knowledge about the potential uses of sexuality in secrecy. You are electromagnetic creatures, and when you come together physically with another human creature, you bond your electromagnetic frequencies together. When your frequencies are attuned and joined by a love frequency, incredible things can occur.

Thousands of years ago, when society had more of a matriarchal view in certain areas of the planet, Goddess energy was coming through and working with certain individuals. The female understood her power, her intuition, her feeling center, her connection, and her desire to create life. She also understood that she never had to conceive a child if it was not her intention to do so.

In order for the patriarchal society to come full circle and prepare Earth for this shift in consciousness, female energy needed to take a back seat. So female power, energy, and understanding of sexuality were suppressed. In modern times the past two thousand years-it came to be upon the planet that women believed they had no control over when they could have children, that sexuality was deemed bad and disgusting, and that sex was taught to be performed only within the rights of marriages and so on. All of this was a marketing program.

Some of the present-day marketing programs to create an even greater fear of sexuality and its expression are the new diseases: AIDS, herpes, and all the other things. You read about these things in your newspapers and become frightened of your own expression, frightened of your own intuition, and frightened of your own joy. Do you understand?

Before DNA was rearranged, the way many people reached the higher realms and were able to climb the ladders of themselves and reach into off-planet frequencies was by electromagnetically bonding through love. They created a rocketship-like experience to propel them out into other systems of reality. This has been one of the best-kept secrets upon the planet.

Many we have spoken to have had absolutely profound experiences with their sexuality. We would like to point out again that we are not making distinctions or judgments about who you happen to bond with in a relationship, and we suggest that you give up that judgment as well. It is old programming. It does not matter whether you bond with a member of the opposite sex or a member of your own sex. We are talking about two humans coming together by physically joining themselves in whatever ways are appropriate for them to join and create love, because they are sharing love. When integrity and love are missing from a joining of human bodies, that is when human beings do not think well of their experience. This can create all kinds of damaging results within the physical body.

You were left with the frequency of the orgasmic experience in sexuality so that you could remember your higher identity. When this energy or history of yourself is revealed and you discover who you are, you will unite many bodies of your personal multidimensional identity in your physical form. To receive the full impact of the gridwork of your identity, let the twelve helixes fit in your body and allow the light-encoded filaments to rearrange themselves. This process has to do with the mental body, which is of course connected to the physical body. The emotional body, which is connected to the spiritual body, is the body that everybody wants to skip. You say, "I want to evolve. I want a rapid acceleration, but I do not want to go through the feeling center to do it."

You are connected to your multidimensional selves through your feelings, and it is in your feelings that you primarily get stuck. Accept that your "stuff" comes up for a reason. Many of you would like to bury your "stuff" and throw it out in the trash as if it is something ugly and not who you are. This "stuff" is the shadow portion of your identity that you don't like to deal with or accept.

We understand that sometimes, when something comes up, you label it and say, "I hate this part of myself. I want to just finish it and sweep it under the rug and forget it. I'm finished with this stuff." Guess what. Your "stuff"-your issues-are the treasures of your life. They are how you learn.

You have agreed to mutate, to pull light into your body, and to birth the Family of Light on this planet. Since light is information, you must deal with all of the things you have hidden from yourself. Sexuality is the primary issue because it is the secret self-the self you hide from. Society has said to you, "This is good. This is bad. You are to do this. You are not to do this." Who gave you these laws? Who gave you any of your laws to begin with?

You have been stuck because you can't read the symbols of the language you are speaking to yourselves. So you dwell upon it. Many of you love your stories because they get you attention. If you didn't have a story, who would talk to you? Observe your body and see what it is teaching the self. Ideally, you will heal the sore and create a place of greater comfort and joy as you learn to dwell more completely in your physical body and have a new identity of your sexuality.

 

Sexuality is a key. It is a doorway to the higher realms of consciousness. As you redefine yourselves, and the light-encoded filaments give you a new definition of yourselves, you are going to change who you are sexually as well. Sexuality must come up for all of you, and, we will say from experience, it is the area that you are most frightened of at this time. We guarantee there will be more frightening areas later.

If you are stuck on the idea of love and cannot comprehend what is going on with it, your difficulty is that you are looking for love outside yourself. You are looking for somebody else to put meaning in your life and validate you. If you do not have that person, you become angry or feel you are worthless. This is a pattern you grew up with, which your parents and your society showed you. We have said over and over again that the most important thing you can do is love yourself and honor Earth. But you keep forgetting this and looking for the next relationship to make you whole or complete. You feel that without a relationship you are perhaps less than an acceptable citizen. Then you feel lonely. You must learn how to be alone. Loneliness is simply a state of mind. You are never, never alone. You have multitudes of entities around you. If you would stop feeling sorry for yourselves, you would find that there is so much data constantly being blasted at you that you may want to be alone so you can have a good time receiving the contact.

When you love yourself and stop getting convoluted about the need to have someone else love you, you are able to accept what someone offers. It is imperative that you value yourself so that you do not settle for a love disguised. If you decide to go for a partner or to vibrate with someone, and you do not receive what you want, do not whine or nag or pout about the person to make them change according to your needs. If you set a value for yourself and do not create it, then simply change your reality and continue onward alone until you meet someone who reflects your value. All the while, vibrate in the love of the self, honor the self, and understand that the journey here is about selfdiscovery in relationship to others. It is not just about husbands or wives. The journey here is about honoring your physical body and the uniqueness of the self as you touch the lives of many. Always allow yourself to work with the self and let the self evolve.

You are all afraid of being intimate with yourselves-of being alone with the self. Once you develop an intimacy, a silence, a self-love, and a containment of your energy, then you will want to make that aspect of intimacy your standard for intimacy with someone else.

Sexuality can be very confusing at this time because you are raising and studying your frequencies. When you join bodies, even when you hug one another, you exchange frequency. When you have a sexual experience, there is a hormonal release inside the body. The hormones awaken certain energies inside the cells, and there is a transference of one person's essence onto the other person. [the following sentence I don't understand: That is why when vote have had sexual experiences with someone volt sometimes cannot get their energy off vote. Even though you don't want to be with the person, the sexual experience stays with you because you have had an electromagnetic exchange.

You are going through this frequency modulation and learning how to raise your frequency to a place of consistent information, self-love, and self-intimacy. Therefore, it can seem very confusing and sometimes frightening to take this vulnerable thing you are learning about yourself and layer up and merge with another. The more you become aware, the more you take charge of how you use your body, where you plug it in, where you sit it down, and certainly who you mix it with sexually.

If expressing yourself sexually now encouraged your greatest growth, you would automatically create that experience for yourself because you would be ready for it. Understand that, during the process of evolving the self, very often a period of dormancy in sexual activity occurs. Within the sexual frequency, you exchange with one another. So if you are bonding yourself and chemically exchanging with a person who is not of your likeness, you are taking on their garbage because you are exchanging energy quite intimately.

Sometimes you will be led away from that kind of exchange. You may think, "Oh, my goodness, what is happening? Am I turning old? Am I drying up? What is going on?" That is not the case. You can learn to use the energy that would stimulate you sexually without giving it over to another person. Instead of getting chaotic and crazy, you may explore that energy by practicing the art of masturbation, knowing that it is perfectly legitimate and fine to do it. Or, you may want to simply observe that you feel a sexual arousal and decide what you are going to do with it. You may say, "Well, I'm not going to act on this now. Let's see where this energy goes." Take the energy, let it rise through your body, and use it in other areas.

You will get to a point when you must adore, sustain, and love yourself as if you are holding yourself like a newborn babe in your own arms, knowing you will do the best for yourself. Many of you distract yourselves. Find the place of serenity and silence in which you can find answers. You cannot find answers by dialing the telephone all day long and asking everyone else for them. If you attempt to, you are demonstrating that you are looking outside of yourself. When you learn how to turn within to find answers, the self will speak. Usually you cannot hear because you are locked in behavioral patterns that you know you have to change but that you don't want to change because you don't know who you will be.

In all honesty, you are afraid of yourselves. This is a very common thing. You are afraid you will not be complete, and you want to be complete very much. So you say, "I am complete. I am sovereign. I need someone else. I am attracted to someone. Oh, no, I cannot look. I am too frightened of that. I don't need anyone. I do need someone." You go back and forth. Learn to still your mind. Learn to become completely in charge of your energy. What does that mean? It means that wherever you are, you observe yourself-how your body is positioned, how you are using your hands, whether you are repeating yourself over and over again, whether you are speaking or silent. Learn to watch yourself with no judgment. Learn to watch and selfcorrect by determining how you would like to be versus how you are. Learn to quiet your mind.

[In the middle of studying this last passage - on May 30, 2012 I did just this: to observe my Body in action: 2 hours ago I was so fed up with my habit of squeezing my lips together (to the extent, that sometimes a red spot, almost a wound , appears above the upper lip) , that I decided to train myself in letting go of this habit - by noting on a piece of paper the exact hour, in which I've become aware of having squeezed my lips. As I did so for the third time - as I said: in the middle of this passage - I also paid attention to how I walked to the desk, with as much attention as possible. What a suprise to come back to the computer and read "Learn to become completely in charge of your energy... wherever you are, observe yourself - how your body is positioned, how you are using your hands", how my legs and feet are walking, and finally - on this day -, what my lips do, when they "don't know what to do ", since no talking or eating or drinking is required.]

Frequency is carried from you to another person particularly if there is a love bonding. A love bonding does not mean that you are going to cleave to one another forever. It simply means that you are in a relationship for however long you deem that relationship appropriate in that you honor one another and exchange energies and let the energies flow as if through open circuitry. When you do not love another and you are not bonded, there is no exchange; the circuitry does not open. It does not mean that you cannot have good sex; it simply means that the circuitry is not open.

As this electrical current is raised higher and higher, there are greater heights of orgasmic experience that the human body can receive because the nervous system is able to handle the higher ecstatic frequencies. The nervous system will determine how you express yourself and how you feel. If you have a poorly evolved nervous system, your sexual experience will be very limited because the nervous system conducts the electrical current. The orgasmic experience brings about a healing and realignment of the physical body.

Eventually, you will not be able to get close to or be with someone who is not operating at the same voltage you are. You simply will not fit. It would be like putting a size nine foot into a size two shoe. It won't work or be comfortable. You won't fit because you won't be able to merge vibrationally.

You will eventually understand the importance of vibrational nourishment as you begin to link sexually. Linking sexually is only one way of merging with people who are moving at the same or a compatible voltage rate. Your reality is very interesting to us because you have so many clues in your waking world. When you go to a foreign country, your electrical appliances do not plug in. They don't fit, so you need an adapter. It would be stressful if you had to continuously adapt to a vibration when you were involved intimately in a sexual relationship. It would be too much effort. You would spend all your energy creating the adaptive mechanisms. Then you would be in denial and not give yourself permission to go further because you would lower the ceiling.

The sixties marked the opening of sexual exploration. In an instant, the paradigm shifted. Much of the energy that was on the planet at that time, coupled with the experimental ingestion of different mind-altering substances, immediately made a new paradigm and split you from previous generations. The boundaries were instantly changed. You were split from a generation that believed in war and did not feel-a generation whose sexual expression was done in the dark, perhaps with many clothes on. You broke the paradigm wide open in many ways, and you set new trends and created new ways of being. It was wonderful. "Oh, goodness, free sex and love and bodies showing!" you said.

Now it is time for a whole new revolution through which you will become vibrationally hooked to a person. There will be no more distractions of sexuality and no more pretending that you are without hang-ups-that you are sexually liberated because you can be in this position and that position and say this and do that. That is simply body aerobics in the area of sexuality. We want you to get into the aerobics and contortions of the soul-the vibration. The depth of two people coming together and linking in this capacity is what you all crave. If you are frightened of it, it is because you don't have a framework or role model for it. You must design one. You must trust that somehow the energy in the design of the cosmic blueprint will instantly bring about a new movement based on the desire for this next step of understanding yourselves.

You will remember with great clarity your expressions of sexuality in your different manipulations through reality-when you have been both men and women and explored sexuality in every aspect. It takes courage to do this. If there is one area in which you really judge yourselves, and in which the planet does great judging, it is sex. You have had some definite ideas about what is sexually proper and improper. So, many of you may be shocked to remember what you have done with your sexuality.

Understand that, on this planet, sexuality has always been the body's link to its higher frequency. Even though much of the data was scattered and disassembled in the body, this potential to create life remained for you to completely understand who you are at the base of your being and at the core of who you are. Sexual vibration has been your link with your cosmic identity, but this whole concept has been completely misunderstood and lost. We are simply saying that there is a bigger story and that it is much more exciting than anyone has dared to believe. There were those who did not want you to be in tune with these frequencies because the sexual frequencies could have taken you to areas of liberation where you would have begun to figure things out. Sexuality was left as a frequency for you to ride through the nervous system and connect with the higher mind by going out of your body. If you had been told that this was the route out, who could have controlled or manipulated you?

The population must clear the negative connotations and judgments that have colored your sexual experience for eons. You must make peace with sex in order to integrate the frequencies and identity. Things have been manipulated and given a boundary of limitation so that the truth of sexuality has been kept from you. You have been told that you can procreate with it and have orgasms, but you have not been told that you can open frequencies with it. You can come into contact and use it as a method of remembering who you are and altering the vibrational frequency of your body.

In the next few years, your expression of sexuality will have a whole new dimension. You will evolve and grow, provided that you have a partner who is willing to take the same route and to be that open. But if you are with someone who wants to play the avoidance game or the game of denial, you will not get there.

(21) YOUR COMMITMENT TO EVOLVE IN 3-D

From our point of view, you all have knowledge, and you just need to activate the memory that is stored inside your being. We've noticed that some of you, from your location of experience, are out there moaning and groaning, saying, "We need help and assistance now and again." So let us suggest to you an avenue that you can definitely walk down-a formula that works.

The formula is quite simple. It is for you, in the moment and every day, to consistently set out with clarity what you wish to experience. Perhaps what you want falls into a category of impossibility according to someone else's boundary or someone else's limitation. With a sense of deserving and graciousness, discover inside yourself what will bring you happiness. What makes you feel light and connected and alive? What do you desire that will bring peace on the planet as you occupy your own being?

Whatever those things are, begin to want them. Call them to yourself by saying, "It is my intention that I experience a harmonious lifestyle. It is my intention to experience health and energy that lead me to creative adventures. It is my intention that I be well provided for, that shelter and food and all of the things I need to experience life be given to me in great abundance, and that I pass this great abundance on and share it with others." These are not ideas you have been trained to think of. Two or three times a day, devote a small portion of your time to getting clear about what you want. Every day open the energy centers in your body and above your every day by calling the frequency of light. We call this the pillar of light. Picture a beam of light coming into your twelve chakra centers, seven inside your body and five outside your body. These chakras are information centers or vortexes that, once activated, begin to spin. When they spin, they create a movement inside your body that activates the light-encoded filaments to work together, rebundle, and form the twelve evolving helixes in the body.

It is very important for everyone who wishes to be in complete balance with their physical being to practice, on a regular basis, some kind of deep-breathing program. This is a program in which breath is very important and oxygenation is practiced so that oxygen is brought into the body.

Another activity we recommend for those of you who wish to move into a vast acceleration of energy is spinning. Move from left to right, spinning around and focusing your vision on your thumb, counting and spinning. We recommend that you spin thirty-three times at least once a day. You may build up to the thirty- three spins very slowly. If you are able to work up to thirty-three spins, three times a day, so that you are spinning ninety-nine times, well, we will see how long you stay on the planet-or at least in this dimension. When you complete spinning, however many times you spin, bring your palms together at chest level. Press them together, keeping your eyes open, and balance yourself with your feet a shoulder's width apart so that you feel anchored and still feel the spinning at the same time. This tremendously accelerates the spinning of the chakra systems inside your body, which tremendously accelerates the rate at which you can interpret and receive data.

So, the methods to use are intention, breathing, using the pillar of light, and spinning. We will add a postscript to these. As you are electronic beings who are altering your frequency at a very fast rate, we would recommend that you drink a tremendous amount of water: fresh water, purified water, or spring water. Water acts as a conduit or conductor. It keeps your system open and flowing.

There are many other things you can do. Learn to have altered-state experiences and not feel out of control. Cultivate them and go into them to gather information, change probabilities, move onto the corridor of time, and alter your own lives. Then come out of them with complete and total use of your will with respect to how you use these altered states. When you learn to do this, the acceleration will be absolutely phenomenal. When there are many consciousnesses on the planet registering that kind of ability, the whole network that organizes and monitors human consciousness alters itself. More energy is able to come onto the planet because there are those who can accommodate it.

Everyone can learn to accommodate and honor this energy, because it must be housed. It is like an oil well. What good do oil wells do if they are untapped and shooting off here, there, and everywhere? Very little; they just create a mess. However, when you take energy gifts from Earth such as oil wells or sources of natural gas or waterfalls and you combine them with your will, you put together a purpose or way of directing the energy. Then a wealth occurs for those of you who direct these natural resources. The most essential aspect of this entire process of directing and housing energies is to value Earth and her experience first and foremost. You are being given an incredible natural resource at this time, and you must tap it and direct it. Then you will all become very wealthy individuals in the realms of accessibility and mastery.

Many of you want to reach the higher realms and stay there, forgetting that your task is here on Earth. You must learn to stay grounded. The necessity of being grounded is something many of you do not understand. You will soon find out that if you move into greater and greater acceleration and you do not have grounds-things to connect you and pull the worlds into one you may have difficulty with your nervous systems. When frequency changes and more light comes into the body, the typical vehicle begins to receive much more data. Sometimes you get very bored living in your world, and you just want to come into data receptivity and forget about what you consider the mundane world. If you are not grounded, you will not have a way of allowing that information to enter your reality and be put to use. It could simply overload your system, or you could not be able to translate what you are getting and stay calm.

You need to balance many worlds at once. How do you do this? By intention, by practice, and by decree. Grounding allows worlds to merge and allows you to access many worlds. It allows you to feel surges of energy and then to direct these surges of energy where and when you need them-to become superhuman.

A good way to ground yourself is to go outside and sit on the ground. So go outside and be in nature. Stand or sit next to a tree for awhile. Put your chair in the sun and read a book with the sun shining on you. Or go swimming, or put your feet in water. These are the elements. They make up Earth, so you can feel them.

As you evolve and your entire species moves to merge dimensions, your nervous systems must be able to translate all of this information that will change how you define your world. This is coming. In the last year, the information that you may have known for years has become much more public. Many more people who have not been interested in extraterrestrials or personal development have become either interested or at least aware of these things. They are aware that there is a growing movement and that something is changing all over the world, not just in the United States.

There is a conflict of energies at this time, which you could call either a skirmish or a grand battle. The battle is going to become grander still because it is a battle over whose frequency will prevail on this planet and who will own, manipulate, and train your frequency. Who are you, as a frequency in disguise as a human, and what specifically is your job in this time?

It is essential to know who you are and what you are doing when you are doing it. As you become interdimensional and multidimensional, and as the frequencies alter and the energies accelerate, your body goes through a drastic rapid change that the nervous system, the conveyer of information, must handle.

You must learn to handle many realities at once, to realize that you are doing this, and to have a place-Earth-to translate information into. You would not be here if it wasn't important for you to ground information and energy into Earth. So whenever you find yourself electrified or energized, realize that you are in an altered state. Realize also how many versions of altered states there are and that you must instruct yourself to become a conduit, like a big pipeline. When you know you are in an altered state and are being given information, healing energy, exaltation, or upliftment, act as a pipeline. Funnel the energy through yourself, and acknowledge and recognize that you are in a multidimensional expression. Register this, but do not analyze it. Just let the energy filter through you into Earth, and it will make more sense later on.

You can discover your emotional body by making a decree that you believe emotions can be trusted. Decree that you believe emotions are good, that they are safe, that they can take you somewhere, that they are beneficial, and that they are not just in the way or misunderstood. Any time emotions are released in you, look to see what they do for you. When you have a fight with your child and your child screams at you and then afterwards you feel bad and cry, look at your emotion. What is the emotion doing for you? Whenever you are in emotion, you are accessing information from many realities. Find that frequency and hold it.

It is somewhat of a universal belief that emotions are uncontrollable. They are not. You can control emotion, and you do not have to go out of control. Emotion can become a frequency inside of you through which you feel to the depth and core of your being. Yet, someone may look at you and not have any idea that anything is going on with you. This does not mean you are blocking; it simply means you have set up a way to feel an emotion and not feel bad about it or good about it but just recognize you are feeling it. See what you can do with an emotion. Where does it take you? What is the next step? Disengage from the event that brought about the emotion. That will help some of you.

Bodywork serves to bring about a release. You have used the tissue and muscle of your body as armor to cover up your skeleton. This tissue has compacted and buried itself and kept what is in the skeletal form from rising to the surface. You want to access information that is within bone, for bone is where the story is held, while the blocks are held in tissue. You must go through all of these layers to get to the truth inside your body.

Your blueprint, or what you came onto this planet to achieve, begins to get excited when you get close. This is just like the game you played when you were a child; you would hide something, and when someone got close, you would say, "warmer." Your body gets excited as your blueprint begins to take over and you move out of your logical mind and into experience. That is because you are aligning yourself with your purpose. Your body, not your mind, takes in the information. If you allow your emotions to have a free reign, you will have a much more satisfying experience than if you judge your emotions, do not understand what you are going through, and attempt to control them.

You need your emotions. We cannot emphasize that enough. Some of you pride yourselves on the fact that you don't have emotion. This will not work much longer because you will find that what you pride yourself on will bring about your destruction.

You may feel as if you have worked things through with your parents. It would be more accurate to say that you have had as much vision as has been possible at a given time. When you experience some sort of bodywork or crystal work, or you create any kind of movement to higher ground, you get a bigger picture.

Information is stored and written in stone. Information is also stored and written in bone. That is why it is important to work with the skeletal structure, because it houses much of your experience in this lifetime. Let things come out, and do not chastise yourself because you thought you were finished with certain events. Say, "This is wonderful! There is more here. I love it!" Use the experience as if you are discovering a gold mine as if you are discovering that you are a newly birthed, wealthy person.

All you go through is what you decide you have to go through. You don't know how much you are clearing. You are opening avenues of consciousness for the planet, not just for yourselves. The good thing is that what you are clearing now is the easier stuff. Some of the far-out bizarre stuff will come later when you will be so blase about it that it won't make any difference. Everything happens in its own time.

The mutation occurring is the evolution or plugging-in of internal data to external data. The clearing occurring is the accessing of all the emotional bodies you have been frightened of using. You need to access your emotional body in order to understand your spiritual body. As we have said, the mental body and the physical body go hand in hand, while the emotional body and the spiritual body go hand in hand. Because the spiritual body is nonphysical and you are locked in the physical realm, you must access the whole realm of the nonphysical through your emotions.

Human beings tend to love their dramas so much that they can get lost in the process of processing. Processing can become a way of life. This is not useful. It is not "cool" to always be processing and saying to people, "Don't call me, I'm processing. I'm deep in my stuff. I can't figure it out." Yes, your personal dramas need to be examined. Yes, your personal dramas are a banquet of nourishment for yourself. But, eat the food and get on with life and make yourself another banquet. Quit holding onto these gems of your past and being so frightened that if you resolve these issues you will never have anything else exciting come up again in your lives. It is good to put processing in perspective.

The human body is evolving and changing. It may believe that it needs a certain nutritional combination because this is what you have been taught. Ideally at this point, however, you will forget what you have been taught. You will listen to your body and let your body tell you what it wants. We would guess that many of you in the last year have changed the things you want to eat. You no longer feel comfortable eating what you used to eat because the vibration within certain food is so intense that it is not compatible with you. In the meat industry as you know it, the cattle, pigs, and chickens are not fed food. They live in small compartments, and many of them do not see the light of day. Many of them defecate on top of one another because they live in layers of small metal boxes. This is how they are raised. They are fed steroids and antibiotics-things other than food. They are not raised with love. When they are taken to slaughter, they are also not killed with love. So you are ingesting this vibration.

Remember that all things exist as a vibration. Animals were put upon the planet to be companions for you, to live on the land, and to feed you and shelter you if necessary. This was to be done with love. If you live on a farm and raise your own chickens and pigs, and if you feed them food, and if, when it comes time to bring them to slaughter, you do it with compassion and love, then it is fine. You give quality of life to the animals, and then the animals in turn recycle themselves to give you love and quality of life. That is the ideal. That was the reality for a long time upon this planet. It is not the reality any longer. Be aware of the vibration within things.

Let your body speak what it wants. Let yourself be willing to change, because your body, as it attempts to raise its vibration and build a light body, will move away from certain foods. Intend that you wish to change your diet and then intend that things come to you. We emphasize over and over again that you are much more than physical beings. You exist in many realities, and you have a multitude of guides. So each of you needs to become more clear in your intentions. What do you want State, "I want to evolve. I want to change my diet. I wish to have a greater sense of intuition." Be clear about what you intend. The words I intend have tremendous power.

True health would consist of twelve completely mutated and evolved helixes inside the body, which would activate full brain capacity. It will take a while for the twelve helixes to be completely activated, though they can begin to be plugged in. Some of you have experienced them as plugged in, yet not activated. When they are in activation, the full brain is in operation and you are geniuses.

You know everything, you are telepathic, and you are able to do anything because you are the host of the Living Library. You have the card that allows you to access any kind of information stored all over this planet.

If you could aspire to anything, we would ask you to become impeccable Keepers of Frequency. Keep inside yourself knowledge and information of the highest order, an order of unlimited being. Make that frequency, simply by living it, available to all around you by walking your streets, shopping in your stores, and simply resting on your pillows in the evening and knowing who you are.

There will come a time when you will no longer need to seek information outside of yourselves. At this time, we and others like us come to trigger you, to round you up, to gather you together, and to put you into clusters so that you can reflect off each other and electromagnetically charge each other. When we work with you, we create sparks of light that allow openings. As these openings occur within you, you vibrate at such a rate that you affect everyone around you. Whenever something clicks with one of you, you send out a frequency of recognition and other people pick it up. That is how the group mind grows. It occurs without you rationally understanding it or specifically having a picture or a realization of it because it happens electromagnetically within the body. Individuals must trigger themselves into multidimensionality. Part of the self makes a decision and says, "Alright, I wish to go into this multidimensional experience. What do I want to do?" The desire must wine first. The desire is a realization that puts you in the moment. Then you must decide what you are going to do with this desire. You might forget it tomorrow. In order to structure this desire and demonstrate that you are really serious about it, participate in events, actions, rituals, and ceremonies that demonstrate your commitment. Then you can proceed to structure your life in such a way as to send the signal that this is what you mean. This can be like living and walking prayer. Churches teach people to pray and beg certain lords for things that they want or for forgiveness. We are suggesting a living prayer, a process by which every moment in the day has meaning and leads you because of the way you are acting and your focus on what you are praying for.

Living prayer involves having a very conscious intention about the objects in your environment: having an altar, having sacred things, and having nothing in your reality that does not have meaning for you. We know that suggesting you have nothing in your reality that has no meaning sends an earthquake through some of you. But how many of you are putting up with things you don't want in your life, whether it is the coat you have been wearing for the last fifteen years that has a few moth holes under the arm or the partner you have been carting around for thirty-five years who has more than a few moth holes? It is a challenge to get rid of everything in your life that does not have meaning for you, yet this is essential.

Putting an altar together is a great overlay for activating ritual. Ritual stirs up cellular memory and reminds you of ancient teachings that are stored inside you. It puts these teachings into your active memory. Ritual puts you in the now and takes you from one expanding now to another by honoring aspects of Mother Earth that have personal significance. You create personal significance for yourself. All things first come into being because someone decided to energize them. Anything can be energized. It comes down to the power of the individual mind to activate the will and use it to restructure reality.

There is no one on the Earth plane at this time who is not impulsed toward evolving. No one without this impulse would have come here. All the portals that were opened and the blueprints that were laid out for this time were conditioned to work toward self-motivating, self-accelerating, rapid evolution. This book itself is a process and a trigger. The keys are hidden within this book. We encourage you to act on the impulses that are whispering in your ear saying, "You are part of this Family of Light, and Earth is a Living Library." We will entice you and assist you by saying that there are many rewards. Even though we will never guarantee that the challenges will stop, there is a stance of mastery that you will achieve.

Learn to read the symbols and follow the impulses to their highest conclusion. Being multidimensional means opening the channels and turning the dials to the various frequencies, and then receiving the transmissions or knowings.

There are not enough words in the present vocabulary or dictionary of expression to convey the feelings of the nonphysical realm. The Spirit we speak of encompasses many ideas. It basically refers to that which is not physical or not within third-dimensional viewing.

You can liken this enticement or leap to bounding on a trampoline and going for one gigantic jump, after which you never touch the trampoline again. You bound and bound and then go for that gold that sends you into the realm of Spirit. This is not to say that you are lost or destroyed or that your molecules are disseminated. It is simply the vault that all of the ancient shamans on Earth practiced and maintained as a potentiality a way of linking intelligent forms and assisting the evolving human species.

Multidimensionality to us is a way of life. We realize that part of our challenge as teachers is to transduce our way of life into systems that are evolving. To put you at rest, however, unless you check out of the planet, this is a process you are heading toward, though how you encounter it is up to you. We want you to be able to go to the edge of a cliff, step off it, and stand in the air next to the cliff edge. We want you to be out there. We want you to recognize the heretic inside of you: tile part that knows and is going to break this reality wide open and establish a whole new paradigm of consciousness. This is not going to be done by one world leader; it is going to be done by the masses, because the masses are ready for it.

At this time, the Guardians of Light are on this planet in the millions. All you need to do is evolve yourselves. Your work at this time is very intensely involved with the self, the physical vehicle that you presently occupy. It is the self that allows you to play this game at this time. Love it, honor it, cherish it, take good care of it, speak very well of it, and intend that it perform at optimum capacity. That is all you need do to be open to connect with your Family of Light. Then be prepared to find out who light has met, who light is going to introduce you to, and who light, indeed, are.

Love is what you experience when you go beyond light. You need light, which is information, to access this love. Without the informational frequency, the love frequency is misunderstood. When the love frequency comes first, without the light frequency, you think that love is outside of yourself rather than understanding that it is you. Then you do what people on the planet have done for eons: you worship and deify everything and think that love is out there rather than in Here. We have decided to come onto this planet and operate with light first by informing you, strengthening you, and firing your blueprints according to information.

Now that you have become informed, and you understand what you are up against during the multidimensional light infusion with your identity, you will begin to experience the love frequency that will allow you to extend love to other versions of your multidimensional self and create a massive healing of consciousness on many levels. The experiences you will have in these realms of activity can be very powerful. They will alter you tremendously, and you will walk around with a smile from ear to ear so that others will wonder what you have been up to, it will carry yourself this way because you will be in a vibration of ecstasy. You will be in a vibration of connectedness, and everyone and everything you draw to yourself will be a part of that vibration. Anything that does not resonate with this frequency will not even be able to get near you. In actuality, when you resonate with the higher frequencies, anything that is not in those frequencies will not even see you.

When you operate in the frequency of information coupled with creation and love, you will be put to work spreading that frequency-not by doing it for others, but by allowing others to feel your frequency when they come in contact with you.

You all are invaluable, you know. Those of you who master these things, and there is no reason why all of you cannot, will be in very high demand one of these days. You will be looked upon as superhuman. However, it is not for you to separate yourself from the population. It is your place to teach the population and show them how they can do the same thing. Frequencies are to be given and shared freely so that everyone can discover what they can do for themselves. This is how this planet is going to evolve.

(22)THE GALACTIC TIDAL WAVE OF LIGHT

Awareness is awakening within the masses on this planet. The sum total of events as they quicken and unfold is seeping its way into everyone's reality. These events are orchestrated and designed to bring you collectively, as a species, to this new octave of light expression. This infusion from the galactic tidal wave of light comes from the future through portals you open on this Earth plane as you follow and weave yourself through the journey and story we have shared with you. The masses are awakening. You see them around you and feel the rumblings of consciousness, the internal Earth changes, which will truly mark the rites of passage for all of humanity.

We have, with the greatest assistance from our teachers, presented to this planet information that we feel can harmonize our purposes and pool our energies. We feel that we have given to this planet at this time a succinct message of inspiration-a message that holds waves of truth. It is a message to tickle-a message to entice and call forward that part of the self that has been hidden away and lying dormant. We feel that the material we have been sharing through this book is to awaken within you what you know. It is to bring you to an understanding of the different versions of your reality's illusion as it is sold to you and to an understanding of what your part in all of this is or can be.

We have stimulated each and every one of you with our thought-provoking messages. It has been our intention to move each one of you and stir you from some place, not to make you uncomfortable. You may make yourselves uncomfortable; we encourage you to find comfort. We also encourage you to climb a few mountain ranges of consciousness within yourself: to go to new- places of comfort and to find those valleys of eternal youth, eternal vitality, and ongoing expression of creativity. There you will find new vistas of consciousness and a galactic wave of light from the future.

It is our intention in delivering this final message in chapter 22, the final chapter, to use the vibration of the number 22, a master number. This number is associated with imprinting and delivering into this version of physical reality a master teaching-a message that involves an encoding. The message is not simply in the way the words are strung together: there are layers of information hidden within the method and unfoldment of this book. Ideas are presented, conflicts arise, solutions are suggested, and inspiration weaves its way through, turning you always to that final commitment to inspire yourself.

We feel that you will benefit from this orchestration that we have been influencing behind the scenes. There is a process of understanding that this book represents. Where it seems that there has been chaos and confusion, and where it seems as if things have been scrambled, that scrambling has created its own order. This order is being summed up in this final delivery under the stamp of 22.

In this final message, we speak into the soul and heart of every one of you. We ask you to hear the call, to recognize it, and to step forward as a member of the Family of Light. Have the courage in all the days you walk this planet to live that light and share it with all you encounter. This does not mean to preach or sell that light. It means to live the light you know you are, to discover in the simplicity of your being the purpose of your existence, to blossom with it, and to reseed this place that is Planet Earth in its deepest time of transition.

The process of moving into this higher octave of understanding-this blending of dimensions and creation of new territory-will lead everyone through greater understanding of death. Your light will be needed. Your light represents what you know. This book has many ways, through designs and codes that you have been unable to recognize, to remind you in these final pages that you know everything we speak of and that it is inside of you. It is time for you to share the discoveries and miracles of operating the physical vehicle in these times of change and transition that involve the death of the world as you know it. When there is a death, there is always a rebirth; something dies and something new is born.

As this planet moves closer to these days of great change, each of you will be called upon to stand as pillars of light. You will show the way in times when people are desperate because the old ways are no longer solutions-they no longer fit and no longer apply. We have intimated or suggested in this book that light brings about much of this chaos on the planet. So, during these times, your gifts will be needed. You cannot run and hide, because you are needed to weave through the communities to bring alternative ways of being. You are needed to share your belief in creating reality through your thoughts and to show others how this works by healing and creating new ideals of civilization and cooperation.

As the days begin to unfold, they will reveal the ancient prophecies as they are coming alive. These ancient prophecies will be much more colorful and have their own versions of themselves as they teach this planet its greatest lessons.

As you evolve, you carry what you know forward, and you share it and live it. You become a greater vessel or greater expression of light. Through this process, you will find that over the next few years you will be catapulted beyond the speed of light with what you will know. The abilities and talents and information that will come to you are simply inside of you.

We will remind you that there is a galactic tidal wave of light from the future coming toward your planet and that this intersection will be felt throughout the masses in the year 1993. It will be as if the entire planet has a unilateral raise in consciousness. This wave has to be gigantic to affect all of the masses who are locked in frequency control. It is you, the Family of Light, who are here in the millions making room in your bodies for this galactic tidal wave, who will allow this infusion of the first layer of the light body to be held by all of the masse.

The light body is the body that holds the complete mutation of the species. It will be able to juggle realities through the shifting of consciousness by intent from one view to another, like turning the stations on a television. The light body will hold all of this encoded data and be able to translate it at will. It will communicate innerdimensionally and interdimensionally.

Remember, matter is simply light that is trapped. As you build your light body, you are allowing a reorganization of the molecular structure-a loosening of your grip upon a certain aspect of materialism so that your spiritual understanding can be more in tune with your day-to-day life. The building of the light body is the allowing of less trapped matter to manifest and allow light, which is freer in expression and in seeking its own source, to become who you are so that you are not so solid.

As you raise your vibratory rates, you become your light body. You will see the change in your body literally. Your body will become more vital, more youthful, more nourished in its own being, and definitely the processor of a multitude of information. It will become a super being. The building of the light body involves becoming a super being.

Extending the longevity of the cellular body through rejuvenation and extension of cellular life is coming back into fashion. This is part of building the light body-a body that is not so dense, that does not self-destruct, that self-generates, and that self-replenishes. That is what you are all striving for. You would be your light body, and you would feel it, if your logical mind were not so worried about whether it is possible; society is not telling you it is possible.

We cannot emphasize enough to you that you must stop listening to society. This is going to be the hardest task for you to do and the biggest break for you to make. You have the societal self and the spiritual self, and you must decide which one is sacred. Which one is your source of authority? Let your intuitive self become your authority. Allow your intuitive self to be the standard bearer of your experience, which is experience no one else is going to validate. Your experience springs from the assignment that you are knowing, and not necessarily remembering, you are on.

If you approach all that you know with the stance that there is divine order and divine purpose, without your ego aspect comprehending it all the time, you will move rapidly through realities. There will be many different ways this galactic tidal wave of light will be experienced. Definitely it will catapult everyone into some exaggerated version of their greatest opportunity. That, of course, is each person's choice.

Our final words include a thank-you to all of you who recognize the light source that is a part of your identity and that moves you to read this book and follow the silent whispers that echo down the golden spirals through the corridors of your own being. We honor you, we recognize you, and we are here to assist you. We are all here as the Family of Light to bring that choice and that freedom to evolve back onto this planet to bring it to this place where it will shine as a portion of the Living Library, a new star, a new light on the horizons of many sentient worlds.
